Due to work, I needed to park a truck about the length of a microbus. They allowed me to park in the space behind the Hotel. Before arriving, I called near the Hotel and they kindly gave me directions and waited for me at the entrance. Since it was a completely unfamiliar town, their attentive support made me feel at ease. It was a long trip from Niigata Prefecture, so I was relieved. When I asked because I couldn’t figure out how to operate the Room air conditioner, they explained it carefully. The Room is clean. Breakfast was delicious. At an affordable price, it’s a good Hotel where you can feel safe and rest comfortably.

To avoid putting any burden on my elderly parents, I stayed here when returning home. Even during the summer vacation period, we were able to stay with 4 people in 4 Rooms for just over JPY 30,000 (Point Discount). Despite the incredibly low price, my Room was properly cleaned and very comfortable. There was a solid desk and a couch with just the right height and firmness, plus an outlet and USB power right next to it, making it easy to eat a light meal or get some work done. However, my daughter said her Room had a sweaty smell coming from the air conditioner. She turned it off and slept while enduring the heat. I was too busy to go check the situation. It also seemed that a sports group was staying there as well, and we could hear voices talking in the hallway. I found it rather pleasant, but it seemed tough for my daughter. Their Room may have been next door... The large public bath on the first floor was clean, and my daughter used it twice—at night and in the morning. I was too tired to go. Breakfast was also very satisfying overall, and the serving area was generally kept clean. We took seats by the window at the back, but crumbs and spilled food were left all over the farthest seats. Since there were no wipes available, my daughter and husband moved to another table. I sat closer to the front so I didn’t notice at first. For that reason, I reduced one star in my individual ratings. Next time I’ll apply for parking earlier as well—I’d like to stay here again.

This was my first trip to Nagoya. I originally planned to stay at the Marriott directly connected to Nagoya Station, but something drew me to this Hotel, so I changed my reservation. You contacted me in advance, and I could already feel the high level of service before arriving. You also upgraded our Room, and while access is honestly better around Nagoya Station, this Hotel’s Facility is new and spotless. The Room was spacious with two closets, the bed was wide enough, and the mattress was excellent. Since the mattress at the Legoland Hotel we stayed at the night before didn’t suit us, I’m truly glad we stayed here for two nights. We slept very well each night. There was also turndown service—overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service. We only used the restaurant for breakfast, but everything was delicious. Our child especially loved the Totoro wooden plate and cup. On our first morning we didn’t have much time, so I planned to try the donuts and curry the next day—but they weren’t available that morning. I should have eaten what I wanted on that same day. The flat-rate taxi to Ghibli Park was also greatly appreciated. We initially planned it one-way only, but decided that morning to request a return ride as well, and your lobby staff handled it immediately. I also asked for taxi arrangements on both check-in day and at check-out; everything was very smooth and helpful. We felt comfortable throughout our stay, and I even wrote a thank-you message at check-out. Since it was my son’s birthday, he was delighted by the towel-cake surprise and message card. We would definitely like to stay here again when we visit Nagoya next time. Thank you very much for everything.

It was conveniently located near the subway station, with many restaurants and other options nearby. The guest room and bathroom were more spacious than the Business Hotels I usually stay at, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a good variety of Japanese and Western dishes, along with local specialties, and I was very satisfied. I would like to stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay here. The Onsen on the second floor was wonderful and easy to use at convenient hours, and breakfast was so delicious that I had seconds of rice. I also appreciated how close it is to Imaike Station.

I stayed here for the first time, mainly as a stopover. With the discount on IKYU.com, it was an excellent value. The Facility is luxurious throughout, and the staff were outstanding. Before my stay, I was a bit concerned about access since it’s slightly far from the subway station, but it’s only a few minutes on foot to Hisaya-odori and you can enter the underground shopping area, so it didn’t feel inconvenient. For dining, I used Nadaman in the Hotel with my dinner companion’s arrangements and ordered à la carte; the service was attentive and the food was delicious. It was such a comfortable stay that I regret not choosing this Hotel sooner.

