No matter how many times I stay, I always love the quiet, relaxing atmosphere from the moment I step onto the first-floor level all the way to my room. I always book with breakfast, and because I look forward to Shizuoka ingredients, I ended up eating too much again this time (lol). If it were available for me to choose on Yahoo! Travel whenever I want to stay… I’d pick it every time. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Both the guest rooms and the restaurant seem to be regularly refreshed, so it doesn’t feel dated despite the building’s age. The breakfast venue is not too large—just right—and the menu showed thoughtful touches with subtle use of local ingredients. The convenient location right in front of the station goes without saying, and the staff were professional and attentive, making for a very comfortable stay. I also appreciated being upgraded to a better room.

This was our first stay as a couple at an auberge-style inn. We usually don’t drink alcohol with dinner, but the delicious mountain and sea cuisine tempted us to order some. The location was wonderfully quiet, and we were able to truly relax. The hospitality and food were outstanding—so much so that we’d love to return in every season.

We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

This was my first time in Shizuoka, and I chose Prive as my Accommodation near the station—I was very satisfied. It’s truly close to Shizuoka Station, and even after checkout they kindly stored my luggage, so I could pick it up without rushing to catch the Shinkansen home. Above all, the spa was wonderful; as a woman, I really appreciated that Re products, cleansing items, and other amenities were fully provided. After returning from the bath to the Room, I couldn’t stop praising it to my husband. Of course, I went to the spa again in the morning too. Thank you for a lovely stay. I’ll definitely use your Accommodation again when I visit Shizuoka—and I’ll recommend it as well.

It was a very comfortable Hotel. The staff were kind, and the Room had a calm atmosphere, which was great. One disappointing thing was that the refrigerator did not get cold at all.

Although it was a bit far from the station, there was a convenience store on the ground floor, which was very convenient. Facing a main road also made it easy to find. There is no large public bath or Onsen, but the in-room shower had been replaced with a Mirable showerhead, which felt new and nice. The amenity buffet was so well stocked that you could arrive empty-handed without any issues, and there were also pillows to choose from, so I could relax comfortably in an environment close to what I’m used to at home. On the front desk floor, there was a tea dispenser available at all times, and until 6:00 p.m., dumplings were provided as sweets. In addition, several kinds of obanzai and one alcoholic drink were served free of charge until 9:00 p.m., and I felt the complimentary services were very thorough. I booked the No Meals Included Plan but purchased a breakfast voucher on site and had breakfast as well. There was an excellent variety of Shizuoka-style items such as tuna sashimi, whitebait (shirasu), horse mackerel takikomi rice, and grilled eel (kabayaki), more than enough to leave me fully satisfied. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that there wasn’t an ice bucket provided in the room, so I ended up using paper cups at the ice machine, which was slightly inconvenient. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay.

We stayed here as a couple. The location was good, the price was reasonable, and the facilities and services had everything we needed—no complaints at all. We would consider staying here again if we have another opportunity.

This is a Hotel I often use in the relatively quiet area south of the station. This time, they arranged a high-floor room for me, and it was quiet at night as well, so I had a comfortable stay.

The staff were efficient and pleasant in their service. Although there was a wait due to the busy season (the Onsen bath has a capacity of 4 people), I was very satisfied with the experience, including access to the Onsen at this price, a complimentary welcome drink, and ice pops after bathing. I will definitely use this service again.

The Room was clean, and it was great that the bath and toilet were separate. Since this trip was partly for work, the breakfast hours were not an issue, but if staying only for business, a 7:00 a.m. breakfast start feels a bit late and might make this Accommodation less likely to be considered.

It feels great to stretch out in the bath, but when you look up at the ceiling, it’s a stark contrast to how clear the water is—I wish it were cleaner. Still, many guests will likely feel pleasantly relieved by touches like freshly fried croquettes in the morning and even curry served during happy hour. Hearing that if a new Hotel is built next door, they’ll compete with heart really struck me.

