All the staff provided wonderful, attentive service! Even in the intense midsummer heat on Miyajima, we had a truly enjoyable trip. The night tour after dinner was very informative, and the local guide’s storytelling really made us feel like we were traveling—she was fantastic. Because of time constraints and the heat, we couldn’t make it to the summit of Mt. Misen, so next time we’ll visit in autumn and would love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

This was my second stay. Even though you must welcome many guests, I was surprised that some of the staff remembered me despite my visit a year ago. I made another Reservation without hesitation because the warm hospitality and delicious meals were just as wonderful last time. It’s also in a convenient location within walking distance of Itsukushima Shrine, Daisho-in Temple, and the Mt. Misen Ropeway. In summer, you can visit Itsukushima Shrine from 6:30 a.m., so I recommend waking up early and taking a relaxing walk to enjoy worship at a quieter time with fewer tourists.

Our family of three stayed in the ocean-view Room “Mizuwori.” What left the strongest impression was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. From their demeanor during the Shuttle Service to their attentive care with in-room dining, everything was never stiff yet always thoughtful and thorough, making our stay truly comfortable. The Room itself was also wonderful. Recently renovated, it features a modern, refined interior while preserving a Japanese atmosphere. The sofa and massage chair were very comfortable, and above all, being able to view the Great Torii from the Room was exceptional. It’s a Room that truly makes you feel it’s worth staying overnight on Miyajima. The complimentary services are also very well provided. In particular, the rooftop space on the top floor was a lovely place to relax while enjoying views of Miyajima. It was also nice that drinks and ice cream were available free of charge—you can really feel their desire to delight guests. The large public bath was clean and pleasant to use, and at breakfast there was an appropriate amount of space between guests so we could enjoy our meal in a calm setting. Both dinner and breakfast were completely satisfying in both taste and portion size. Dinner especially—being able to enjoy it slowly as a family in our Room—became a wonderful memory from this trip. Above all, what makes Kinsuikan so appealing is its superb location. It is close to Itsukushima Shrine, the Great Torii, and Omotesando Street, allowing you not only to sightsee during the day but also easily enjoy the Great Torii at night when day-trippers have thinned out, as well as quiet Miyajima early the next morning. Cuisine, service, hospitality, and location—everything is balanced at an exceptionally high level here. This Accommodation truly made us feel glad we chose to stay overnight on Miyajima. If we have another chance to visit Miyajima again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

We stayed for one night on a family trip. We chose this Hotel as a base for sightseeing in Hiroshima City and Miyajima, and it was so comfortable that we found ourselves wishing we could spend more time relaxing at the Hotel. What we especially appreciated was the complimentary drink service. Being able to unwind with a drink after returning from sightseeing was truly relaxing and made our trip even more enjoyable. The Onsen was also clean and spacious, and it helped us fully recover from the day’s fatigue. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations—not only was there a great variety, but each dish was delicious, and our whole family was very satisfied. Starting the day feeling a bit indulgent is something we’ll remember. All of the staff were kind, warm, and attentive, which made our stay very pleasant. This is a Hotel we would highly recommend not only to those planning to visit Miyajima, but also to anyone who wants to enjoy some downtime at the Hotel as well. We would definitely like to stay here again when we visit Hiroshima next time. (I enjoyed my stay so much that I completely forgot to take photos!)

The Hotel is located right in front of Miyajima Port, making access excellent and extremely convenient. Even before check-in and after check-out, we could use the lounge and enjoy ice cream, coffee, and other drinks. Depending on the time of day, there was also a momiji manju service, plus vouchers to redeem momiji manju at shops on Miyajima (including fried momiji), and candy ice cream after the bath—everything was thoughtfully provided. The facilities were very clean, and the buffet featured carefully prepared dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. With an all-inclusive plan that included alcohol as well, we were very satisfied overall. The lemon herb tea in the restaurant was especially delicious; we highly appreciated that it used Hiroshima lemons and herbs, to the point that we wanted to buy it. We think it would be great if it were sold in the Hotel’s souvenir corner or similar shop.

Conveniently located near the ferry terminal and Omotesando. The lobby had a lovely atmosphere. The dinner set was delicious and elegantly presented, and the staff were courteous. Even during an evening stroll, they greeted us warmly, which made us feel very welcome.

This was my first trip to Hiroshima, and I stayed here. The Room was a traditional Japanese-style room, and some parts of the floor creaked, but it was very clean and I had a comfortable stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The clam miso soup at breakfast was especially good, and since each table gets a full pot, I enjoyed several refills. Having that miso soup after visiting Itsukushima Shrine in the morning was absolutely amazing! The luggage storage service was also very helpful for sightseeing on Miyajima, as they even came to the pier to pick it up. Thanks to that, it became a wonderful trip to remember. I would definitely like to stay again.

This was my second stay, and both the Room and the washroom were clean, which was very nice. When I visit Miyajima again, I will stay at Miyajima Coral Hotel.

This was my first stay at Iwaso, and also my first time staying overnight on Miyajima. Every Ryokan has its own character; this one felt refined yet relaxed, and I truly enjoyed the escape from everyday life. The food was excellent, and the Onsen was wonderful.