A few years ago, I borrowed a pillow and a humidifier, and ever since then they have always been placed in the room for me. I recently visited again after quite some time as Nagoya has become farther away, and they were properly prepared. Thank you very much. I’m not sure when my next visit will be, but whenever I go to Nagoya, I will definitely stay here.

About a 3-minute walk from Sakae Exit 1, with great access and a convenience store on the first floor, making it very convenient. The front desk staff are welcoming and hospitable. The housekeeping staff also greet you when you pass them, which makes for a pleasant stay. It’s not a new Hotel, but you can feel the team’s effort and pride, and I’m always satisfied. Thank you.

I loved how clean it was, and how sustainable and waste-free everything felt overall. It also has great access to Ghibli Park, and I was able to unwind from the day’s travel in the large public bath with natural Onsen. The staff were also very kind and helpful.

I chose this place because the breakfast looked appealing. The Room was on the top floor and close to the bath, so I was very satisfied. As the Reviews said, you need to go early for breakfast or you’ll have to wait in line, but the food was delicious. The bath was a bit disappointing due to the crowds, and the changing area was small, so we had to take turns getting changed.

I stayed here to visit Ghibli Park! The interior was so clean you wouldn’t believe it’s a container, and even though I checked in late at night, the air conditioning was already running, so I had a very comfortable stay. I’d love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

Since I mainly walk around the Sakae to Osu area, I initially chose Forza for its great location. I thought that as long as the location was good, everything else could be just decent. But once I stayed there, the Room was great, the bathroom was excellent, and the Facility was clean. That’s why Forza has become my base for my twice-a-year trips to Nagoya. To enjoy the local atmosphere, last time and this time I booked No Meals Included and went out for a morning set at local coffee shops, but it still doesn’t compare to Forza’s breakfast. Next time, I plan to book a stay with meals included.

The front desk, restaurant, and large public bath were clean, but the carpet in the guest room felt dirty. Even after watching a night game at Vantelin Dome, having a large public bath helped wash away the fatigue from cheering. The hitsumabushi at the breakfast buffet was delicious and a welcome highlight. I will visit again.

This was my first time staying at a Route Inn Hotel. A top-floor corner Room. It was very quiet and comfortable. The interior had a calm, unified color scheme, and everything was simple and clean—nothing was lacking. My sister especially loved the samue loungewear and even wondered if it could be purchased. The toothbrush was too hard for me and made my gums bleed. Thanks to you, we had a very pleasant stay on our sisters’ trip. Of course, the staff’s service was excellent as well.

This is my favorite Accommodation where I can always enjoy a comfortable stay. This time, I forgot my smartphone charger and panicked, but they kindly lent me one. I was also happy to be on the top floor with a great view, with a clear sight of the newest buildings and the TV tower. I will stay here again.

I stayed in the Luxury Single Room again this time. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the room even had a kitchen and a washer-dryer (though I didn’t use it). Considering the price and Facility, it was very reasonable. Check-in at the front desk was smooth, making it a pleasant Hotel. I’d love to stay again next time.

The staff's service was excellent. They approached us without us having to ask, and their response was quick. Thank you very much. We stayed in a double Room at an affordable price, but it was really just enough space for sleeping. If morning extensions are possible, I would like to prepare leisurely in the Room, so if there were slightly larger Rooms available, I would love to use this place again. Also, this is just a personal request, but if the loungewear were more like pajamas with separate pants and tops that could be worn around the facility, it would be more comfortable for me as an older guest. Walking to the bath in loungewear felt a bit embarrassing.

It was clean, and there were no issues with the Room. Amenities are the type you bring up yourself as needed. I would be happy to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed here for a concert at Geibun. The location was convenient, the Room was clean, and the service was courteous—I was very satisfied. For breakfast I chose the shrimp cutlet sandwich, and it was convenient to have free drinks available and be able to enjoy it in my Room. Thank you for your hospitality.

Receiving the QR code before arrival was helpful, as it meant there was no need to fill anything out after check-in. The Room felt bright with a warm wood finish, and the bathroom was comfortable. A luggage rack would be convenient, especially for guests with suitcases.
