This is my second stay. After my previous stay, I mentioned a small concern in a comment, and I received a prompt reply, which left a very positive impression and made me want to stay again. During this second visit, I was warmly asked at check-in if there was anything they could help with, which made me glad I came. The hallway leading to the Room and the interior atmosphere were both excellent. I will definitely stay here again.

It was a wonderful, very cozy Accommodation. From the moment you step through the entrance, a beautiful world opens up. The Room, the main house, and all the interior decor were lovely—I found myself wishing I could live in a home like this. I will definitely come again. Thank you very much.

We used this Accommodation for a family memorial service in Kyoto. We were satisfied with the Facility and the meals. The sliding doors did not open and close smoothly, but it felt nostalgic. The location is hard to find, so we hope to see more nearby photos. A staff member kindly escorted my mother when she got lost.

This was my first time staying at this type of accommodation. The house was so spacious that it felt extravagant for just the two of us, and we were excited from the moment we opened the door. The inner courtyard at the back was absolutely beautiful. Even though it was a cold day, all the rooms were kept warm, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful hospitality. Located in a very quiet area, we were able to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing time. We got our meals from a nearby supermarket within walking distance and enjoyed them at the charming counter while having delightful conversations. We talked about wanting to come back for a multiple night stay next time—one night just isn't enough! Completely satisfied, and we'd love to stay here again!

It was my first time staying at a private lodging, and the serene Japanese-style space combined with modern amenities made it very comfortable. The underfloor heating in both the living room and dressing area was a nice touch, making me want to visit again during winter. One downside was that when I called the day before, the phone response felt unprofessional. Since older guests may also use this Facility, I think this aspect could be improved. Given that it is a luxurious Facility, such details are likely expected as well.

We stayed as a family with our 18-month-old child. The staff were incredibly considerate toward our child, and we were able to spend our time comfortably without any issues. From the entrance, there was a gentle scent of incense, and the bath also had a soothing woody aroma—this was a wonderful Accommodation that truly put us at ease. Thank you very much.

I stayed here while snow was gently falling. It was a huge help that they stored my luggage both before and after check-in. I stayed in Room 203. It’s a room with a balcony overlooking the garden. The room was very spacious, with a latest-model TV, a ReFa showerhead, a wide vanity, and a bathtub with a washing area. The toilet was fully automatic as well—everything was excellent. All amenities were MIKIMOTO. My hair usually feels rough when I use Hotel shampoo, but at this Accommodation it stayed smooth and silky. There is an guests-only lounge, and it was a lovely service that coffee, tea, and more were available freely until midnight. I also appreciated being able to take drinks back to my Room. I had coffee at check-in, and it matched my taste perfectly—really delicious. The breakfast I had been looking forward to was 100/100. I’ve eaten at luxury Hotels before, but this may have been the best I’ve ever had. Everything was wonderful, but what especially stood out were the yuzu-scented okara (unohana), fu dengaku, the white-dashi miso soup, and the dashimaki tamago (rolled omelet). When I mentioned it was my birthday this time, they decorated the guest room beautifully and even offered matcha—such thoughtful hospitality. All staff members were incredibly kind, with such a warm and homey atmosphere that made it easy to talk to them. Watching how warmly they treated other guests also made me feel happy. I think this is the best Accommodation—one that welcomes you warmly whether it’s for a special occasion or not. Next time I visit, I’ll come specifically to enjoy an unhurried Hotel stay. It was my first time in Kyoto. The accommodation was just as I had imagined and admired. I was able to relax. The light from the skylight was pleasant. It was unfortunate that there was a water leak from the base of the showerhead.

The Wi‑Fi connection was unreliable, and it would have been nice to have laundry facilities. The Room was spacious and we were satisfied, and both the bathroom and toilet were clean. Our 3-year-old grandchild seemed happy running around inside the Room.
