The room was brightly lit and clean. The pajamas were generously sized and extremely comfortable to wear. I brought my own, but it seems that just having leggings to wear underneath would suffice next time. The closet was open and located next to the door, with five hangers a

I have been using this place every time I travel to Tochigi for the past three years. It is directly connected to Utsunomiya Station and has restaurants, making it easy to procure various things. It has a sense of cleanliness. It always feels clean and new whenever I visit. Ther

The detailed amenities are really great. ① Two boxes of high-quality tissues are provided. ② Charging cords for iPhone and other devices. ③ The public bath is not large, but it has a sauna and feels nice. ④ There is an ice machine in the hallway. (The provided paper cups

Since it's a business hotel, it doesn't have luxury hotel-like cosmetic amenities, but if you get food at Utsunomiya Station and stay without using the dining facilities, you'll be very satisfied here. I would definitely like to use it again next time I visit! Thank you very mu

In this age of various gadgets, in slightly older hotels, we often end up competing for power outlets with our companions. However, this hotel had plenty of outlets in the room, which was really great! The room also had a clean feel, which was nice. There was just one thing t

The rooms are calm, and the bathroom and bathtub are spacious, allowing for a relaxing bath. I mainly stay for the breakfast. I stay because I can enjoy a delicious breakfast featuring Tochigi's specialties, such as crispy and fluffy French toast made with eggs from Nasu Poul

This is my second time staying here, following last year. It's very convenient as it's close to the station, and there are convenience stores and restaurants open until late nearby. The front desk staff are always appropriately pleasant, and this time they were helpful in exp

Good points: - The futon and washroom were clean and comfortable. - The provided shampoo and conditioner were from POLA, and the hairdryer was Panasonic, which assured me of their quality. - The bright wood grain interior design was refreshing and uplifting, enhancing the travel

We enjoyed a delicious meal without any issues. Dining out after 9 PM seemed daunting, so it was a great relief. We stayed in a twin room, which was spacious and comfortable. The bathhouse being available until 2 AM is a much-appreciated service. We definitely want to use this ho

Although there was a slight distance from JR Utsunomiya Station, it was within walking distance, so it was not a problem. Since I am an Amazon Prime member, being able to watch Prime Video on the room's TV was a big plus. The unit bath with a shower toilet was also fine. I

Service: Very good. Parking: The hotel has space for 3 cars on a first-come, first-served basis, 500 yen/night, and there's a coin-operated parking lot nearby (about 700 yen/night). Overall: Initially, I planned to stay for one night, but my work extended, and since the cost

When I entered the room, it was spacious and clean, leaving nothing to be desired. Additionally, there were plenty of outlets, which was great for charging a computer and mobile phone at the same time. However, while in the room, I could hear footsteps and voices from the hallway

I had a comfortable stay as a solo female traveler. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the location is within walking distance from the station and easy to find, and it's close to my favorite bakery, Penny Lane (there's also a convenience store nearby), so I would l

I stayed here during a golf trip with my wife. This hotel, established in the Meiji era, exudes a sense of history. The facilities also feel somewhat historical, but they are sufficient for a one-night stay. The room was spacious, and the bed was wide and comfortable. I would lik

The hairdryer is a Mod's Hair, which is great for women, and the airflow was perfect. It was the first time I experienced such a strong airflow with a cool air setting. Having a microwave on each floor is also incredibly convenient. I stayed in mid-September, but even with

Second stay. This time, there was also a welcome drink service. We went to Sauna & Spa Namdaemun within a 10-minute walk. An early-morning walk followed by a morning bath. We took out bread from the 1st-floor restaurant/bakery to our Room. We will stay again.

It would be great if you could partner with a parking lot. Otherwise, the location is excellent and I’m very satisfied. Thank you very much.

I spent 3 days and 2 nights in Tohoku, and my plans changed on the way back, so I made a last-minute Reservation. It was close to the station and great value for money, which really helped. The room was well cleaned and spotless. Above all, I appreciated having access to three free washing machines and two dryers on the rooftop, which made it easy to do laundry. I would like to stay here again.

Despite being only about a 10-minute drive to the city, the free parking is also an attractive feature. There are no tall buildings around, so the view is great, and especially in the clear winter air, you can see the mountains of Northern Kanto in one sweep. It's a reliable plac
