We stayed for two nights with three generations, and everyone was thoroughly satisfied—not only with the magnificent views from the lobby and our Room, but also with the wonderful hospitality and delicious meals. The staff’s attentive, warm service and smiles were especially memorable, and we felt a gentle, clear, pleasant atmosphere throughout the Hotel. Shizuoka has many sightseeing spots, including a history museum that children can enjoy and Shizuoka Municipal Nihondaira Zoo (this zoo has many thoughtful touches and is truly recommended), so every generation can have a great time. After check-out, we also went to Shimizu Port to enjoy dining and shopping. We visited several attractions including Toshogu Shrine, but there was so much to see that next time we would like to stay at this Hotel again and take more time to fully enjoy both the places we visited this time as well. My first trip to Shizuoka was very comfortable. The Facility was new and pleasant. One disappointing point was that they couldn’t arrange a taxi, and when I was told to handle it ourselves because they couldn’t get through, I felt disappointed that some Hotels are like this.

From check-in at reception, everything was explained very clearly, so I could stay with complete peace of mind. There were many air purifiers in the Accommodation, which I initially found unusual, but I realized it was a thoughtful measure for a layout where ventilation is difficult, and I was impressed. I was able to spend my time there without any discomfort at all. What I especially loved was being able to enjoy drinks on the rooftop while looking up at the night sky in Shizuoka—it was amazing. I would definitely like to stay again, and I look forward to visiting next time as well.

This was my first time in Shizuoka, and I chose Prive as my Accommodation near the station—I was very satisfied. It’s truly close to Shizuoka Station, and even after checkout they kindly stored my luggage, so I could pick it up without rushing to catch the Shinkansen home. Above all, the spa was wonderful; as a woman, I really appreciated that Re products, cleansing items, and other amenities were fully provided. After returning from the bath to the Room, I couldn’t stop praising it to my husband. Of course, I went to the spa again in the morning too. Thank you for a lovely stay. I’ll definitely use your Accommodation again when I visit Shizuoka—and I’ll recommend it as well.

I stayed here again for two nights on a business trip. It’s quiet, clean, and comfortable, so I can always stay with peace of mind. I especially like that I can choose a Room with a shower only, as I’m not a fan of unit bathrooms. The Room size and layout are just right, and it’s very easy to spend time here when traveling alone.

This is a Hotel I often use in the relatively quiet area south of the station. This time, they arranged a high-floor room for me, and it was quiet at night as well, so I had a comfortable stay.

I stayed on the first day of the latter half of Golden Week. I arrived before noon, but they kindly stored my luggage so I could enjoy sightseeing in the afternoon hands-free. They also kept my luggage after checkout, which was a huge help. On top of that, breakfast was delicious. When a Hotel provides great service, it makes for a fun trip that stays in your memory.

I stay here every time I visit Shizuoka. Both the building and the Room have a classic, charming atmosphere, and the service is courteous. It feels warmer than a Business Hotel, making for a comfortable stay. I also appreciate having bottled water provided in the refrigerator. The hospitality is refined and perfectly balanced—nothing lacking, nothing excessive. Thank you very much.

Although it was a bit far from the station, there was a convenience store on the ground floor, which was very convenient. Facing a main road also made it easy to find. There is no large public bath or Onsen, but the in-room shower had been replaced with a Mirable showerhead, which felt new and nice. The amenity buffet was so well stocked that you could arrive empty-handed without any issues, and there were also pillows to choose from, so I could relax comfortably in an environment close to what I’m used to at home. On the front desk floor, there was a tea dispenser available at all times, and until 6:00 p.m., dumplings were provided as sweets. In addition, several kinds of obanzai and one alcoholic drink were served free of charge until 9:00 p.m., and I felt the complimentary services were very thorough. I booked the No Meals Included Plan but purchased a breakfast voucher on site and had breakfast as well. There was an excellent variety of Shizuoka-style items such as tuna sashimi, whitebait (shirasu), horse mackerel takikomi rice, and grilled eel (kabayaki), more than enough to leave me fully satisfied. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that there wasn’t an ice bucket provided in the room, so I ended up using paper cups at the ice machine, which was slightly inconvenient. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay.

