The staff's service was excellent. They approached us without us having to ask, and their response was quick. Thank you very much. We stayed in a double Room at an affordable price, but it was really just enough space for sleeping. If morning extensions are possible, I would like to prepare leisurely in the Room, so if there were slightly larger Rooms available, I would love to use this place again. Also, this is just a personal request, but if the loungewear were more like pajamas with separate pants and tops that could be worn around the facility, it would be more comfortable for me as an older guest. Walking to the bath in loungewear felt a bit embarrassing.

Thank you very much for always using our service. This time, I stayed in Room 1003, which was very spacious and allowed me to spend my time comfortably. The dining table in front of the kitchen provided a great space to relax after work, enjoying a beer while watching TV—a truly

We stayed as a family of four. Even during Golden Week, the price was reasonable with breakfast included, and the Room had been renovated and was very clean and comfortable. Each bed had an outlet and USB Type-C support, which was convenient. The Hotel is also centrally located,

The room was bright, with a separate bath and toilet, making my stay very comfortable. The lighting at the sink was excellent, and I especially liked the shampoo provided in the amenities. I woke up early and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. If I have another chance to visit

Although the official directions indicate Exit 1, if your suitcase is heavy or the stairs are difficult, take the escalator at Exit 8 to street level and cross the traffic light toward Daily Yamazaki diagonally opposite; the Hotel is just there. The Hotel has only one escalator,

Everything was clean, including the shower and toilet, and there were plenty of mirrors—a full-length mirror, a vanity/dresser area, and a sink with a mirror—which really helped when two of us were doing our makeup. You can check in even after midnight, so it’s reassuring even if

This business hotel offers excellent accessibility from Sakae Station. The pricing is reasonable, making it worth revisiting multiple times. For a 13-square-meter room, the Single Standard is more suitable for business tasks like PC work compared to the Queen Compact. However,

I stay at this accommodation almost every month. The location is quite convenient, though it's near the entrance of Nishiki-San district, and above all, it's very affordable. Mineral water service started at the end of May. Cleaning might be challenging due to staff shortages, but this time, the bottom of the unit bath was extremely slippery, possibly from soap residue. This has never happened before...

Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and am satisfied with my experience here. If given another opportunity, I would love to stay again at reasonable prices in the future. As an aside: about a week before my visit, my wife also stayed here in one of the rooms facing the main s

The coffee by the front desk was also delicious, made with a high-end brand machine. On rainy days they lend umbrellas; the plain clear plastic umbrellas without logos were easy to use. Above all, the location is excellent, and this Hotel was very convenient for me, so I would de

It was comfortable. Located in the city center, it was easy to go out for meals and enjoy Nagoya to the fullest. I would love to use this accommodation again.

When I first saw the Hotel, I thought it looked quite old, but once I stayed there, everything I needed was provided and it was thoroughly cleaned, which was very helpful. I was satisfied with the breakfast as well, and the front desk staff were very kind—always smiling and assis

We stayed for two nights during Silver Week. Towel changes were provided, which made our stay comfortable. This type of Accommodation offers great value whether you stay alone or as a pair, and is very convenient. The adjacent golf Facility’s restaurant is open until 9:30 p.m., so finding dinner was not a problem. It also has easy access to Ghibli Park, and we would like to stay again.

The hotel was quite clean, and the front desk staff were very kind. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The room was compact, but the TV was large and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone working or sightseei

My wife stayed this time and was extremely satisfied. The room was clean and comfortable, and despite arriving earlier than planned, the staff accommodated her check-in. She was deeply impressed by the kind and courteous service of the employees. Thank you very much!

The ladies' floor offers peace of mind, with clean rooms, spacious beds, a large TV, and a ReFa shower—absolutely perfect! Check-in and check-out were smooth with clear explanations, making the experience stress-free. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the morning—it was delic

This was my first stay at Nagoya Sakae East. It is located right next to the Nagoya Sakae property, and it was comfortable except for the lack of a large public bath, parking, and a restaurant. In particular, the bath towels were new and felt great. It was very convenient because I could walk everywhere I needed to go. Even when it rained, they kindly lent me an umbrella.

This time, I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay with No Meals Included. The station, convenience store, supermarket, and restaurants were all nearby, which was extremely convenient and very helpful. Even during my Multiple Night Stay, the Room was kept very clean, making it a tru

They advertise that you can check in in one second by scanning your membership information on your smartphone, but at every APA I’ve stayed at, it always shows an error the first time. It’s also routine for a staff member to come over and start by asking to see my membership card

It’s about a 30-minute drive from Ghibli Park, and since I planned to drive to Nagoya the next day, the location was perfect. There is also a convenience store within walking distance. The shared lounge, available 24 hours a day, had free coffee and tea, an ice machine, an electr