I stayed here in the middle of an extreme heat wave. The Room was Japanese-style, with a round table and floor cushions. Wi-Fi was available. The futon was already laid out. It didn’t feel old-fashioned at all and was very clean. It’s an out-bath style, but there is a single-person bath right next door. There may not be many Rooms, so it never felt crowded and I could use it without any trouble. Breakfast was very lavish: classic items like grilled salmon, miso soup, rice served in an ohitsu tub, teppan-yaki on a ceramic plate, dessert, cassis vinegar drink, yogurt, and even soft drinks at the end. It was almost too much. The location is a bit far from the ferry terminal, and convenience stores are also near the ferry terminal, so don’t forget to shop beforehand. I’d like to stay here again when I visit.

We stayed here with our dog. It’s close to Miyajimaguchi, and to avoid the heat we took the ferry to Miyajima around 5:30 PM. The Itsukushima Shrine was truly impressive. Since our plan was No Meals Included, we got anago bento to-go from a nearby shop and ate it in our Room. We also appreciated the light complimentary breakfast. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, with no odors at all, and we couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms—so we had a very comfortable stay! We’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.

The staff service, Facility, Room, Miyajima cruise, dinner, and breakfast were all very satisfying. We had a Multiple Night Stay, and there was almost nothing repeated at dinner. Also, the rice balls made on the spot at breakfast were perfectly shaped, and our whole family enjoyed them. Thank you very much to all the staff.

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay during Silver Week. The Hotel is old, but it was well cleaned and we had a comfortable stay. The view from our Room was truly beautiful and relaxing. Miyajima’s tourist areas were crowded during Silver Week, but the Hotel’s location was away from the bustle, so we were able to enjoy a quiet and leisurely time. All the staff were very kind, easy to ask questions, and responded promptly. Thank you very much.

The staff were wonderful, the food was delicious, the twin Room was spacious, there was a large public bath, and Shuttle Service was available. From the moment I saw photos of this Hotel, I somehow knew I wanted to stay here. Everything is spotless down to the smallest details, and you can truly feel their thoughtful hospitality. It’s close to the Great Torii Gate, making it convenient for an evening or early-morning stroll. After checking out this time, when I went back to pick up my luggage, I ended up resting in the lobby for over two hours due to mild heat exhaustion. I’m sincerely grateful for how kindly and attentively the staff took care of me. I’m planning to stay again in November.

The Hotel feels like an art gallery, with artworks displayed throughout, making it fun to explore. The Hotel makes generous use of wood and stone, creating a comfortable space, and the welcome and staff were very warm and reassuring. I was happy that the bathroom amenities were from uka. However, it was disappointing that the rooftop bath is mixed-gender and requires swimwear—I wanted to enjoy the view from the rooftop. I would appreciate it if there were designated time slots. The meals were also delicious and carefully prepared, which was great.

The meals were truly delicious! Dinner was especially great—I enjoyed plenty of sashimi, and the best dish of all was the steak. I’m really glad I tried it, and I’m grateful to the chef who prepared everything. Dessert was wonderful too—I left completely full and very satisfied!

Although it is an older building, it has been well maintained, and the Room was a spacious and comfortable Japanese-Western style. The large public bath was also very clean and pleasant to use. At night we could hear cars passing on the road in front, but it wasn’t too bothersome. Since the sea is right across the street, we could watch the sunrise from the window. It takes less than 10 minutes to reach the Miyajima parking area. There were a few restaurants and convenience stores scattered along the road.

We stayed for two nights during Silver Week. I was a bit worried about whether the unmanned check-in would work smoothly, but it was very easy. The Primary Guest needs to take a photo of an ID document on the tablet for identity verification. As soon as we entered the building, the kids were thrilled! The interior was clean, and there were several toys provided—our favorite was the kendama (lol). For dinner, we didn’t eat out; we all cooked and ate at the Hotel together. All appliances and tableware were provided, so we had no inconvenience at all. We also used the rooftop BBQ area, which is available until 10:00 PM, so we still had plenty of time even after returning from sightseeing in Miyajima. They also left discount coupons for a nearby oyster shop, so we could buy fresh oysters at a great price! There was also a discount for an okonomiyaki restaurant, but unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to use it this time. Maybe because we stayed two nights, they stocked lots of complimentary drinks in the refrigerator—we were all surprised! I’d definitely like to stay here again when visiting Miyajima. Thank you very much for such a comfortable stay. Also, as mentioned in another Review by a previous guest: earplugs and dishwasher detergent had already been prepared! We stayed in Room 02, and I personally wasn’t bothered by any noise. The only thing that was hard to understand was the instruction on cleaning the BBQ grill. I think it said to wipe off any dirt? Since we were allowed to use it free of charge, I wanted to return it clean—but there was no sponge or detergent on the rooftop. And I assume you wouldn’t want amateurs scrubbing too hard either…so is wiping really enough? If so, quite a lot of burnt-on residue remains. It made me wonder whether it should be cleaned properly before use as well—I wasn’t sure what to do.

Both the sushi and the owner’s warm personality were wonderful. If I come back to Miyajima next time, I’ll probably skip Itsukushima Shrine since I’ve seen enough, but I definitely want to return for this Accommodation and the sushi.
