This was my first stay. All staff members welcomed me with a smile. The entire Accommodation was spotless, and the meals and service were excellent—everything was very satisfying. I’m tired from work every day, but this Accommodation was soothing, with greenery visible from the window, the gentle murmur of the Sai River, and the sounds of insects. Thank you very much.

This was our fifth stay in two consecutive years (we also visited 12 and 25 years ago, haha). The Room was clean, the meals were delicious, and we especially enjoyed the extra-ordered red ika somen. We also loved the welcome chestnut steamed yokan. We had one from a famous confectionery in Kyoto the day before, but this one suited our taste better. We bought some at the shop on our way home. Thank you very much for upgrading our Room as well. As we were leaving, the proprietress kindly said, “Please come again,” so we hope to visit again next year. Thank you very much.

I stayed at this Ryokan specifically to enjoy ayu, as it is famous for its ayu cuisine. At dinner, a wide variety of ayu dishes were served, and I thoroughly enjoyed more than 10 fish. The most delicious was the ayu rice; even though I was already full, I ended up having two bowls. The non-ayu dishes also looked excellent, so next time I plan to try dishes other than ayu. The proprietress, the attendants, and the head chef were all friendly, and I had a wonderful time. It was a pity that the bath was not an Onsen, but it was spacious enough for more than the number of guests staying there, so I could soak at leisure and ease my travel fatigue. As this is a historic culinary Ryokan, you can’t expect modern comforts; however, it is well maintained in its own way and offers a different kind of comfort from today’s luxury Ryokan. This Accommodation lets you experience the comfort of a traditional Japanese inn.

The entire property is spotless and feels very clean. The Room was also clean, and the toilet in particular looked brand new. Of course, the baths are spacious, with various types of baths and a sauna. Bath hours are until 11:00 PM, so I ended up going right before closing each time, but I was satisfied. Checkout was smooth since all I had to do was put the key in the box. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Ishikawa Prefecture.

I stayed here with my sister and her husband while it was snowing heavily. The Accommodation has both a first and second floor, making it a Room layout I had never experienced before. The in-Room bath had plenty of hot water flowing continuously, which was perfect for a morning soak. The meals were also very delicious.

Every year, I visit Ishikawa Prefecture to pay respects at my family grave, and I stay here at that time. The Room is clean, free of unpleasant odors, and quiet, so I can sleep soundly. The breakfast buffet is also very delicious. I look forward to the pool, but it only opens at 10:00 and checkout is by 11:00, so I end up leaving with my hair soaking wet. If the pool could open from 9:00 or checkout could be extended to 12:00, I’d be able to dry my hair before leaving... I hope this can happen someday!! Thank you as always.

Just 12 minutes by train from Kanazawa Station, with a free Shuttle Service from the station, it was a nearby Onsen. I had been curious about the “Tanbo-no-Yu” bath. It was a trip for three sisters in our 60s, and the open-air “Tanbo-no-Yu” bath was wonderful. Maybe because rice planting had just been done around the baths... the chorus of frogs created a great atmosphere. The meals were delicious as well. The staff were from overseas but spoke Japanese very well, and worked hard to provide warm hospitality. It’s an old Hotel with history, and as you walk through the building you can still see impressive old beams, a large cauldron once used to cook rice, and antique chests of drawers. Modernizing the Facility is nice too, but this Accommodation let us truly feel traditional Japanese charm. I think I would recommend it to international guests as well. The price was reasonable, and I will come again. Thank you very much.

It was a very cozy Room. I’d like to stay again.

It was great to be able to stay at this price with services such as a large public bath, massage chairs, welcome drinks, and complimentary late-night soba. The location was also convenient, and I’d like to stay here again when traveling to Ishikawa Prefecture.

Because it is adjacent to Tokumitsu PA, it is easily accessible from the Smart IC and you can get back on the expressway right away, making access by car excellent. Also, since the commercial facilities at Tokumitsu PA are designed to be usable both from inside and outside the expressway, guests staying at this Accommodation can benefit as well. With a 24-hour 7-Eleven and a Sukiya open 23 hours a day, you should have no trouble finding food or drinks. In addition, the “Otsukarisama” bathing Facility is next door, so you can choose between the in-room unit bath or paying 530 yen to use the large public bath. The location is also along the coast across the expressway, which may add to your satisfaction if you enjoy taking walks by the sea. This Accommodation itself can be used much like a typical Business Hotel, and prices are slightly lower than a Business Hotel, so it’s recommended for those looking for good value. However, check-in is strictly until 11:00 PM; if your Plan would have you arriving after 11:00 PM, we recommend choosing another Business Hotel. On the other hand, it is far from the station. While there is a bus stop nearby, services are infrequent, so accessing by public transportation requires careful timing. Overall, thanks to how well-equipped the surrounding area is and because there were no notable negatives about this Accommodation itself, I’m giving it an all-around five-star rating. If you want to explore Ishikawa on a budget-friendly basis (cost-performance), considering a Plan that uses this Accommodation as your base could be a great option.

Stylish, clean Rooms, a large public bath, and even a welcome drink—excellent overall. It’s also great that the toilet and shower room are separate. There are separate slippers provided for wearing in the Room and for going to the bath. Since the Room has only a shower, the large public bath is highly recommended. The washing area is partitioned for privacy, so you won’t be bothered by others nearby. As it’s a tourist area, many international guests were staying there. Sundays and weekdays offer great value, but rates on weekends and nights before holidays are fairly high, so check the calendar before making your Reservation.

This was my first stay at APA Hotel. Everything, from the front desk service, room cleanliness, amenities, and the Onsen, was excellent. Above all, the location was perfect—the view of Katamachi intersection from the open-air bath felt so refreshing. In the morning, I enjoyed a stroll through Kenrokuen Garden and Castle Park before having breakfast at a nearby German bakery loved by locals. It turned out to be a wonderful trip. I look forward to staying at other APA Hotels in the future!

Due to my own requests and the condition of the Room’s facilities, I asked to change Rooms, and you responded very quickly—almost more kindly than I deserved. To the manager, the staff who hurried to clean, and everyone at the front desk, thank you very much.

Because we have many international guests, check-in may take some time. It’s close to Katamachi, affordable, and even includes a welcome drink—excellent.

The Hotel was in a great location, well-equipped with excellent Facilities, and reasonably priced—I'd definitely like to stay again. The welcome drink was also much appreciated. True to its name, it was a Hotel I could genuinely say “thank you” to.

The meals were plentiful and delicious—we were very satisfied!!

Although it’s a bit dated, it’s well maintained and clean, the service is good, and considering the convenient location near the station and the price, it offers everything you need. Not everything is perfect, but overall I’d give it full marks.

The Hotel I use for the night before the Kanazawa Marathon. The Facility is old-fashioned but there are no particular issues. The Room was spacious, and even though it was the closest to the elevator, it was quiet and I had a good night's sleep. A convenience store is nearby, as well as the starting point and affiliated parking, making this a Hotel I don't want to share with anyone.

Take a bus from Kanazawa Station and walk a little from the Katamachi or Korinbo bus stop. It is located along a shopping street in the middle of the downtown area, Kenrokuen, and museums, making it possible to visit Kenrokuen and Nishi Chaya District during a morning walk. It is a modernly designed Hotel, which I found very nice when tired of the usual Business Hotel. I thought having such a Hotel is Kanazawa's strength. The view from the window was a bit oppressive with the wall of the neighboring building, but it was a large Room with a sofa, making for a comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

The Room and service were excellent, and I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you. However, since it was my first time staying here, the parking lot was a bit hard to find, so I rated the Facility 4 stars. I’d love to stay again!!
