The Room size, bathroom, and spacious bed were all great. The kitchen was well equipped, and all appliances—including the washing machine—were provided, so I was able to stay very comfortably. The room cleaning was also excellent. I’d love to stay again next time. Securit

The parking staff, front desk staff, and breakfast venue staff were all polite and provided excellent service. The amenities and facilities are standard for a business hotel but very clean. Breakfast offers a wide variety, including live kitchen options like Sano ramen and gy

The mattresses were excellent, and we slept very well. The room also had a washer-dryer and microwave installed—very convenient! This hotel has a lounge on the 5th floor with spacious seating areas and complimentary coffee from a coffee maker. The sofas are so comfortable

The Room was clean and comfortable to stay in; however, there was some dust on top of the ventilation fan above the sink area which caught my attention—please check this point for improvement. I would love to stay at Daiwa Roynet Group Hotels again if given another opportunity!

She also thanked what seemed like regular guests with “Thank you as always,” which I thought was excellent. This was our first stay for our child’s tournament, but if we go to Utsunomiya again, we would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much for such a wonderful

Our Toyota Aqua parked smoothly. The staff assisting with parking were very friendly and approachable, making the experience pleasant. At reception, they were kind to children and handed us towels and amenities separately. There is an amenity bar where you can enjoy compli

The location is excellent, just a short walk from Utsunomiya Station and close to convenience stores. The shampoo and other toiletries had a pleasant fragrance. I also appreciated the wide variety of tea bags provided, along with instant soup as part of the amenities. If I have a

The guest rooms have been fully renovated, with sparkling walls, floors, and bathrooms. Lighting and outlets are functionally arranged, allowing for a stress-free and comfortable stay. Including the exceptionally kind service at the front desk, this Hotel offers incredible va

The stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, but there was a lingering smell of cigarettes in the hallway on the floor we stayed on. Perhaps it used to be a smoking floor? The Room had an air purifier, so it didn’t bother us. Overall, we were very satisfied.

I have been ordered by my company to reduce travel and accommodation expenses, and I am diligently engaged in sales activities under these constrained circumstances. This time, with the determination of jumping off the stage at Kiyomizu, I searched around Utsunomiya Station and

It was very convenient—close to Utsunomiya Station and just a short walk to a convenience store. The room was also very spacious, making for an extremely comfortable stay. I will stay here again.

The Room was clean and I was very satisfied. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were efficient, and everything tasted great. The miso soup was especially good, and every side dish was excellent with no disappointments. I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

The open-air bath was very relaxing. Breakfast had limited variety, and the hot items were lukewarm and not refilled promptly. Also, there was a line at the coffee station (sometimes even just waiting for cups to be restocked). Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Above all, the vi

Dinner in the evening was also delicious, thanks to the staff’s attentive service.

It had two spacious rooms, two toilets, two TVs, a large bath, and a lovely coffee maker. I stayed with my daughter, and we were able to spend a very relaxing time, making it a great memory. If I have the chance to visit Utsunomiya again, I would love to stay here again. My daugh

Conveniently located near the east exit of Utsunomiya Station, at the edge of the nightlife district. The Facility is also new, so it felt clean and well maintained.

All the staff, the meals, and the welcome drink service were truly wonderful. Because the bath is time-slot based, it was marked as crowded the whole time. Even after waiting until the last possible minute, the crowded sign never disappeared, so I decided to go anyway. However, there are only a few washing stations, and when someone was waiting behind me I felt rushed and couldn’t relax. If it’s like this on a weekday, I wonder if it gets even more crowded on weekends or holidays? Still, the staff’s pleasant greetings and kind check-ins made me feel very welcome, and I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much!

Second stay. This time, there was also a welcome drink service. Went to Sauna & Spa Namdaemun within a 10-minute walk. Took an early-morning walk and enjoyed a morning bath. Took out bread from the 1st-floor restaurant/bakery to the Room. I will stay here again.

The building and the Room are old, but it was more than enough for a business trip since I only needed a place to sleep. Above all, it’s reasonably priced and close to the station, so I’d like to stay here again when I’m in Utsunomiya on business. I also appreciate that there is a large public bath, and all the front desk staff are kind.

Parking was available, and it was great to have a supermarket and a popular bakery nearby.
