Everything is free-flowing from the source, and with such great water quality, there’s nothing to complain about—it was truly outstanding. The Room was renovated a few years ago and was more than satisfactory. The staff, including the proprietress, were all wonderful, with impecc

Thank you to the proprietress and staff for their heartfelt hospitality. My father, who is hard of hearing at 88, was deeply grateful that they kindly explained each dish close to his ear and chatted with him—thanks to them, I was able to show him proper filial care. The in-Room

I was overwhelmed from the entrance, and there was a corridor leading to the separate room, with seasonal flowers arranged here and there, making me feel the hospitality towards guests. The garden could be seen from the room, and the lighting and window designs exceeded expecta

Cost performance, location, free parking, Room, and bed were all excellent. As expected from Tokyu Hotel. However, the toothbrush in the amenities was too hard, which was disappointing. Also, I felt that the breakfast buffet could have had more variety. In any case, it's a

This year, the autumn leaves were late, and the bridge's autumn foliage seen in the Kakegawa Onsen brochure was at its best. The meals at the property, especially the French cuisine at Restaurant Kei, were memorable for their excellent service, local ingredients, dishes, and tabl

Amenities are provided as needed, allowing for an efficient system that reduces unnecessary costs. This focus is instead directed toward maintaining the cleanliness of the Room and other priorities. The thoughtful approach matched my preferences, making my stay comfortable and na

This was my first time using this accommodation. The facility is small, and the building is old, so the equipment is average, but I think it is well-maintained. The sense of security during the stay and the breakfast service met my expectations and were satisfying. If I had to point out something, it would be that the bathroom operates on a gender-swapping schedule, limiting usage times, and there is only one elevator, which can lead to waiting during busy hours. That said, there are restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, making it a very convenient location.

This time, it was her birthday on the day of our stay, and the hotel kindly prepared a small mini cake plate for us, which was wonderful. Thank you very much. I would definitely like to use this accommodation again if I have the chance.

The location is convenient as it’s close to Ueda Station, and there’s a municipal parking lot within a 5-minute walk from the Hotel that can be used for 24 hours at just 500 yen. It’s convenient for both train and car users, and the price is excellent! The staff members are kind

I’d long wanted to visit Bessho Onsen. It had great Reviews on Google Maps, and when I searched IKYU.com for “solo travel” and “Western-style room,” I chose Midoriya—Done! I was a little concerned about the cutting-edge, tech-driven operation, but that worry was unfounded: the smartphone-based process was very smooth. It also made me feel this is something I should get used to—and that it may well become a new standard. This time I booked a breakfast-only Plan for a Multiple Night Stay, and during my stay I used three private Onsen baths a total of six times. What I loved was being able to experience different types of water depending on the bath and the day—clear, slightly greenish, milky white, or with soft yunohana drifting in the water. Each bath has both an indoor bath and an open-air bath, and I thoroughly enjoyed historic Bessho Onsen with its skin-beautifying qualities, gentle feel, and subtle sulfur scent. During my stay, I saw all kinds of guests—a mom with her baby along with her own mother, a young European couple, and solo female international travelers—and it was clear everyone was enjoying their time in their own way.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of three nights, and I was very satisfied that you prepared a different dinner menu each day. You also served trout-based dishes as the main course, and I really enjoyed the drinks as well. In addition, I was able to park my motorcycle under a roof, so even on the night the typhoon passed through, I felt at ease knowing it wouldn’t get wet in the rain. When the weather wasn’t good, I returned to the Accommodation early and enjoyed trout fishing at the fishing pond. You even cooked the trout I caught as salt-grilled fish and fried fish to enjoy with drinks after dinner—this trip truly let me fully enjoy Nagano. I would love to stay again if I have another opportunity.

Conveniently located near the station, and I truly appreciated how courteous and attentive the front desk staff were. For this price, the breakfast buffet was also very satisfying, making for an enjoyable stay.

Once you check in, you can come and go anytime, making your stay easy and relaxed. No Meals Included, but there are several great restaurants nearby. Conveniently located close to the interchange, this Accommodation is ideal for solo travelers!
