The slide brought great joy to our child—and even adults ended up enjoying it! Watching YouTube on a large projector screen or relaxing with plenty of cushions allowed us to spend blissful lazy moments. The stylish furniture, appliances, and decor were of such high quality that

Throughout our stay, our dog's eyes sparkled as they enjoyed every moment so much that during checkout time they refused to leave! It became such an unforgettable memory that we've decided this will be an annual tradition for birthdays going forward—thank you so much! As for red

As it was for a birthday celebration, they kindly accepted our cake reservation—thank you so much! This hotel is truly pet-friendly! Upon check-in, they took a commemorative photo of the whole family together with our dog. We rarely get such opportunities, so it made us very hap

The cat was very cute. The Onsen’s open-air bath felt cold when I first got in. The indoor bath was also quite lukewarm, but it felt like I could stay in forever. I bathed three times during my stay, and it was very relaxing. Many of the staff were from overseas, but I could feel their thoughtful hospitality. It had a homey atmosphere. As a solo traveler, it was great to be able to relax quietly. I’d like to stay again.

We stayed with our family of five and our dog. Since we had a dog, we stayed in a Japanese-style room, which was very comfortable. The Onsen was separated by gender and switched the next day, allowing us to enjoy both Onsens. The meals offered a variety of options, and the

First of all, the staff’s hospitality was very warm. Even though we arrived right at the last minute, they welcomed us kindly. They also gave thorough explanations about the Facility and meals, and even explained everything to us directly before dinner. Inside the glamping tent, there were far more amenities than we expected—there wasn’t a single moment where we thought, “I wish we had this.” Everything we needed was provided: a water dispenser, insect repellent, insect spray, wet wipes, and more. And it was all very clean! Both breakfast and dinner used local ingredients, and we were completely satisfied with both the taste and portion sizes. The rice was especially delicious! The staff even told us, “If you think you can finish it all, you should try!” (laugh) They also gave us fireworks for free, and we really enjoyed the campfire as well. Since it rained we couldn’t see the stars, but we were still able to have fun indoors. There were also free rentals like board games and outdoor activities, plus lots of fun things like a stamp-rally-style activity—so there’s no chance of getting bored! The bath/shower rooms can be used for free! They were extremely well cleaned and super spotless. However, since I wanted to enjoy an Onsen bath as well, I went to an Onsen near Nikko beforehand.

Everything was even better than we imagined—we were truly impressed! We stayed here because we were looking for an Accommodation where we could bring our dog, and the dog amenities were very well stocked, so we’re really glad we chose to stay. The illuminated cottage was beautiful, and the dog run was spacious and clean—an outstanding Accommodation in every way. We’re already talking about staying at your other locations in different prefectures as well!

This was my second stay to coincide with the fireworks. I also stayed a year ago, and the Room was still kept clean and in good condition. I wasn’t sure whether it was okay to use the towels to dry dishes, so I used paper towels instead… Sorry for using too many (there was also a sponge and dish soap). Next time, I plan to bring kitchen scissors and a dishcloth. If you could provide more detailed instructions on how to sort the trash, I’d be able to cooperate better… so I ended up putting it all together. I’d love to stay again!

We stayed here to celebrate our dog’s birthday. 2 adults and 2 dogs. The Room was very nice, and we were able to enjoy the Onsen comfortably. However, dinner was shabu-shabu with high-quality international beef and it was delicious, but there was only one plate of sashimi. Even though the Room and Onsen were wonderful, we felt a bit disappointed with the meals. I think one plate of meat is fine, but it would be better if condiments and sashimi were prepared individually for each person. Breakfast was supposed to be delivered in a box, but there were no details about the explanation or where it would be placed, so we ended up searching all over the Room and the food got cold. Also, we felt the seasoning was a little strong. It was nice to relax with minimal staff interaction, but we also felt there was too much self-service for what you pay. At least for meals, it would be better if they could deliver them and set them up for us. We’re not sure about staying again next time. We were very satisfied with the Room and Onsen. We think this Accommodation is great for larger groups of friends who want to have fun together.

We booked a double Room under the Plan that allows guests to stay with their dog. The Room itself was nicely renovated and clean, but it felt smaller than expected. We have stayed at other Accommodations with dogs, and they often provide a crate and other thoughtful touches in th