Everyone at the Hotel was very kind and attentive, making my stay truly relaxing. Thank you very much. The Room was also thoroughly cleaned down to the smallest details, so I was able to stay comfortably.

It was a wonderful room. By the time we checked in, the hinoki bath was already filled, and we could soak as many times as we liked at any time until check-out. The room was also very spacious, and our child happily ran around. The bathing facilities were very large as well, with several types of open-air baths. There were so many great options that we couldn’t decide whether to use the bath in our room or go to the large public bath. The ganbanyoku (hot stone sauna), which is often an extra charge elsewhere, was included in the accommodation fee here, so it felt like excellent value for money. Our child was obsessed with the claw machines. Some could be played for 10 yen, 20 yen, or 30 yen per try, so while we usually can’t let them play that much, here they could really enjoy it to their heart’s content. They even won about 10 packs of Pokémon cards and were thrilled. We usually stay at places with buffet-style breakfast, but it was nice to have a set meal style once in a while. There are various outdoor areas where kids can play too. However, many facilities are only open on weekends and holidays, so that’s something to keep in mind. We stayed on Sunday, so our child got plenty of playtime and was very satisfied. We arrived around 2:00 PM, but rather than “relaxing,” it turned into a happily busy stay—“I want to go play outside!” “I want to take a bath!” “I want to try the claw machines!” “I also want to use the bath in our room!” It’s a place both adults and children can enjoy—we’d love to stay again.

It was great that the Hotel is close to the station, and I could get from the Hotel to the station without getting wet, making shopping and dining very convenient! There’s also a convenience store nearby, so it was nice to be able to come and go even when I got a little hungry at night. The Room faced south with a panoramic view of Suruga Bay, which I really enjoyed. I’d definitely like to stay here again when I visit Shizuoka. Check-out was smooth too—just put the card in the box and leave. The breakfast buffet was delicious as well! One thing I noticed is that it’s better to take a full look around first before choosing what to get. The freshly cooked fried eggs were especially tasty! I definitely recommend adding breakfast. Thank you very much!

Booked a twin room urgently for a memorial service. I knew it was right in front of the Yaizu Interchange, and overall, it was a satisfying Business Hotel. Perhaps because it was a weekday, the Room, large public bath, and breakfast area were compact yet clean, quiet, and relaxing. The breakfast had many options, but I wished there were more fish dishes to reflect Yaizu's local flavor. The only concern was the smell from the unit bath's drainage system.

This was my second stay, and both times I stayed alone. The hotel kindly upgraded my room to an Executive Double. I was extremely tired on the day of my stay and fell asleep without using the large public bath. I slept very soundly—perhaps thanks to the high-quality bed. I checked in around 19:00, but the men’s hours for the public bath started at 21:45, so it didn’t fit my schedule. I’d like to use it next time. Breakfast was excellent. Rather than feeling like food from a luxury hotel chef, it felt like heartfelt, delicious home-style cooking by someone truly skilled—I went back for seconds many times. There was also a discount available, and I was satisfied with both the price and the service. One small issue: Wi-Fi was available, but I couldn’t connect. I’ll check it next time. I would definitely like to stay again.

Being close to the station is everything. No matter what, being close to the station matters most. Getting to the Accommodation can be tough with luggage, but you arrive in no time, which is wonderful. They even offer a welcome drink service—thank you.

The Hotel we stayed at was conveniently located near Shizuoka Station, making access to the Toro Ruins and Shimizu Ward even easier.

Considering the location, service, and timing, the price was exceptional. All the necessary essentials were provided. The front desk and staff were very polite and attentive. However, there was only one room card key, which needed to be inserted in the slot for electricity in the room. This made it slightly inconvenient to leave the room when my companion was using the bathroom or shower. For this reason, I rated the Facility 4 stars. That said, given the price point, it felt understandable. Overall, I was very satisfied. Thank you so much!
