The guest room was clean, including the bathroom facilities. The bed was comfortable to sleep on. USB charging was available, which was very convenient. The TV that allows video streaming meets modern needs, and the structure above the foot of the bed cleverly utilizes limited sp

The hairdryer is a Mod's Hair, which is great for women, and the airflow was perfect. It was the first time I experienced such a strong airflow with a cool air setting. Having a microwave on each floor is also incredibly convenient. I stayed in mid-September, but even with

All the staff, the meals, and the welcome drink service were truly wonderful. Because the bath is time-slot based, it was marked as crowded the whole time. Even after waiting until the last possible minute, the crowded sign never disappeared, so I decided to go anyway. However, there are only a few washing stations, and when someone was waiting behind me I felt rushed and couldn’t relax. The open-air bath was very relaxing. Breakfast had limited variety, and the hot items were lukewarm and not refilled promptly. Also, there was a line at the coffee station (sometimes even just waiting for cups to be restocked). Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Above all, the vi

Thank you for responding quickly to our requests and various issues. The Facility’s Onsen is excellent. It’s a shame that morning bathing isn’t available, though.

Parking was available, and it was great to have a supermarket and a popular bakery nearby.
