We visited to celebrate my elderly parent’s birthday. We truly appreciated your thoughtful hospitality, and my parent was delighted. The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious, leaving us energized for the next day. The room was spacious with a wonderful view, and we could feel the arrival of autumn. Elegant flowers were arranged throughout the property, allowing us to enjoy the season as well. Your sense of style is truly wonderful. We’ve been saying we’d love to come again. Thank you very much.

At dusk after arriving at the inn, I noticed one of the rear tires on our rental car was flat. There was no spare tire, and when I called the rental car office, they told me to drive slowly to a service station or similar place and have it repaired. When I asked at the front desk, the owner kindly listened and even arranged a repair through an acquaintance. As a result, it was fixed safely before checkout—and at a friendly price. Car trouble that suddenly strikes in an unfamiliar place can be stressful. For a moment I thought our sightseeing plans for the next day were ruined, but thanks to their help we were able to enjoy our trip as planned. I can’t thank the owner enough. Thank you so much. About the inn: it’s an older building, but it’s very clean and well maintained. There are lovely fresh flowers arranged here and there in the rooms and hallways. We used one of the private open-air baths—the larger corner bath—in the morning. The view was wonderful, and I highly recommend bathing in the morning! Most noteworthy is how excellent the meals were. The Shinshu Premium Beef for dinner had sweet marbling and was absolutely delicious—I strongly recommend choosing the “Luxury Meal Plan” so you can enjoy it! The sashimi included Shinshu salmon and char (iwana). Both dinner and breakfast featured many delicious local specialties. Thank you for such wonderful meals. We chose this inn somewhat casually for sightseeing in Obuse, but it became a truly great memory. Thank you very much.

The free-flowing Onsen water pours vigorously from the wall into the indoor bath, and in the open-air bath it cascades like a waterfall from the rocks—something Onsen lovers will truly appreciate. This was my father’s favorite place, and he was very happy. The meals were delicious and just the right amount. On the way to the large public bath, it was fun to see carp gathering where the spring water flows and bathing under it like a waterfall shower. The Room felt refreshingly cool with lush green trees outside. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The meals were beautifully presented and delicious, and the bath was wonderfully soothing—its gentle water warmed me to the core. The places we visited based on the owner’s advice (a walk and a roadside station) were also excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service of being able to use three yukata per person for a one-night stay, which is something you rarely find elsewhere, allowing us to relax in comfort. The attention to detail and thoughtful hospitality throughout were outstanding, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

I stayed at this Accommodation yesterday! The service was very attentive, and the in-room open-air bath was flawless. Watching the staff grill and prepare sushi right in front of us at dinner and breakfast made the experience even better. Thank you for a wonderful one-night stay!

We stayed at Nadeshiko no Ma. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the Room was spacious and spotless, the in-room bath with free-flowing natural hot spring water was excellent, and the meals were truly delicious. This is an Accommodation we will definitely return to.

I stayed for two nights in August and did not experience any major inconveniences. The meals were delicious. The Onsen was spacious, and I was able to relax and enjoy it. The staff were also very helpful. There was only one designated smoking area outside, but it was not particularly inconvenient.

Thank you for taking care of me on this touring trip! I really appreciated being allowed to park my motorcycle under the eaves by the entrance. The staff included many young women from overseas, and everyone served us politely with constant smiles, so I was able to fully enjoy a satisfying Onsen Accommodation—thank you very much. If I may make one request: I had a beer in the floor area next to the front desk, but I was disappointed that the glass was at room temperature (it was a hot day, so it felt lukewarm). Our stay for three men, all turning 72 this year, was very enjoyable. - We could park right in front of the Hotel, and the lift ticket counter is connected to the front desk. The 1-day pass was inexpensive (about half the price of other ski resorts), and Accommodation guests also received a 500-yen discount. - Both the Room and the large public bath were spacious, so we could relax. The dinner buffet included 1 hour of all-you-can-drink, and although there was no all-you-can-eat crab option, dishes were replenished quickly when they ran out, which we enjoyed. - A few points to consider: the air conditioner in the Room was quite noisy, and there were no chairs in the ski locker room. Also, the shop’s refrigerator only had ice cream and no ice; unfortunately, a store diagonally across from the parking lot had sold out of ice as well. All of the Southeast Asian staff at both reception and the restaurant were very pleasant—thank you for a wonderful ski trip.

We were blessed with great weather, and the view from our Room and the starry night sky were truly wonderful. The Onsen was also a sulfur-rich milky hot spring that we love, incredibly relaxing, and made for a very luxurious stay. Every dish was a carefully crafted creative kaiseki meal prepared for us, and it was delicious. We would love to visit again if we have the chance.

I stayed at this Onsen Accommodation for a Multiple Night Stay of two nights. Both breakfast and dinner were served in the same private dining room, and we had the same staff member each time, so we could enjoy our meals in a very relaxed and calm atmosphere. The food was excellent and very satisfying. However, there was no accommodation guidebook in the Room, so I would have appreciated having one.

Thank you for taking care of me on my solo trip. I was looking for an Accommodation where I could quietly relax and fully enjoy the Onsen and meals, so I chose Jinpyokaku. Even though it was a hot season, there was plenty of greenery, and the Room was clean, quiet, and truly private. It was extremely comfortable. In particular, the in-room semi-open-air bath with free-flowing natural hot spring water available anytime was outstanding. On the charming walkway to the dining area, I felt soothed by the courtyard while listening to the evening cicadas— a nostalgic feeling that’s hard to put into words. Dinner was served in a private room, and every dish brought out the best of each ingredient—I even found myself thinking how delicious vegetables can be. The shabu-shabu was wonderful as expected, and the deep-fried cod coated with buckwheat groats was especially delicious. The portions were more than enough, and I also really enjoyed the local beer. Above all, what impressed me most was the heartfelt hospitality of all the staff. Their manners were impeccable—almost too perfect—and their thoughtful care made me feel truly grateful. I wanted to rest both mind and body, and I thoroughly enjoyed everything. Thank you very much.

Located in a serene natural setting, this accommodation offers an escape from everyday life. Staying here while listening to the sound of the flowing river is truly soothing. The onsen with natural hot spring water is at the perfect temperature, allowing you to relax for as long as you like. My daughter was delighted to play with a wild raccoon. Although we only had breakfast, it was well-balanced and gentle on the body in both content and portion size. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, making it a place we’d love to visit again next time with dinner included!

I was able to use the day-use Onsen Facility, and in such a nature-rich setting, I truly felt refreshed. Breakfast was reasonably priced as well, and I had a comfortable stay—next time, I’d like to plan my trip so I can stay a bit longer.
