From the moment we arrived, the parking guidance, check-in, shop, and breakfast venue staff were all very welcoming, and their smiles and service made our stay truly comfortable. The Room was also clean and well maintained. We also appreciated the complimentary beer and ice cream after bathing. Thank you very much.

On my first trip to Toyama, I stayed here for two nights during a 4-night, 5-day visit. I chose this Hotel for its convenient access to the trolley train, the wide variety of Toyama local cuisine, the table tennis, and above all, the incredible view from the Room. The Room was even better than I imagined—wonderful and very comfortable. We were lucky with the weather, so we could clearly see the trolley train, and I was moved every day by the beautiful scenery outside the window. The Onsen was somewhat busy at times but still within an acceptable range. The water left my skin feeling smooth. A small issue came up at dinner, but the way it was handled was truly heartfelt. They even gave my son some fireworks, which added something special to our family time together. It’s impressive that their response made me feel not only that it canceled out any inconvenience, but that it almost happened for a reason. I have great respect for the manager who assisted us. Everyone at this Hotel was wonderful—even down to each greeting from staff members. Thank you to the Shuttle Service driver for taking us back and forth to Unazuki Station so many times! And thank you as well to the woman working at the bar counter in the buffet venue for teaching me how to make a recommended delicious drink! Also, thank you for writing a letter for my son—he was deeply touched. He brought it home as a keepsake and is treasuring it. Toyama Prefecture has so much depth—I found many more places I want to visit. After entrance exams are over, I’d like to come again in autumn. This time I debated between a Deluxe Japanese-Western style Room and a Western-style Room, and chose the Western-style one. The Room was amazing, but now I’m curious about the Japanese-Western style too—choosing next time will be exciting. Beyond just the view, as a woman I was also impressed by how high-quality the hair dryer in our Room was. Such great attention to service detail. Is it the same hair dryer in every Room? My hair felt so silky afterward. If there’s one request: I’d be happy if there were women’s amenities in each Room (or at least amenity sets in deluxe Rooms). Some guests may want light makeup after using the Onsen as well; having an amenity set would make an already perfect stay even better. We used this Hotel as our base while sightseeing around various places. Next time I'd like to stay three nights. Thank you very much for everything!

My spouse and I stayed in a special Room with a private bath. The moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the breathtaking natural scenery filling the windows and the view of the Kurobe River. In addition to the large public bath and open-air bath, the open-air bath in our Room was also fed directly from the source, with fresh Onsen water continuously flowing. The temperature and water quality were excellent—so soothing that we wanted to soak again and again. Another highlight was that plenty of bath towels were available at both the large public bath and the open-air bath, making it comfortable no matter how many times we bathed. The meals felt less like experimental cuisine and more like carefully prepared Japanese dishes done right—simple, thoughtful, and beautifully finished one by one. The portions were just right, never overwhelming, and everything was delicious through to the end. The staff’s service was also perfect—not too close or too distant—and they spoke to us naturally at just the right moments, allowing us to relax without feeling any pressure. The Onsen, food, views, and hospitality—all of it lived up to its reputation. Thank you very much.

We were looking forward to staying at this long-established Hotel. We stayed as a family of four. The exterior looks quite old, but parts of the inside have been renovated. The front desk staff were pleasant and provided very kind, attentive guidance. We stayed in a Room that had not been renovated, so it did feel dated, but the toilet has been renovated so there was no inconvenience, and everything was well cleaned. Amenities were more than sufficient, and having tabi socks provided was a big plus. It would have been even better if there had been a basket bag for carrying items to the bath area. Also, the refrigerator was large and convenient. It even had a freezer compartment, which was great—we could freeze our ice packs. There are three bath areas in total; some switch between men and women, but if you go in both the evening and morning you can use them all. The baths were well cleaned and fully stocked with amenities, so they were very comfortable. The Onsen temperature was just right. Dinner was served in a large hall like a banquet venue, with each group seated at their own table. Tea and water were self-serve and set up nearby, so it was easy to get what we needed right away. We chose the casual course; it included many dishes we liked, and the sashimi and white shrimp kamameshi (rice cooked in an iron pot) were especially delicious. Overall it felt thoughtfully prepared and we were very satisfied with the content. We had seen many Reviews saying the portions were small and were worried about that, but since we drink alcohol it was just the right amount for us—Hotel kaiseki is often hard to finish otherwise. If you don’t drink alcohol and want to eat more, I think choosing the standard course or ordering additional dishes would be best. Breakfast was a buffet in a venue with an outside view. Seating is guided by staff; getting a window seat would be ideal. The buffet is compact but offers plenty of variety, with many tasty items overall. Personally, I would have loved small cakes or similar desserts as well. The trolley train boarding area is also within walking distance from here (on foot). Overall we were highly satisfied—this is a Hotel we’d like to return to. It became a wonderful travel memory for us. Thank you very much.

As soon as I thought it would be tough to carry my luggage up because the entrance is on the second floor, a staff member came down to meet me, which was a big help. Both baths were great, and the one on the 7th floor in particular had a wonderful view—I really enjoyed a refreshing morning bath. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options, and I was very satisfied from the start of the day. If I had to mention one thing, it would be perfect if complimentary water were provided in the Room. It was a very nice Accommodation.

The building is old, but the Accommodation is clean, the meals are delicious, and the Onsen offers a wonderful view. On our way back, we mistakenly got the trolley time wrong. Even though the Shuttle Service had just departed, you kindly came to pick us up. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Thanks to you, we were able to enjoy the beautiful scenery from the trolley—thank you very much. If we come to Unazuki again, we would love to stay at your Accommodation.

The Facility and amenities were clean. All the staff were friendly and made our stay comfortable. Two of the four elevators were out of service due to maintenance, so the wait was long, but that couldn’t be helped. Meals were served buffet-style. The local seafood was delicious! We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath. The Room was very clean, as if it had just been renovated, and it was well maintained. The open-air bath was heated water rather than hot spring water, but we still enjoyed it 충분に. The only drawback is that it’s a bit far from the station, but the next day they drove us to the station while we left our car there. Starting with the young proprietress, all of the staff provided excellent service, and we had a very pleasant stay. We would like to visit again.