The Room was very clean, the amenities were well provided, and the Hotel staff were kind. Even without meals included, bread was available in the morning. We felt thoughtful attention in every aspect. I rated only the bathroom a 3 because the shower required adjusting both the hot and cold taps, which was slightly inconvenient. It was very comfortable, and I would like to stay again.

Only one drink of either beer or hoppy was included, but the all-you-can-drink alcohol option was great. Since we arrived late, it was disappointing that we couldn’t have the curry and natto (?). I wish they had refilled them as well. Also, the Room was spacious and clean.

Everyone at the Hotel was very kind and attentive, making my stay truly relaxing. Thank you very much. The Room was also thoroughly cleaned down to the smallest details, so I was able to stay comfortably.

It feels great to stretch out in the bath, but when you look up at the ceiling, it’s a stark contrast to how clear the water is—I wish it were cleaner. Still, many guests will likely feel pleasantly relieved by touches like freshly fried croquettes in the morning and even curry served during happy hour. Hearing that if a new Hotel is built next door, they’ll compete with heart really struck me.

Considering the location, service, and timing, the price was exceptional. All the necessary essentials were provided. The front desk and staff were very polite and attentive. However, there was only one room card key, which needed to be inserted in the slot for electricity in the room. This made it slightly inconvenient to leave the room when my companion was using the bathroom or shower. For this reason, I rated the Facility 4 stars. That said, given the price point, it felt understandable. Overall, I was very satisfied. Thank you so much!

It was a clean, spacious, and comfortable capsule Hotel.

It was great that the Hotel is close to the station, and I could get from the Hotel to the station without getting wet, making shopping and dining very convenient! There’s also a convenience store nearby, so it was nice to be able to come and go even when I got a little hungry at night. The Room faced south with a panoramic view of Suruga Bay, which I really enjoyed. I’d definitely like to stay here again when I visit Shizuoka. Check-out was smooth too—just put the card in the box and leave. The breakfast buffet was delicious as well! One thing I noticed is that it’s better to take a full look around first before choosing what to get. The freshly cooked fried eggs were especially tasty! I definitely recommend adding breakfast. From check-in to dining service, the hospitality was excellent and we were very satisfied. The wonderful service made the delicious food even better. The fish, meat, and vegetables were all high quality, and the dashi was flawlessly tasty. The matcha beer, Hyuganatsu beer, and sake (Nihonto) were also great. It was a very good Ryokan that I can recommend to anyone. If I have a chance to visit Shizuoka again, I’d like to stay here again.

Despite requesting a USB socket late at night, the staff kindly responded and brought it to my Room. Thank you very much. The Room was clean, and there was also a terrace, which made me very satisfied. I would like to use this service again.

It was a wonderful room. By the time we checked in, the hinoki bath was already filled, and we could soak as many times as we liked at any time until check-out. The room was also very spacious, and our child happily ran around. The bathing facilities were very large as well, with several types of open-air baths. There were so many great options that we couldn’t decide whether to use the bath in our room or go to the large public bath. The ganbanyoku (hot stone sauna), which is often an extra charge elsewhere, was included in the accommodation fee here, so it felt like excellent value for money. Our child was obsessed with the claw machines. Some could be played for 10 yen, 20 yen, or 30 yen per try, so while we usually can’t let them play that much, here they could really enjoy it to their heart’s content. They even won about 10 packs of Pokémon cards and were thrilled. We usually stay at places with buffet-style breakfast, but it was nice to have a set meal style once in a while. There are various outdoor areas where kids can play too. However, many facilities are only open on weekends and holidays, so that’s something to keep in mind. We stayed on Sunday, so our child got plenty of playtime and was very satisfied. We arrived around 2:00 PM, but rather than “relaxing,” it turned into a happily busy stay—“I want to go play outside!” “I want to take a bath!” “I want to try the claw machines!” “I also want to use the bath in our room!” It’s a place both adults and children can enjoy—we’d love to stay again.
