I had a very pleasant stay in a clean, spacious Room. The in-room bath was also comfortable, and I was able to truly relax—spending time in the hammock after bathing and enjoying the beer in the refrigerator. The Room was well equipped with items to make my stay comfortable, incl

We also enjoyed choosing from the highly rated prix fixe dinner menu in the Reviews—it was fun to take our time deciding. The pacing of service at dinner was just right, and every dish was beautifully presented with delicate plating; both the appearance and flavors were excellent

Stayed for one night in early April. It was my first visit. The hotel had a clean and elegant atmosphere with a refined entrance. The room featured a natural wood design with black steel accents, creating a stylish interior. It was spacious, clean, and left nothing to be desired.

As mentioned in the reviews, both dinner and breakfast were incredibly tasty, and I was very satisfied. The meals were hearty both in the morning and evening, leaving me completely full! The heartfelt service from the staff who served us made for a very pleasant and enjoyable

They also noticed that I was pregnant and kindly replaced the pre-meal drink with orange juice. Although we were initially anxious about traveling with a small child, it turned out to be a wonderful experience. We look forward to visiting again as a family of four after our s

The Room was incredibly spacious, and the private open-air bath and amenities were absolutely wonderful! Even in the rain, you can enjoy the bath without getting wet, and the sound of rain is amazing! I visited with my 7-year-old son, and the buffet offered a wide variety inc

I am very satisfied this time as well. The open-air bath is at my preferred temperature, not too hot, and the sauna has a TV and is at a good temperature. The cold bath is spacious and excellent. There are several types of bath amenities, which makes it enjoyable. The buffet dinn

The welcome drink and snack service were also delightful touches. The bath facilities allowed for relaxing soaks, and the changing area was clean and well-maintained. I personally appreciated that the showerhead and hairdryer were from ReFa! It was truly an excellent stay

The renovated interior was very beautiful. The Room's private open-air bath was a cypress bath, allowing us to relax while enjoying the scent of cypress. It was convenient as we could fill the bath ourselves and add more hot water as needed. The large public bath at Mizubana

The Onsen was comfortable in temperature and very relaxing in both the large public bath and the private bath. The ice pops after bathing were also a welcome service. All of the staff had wonderful smiles and were kind throughout our stay, which made us feel very comfortable.

All staff were kind and attentive. The meals were delicious and more than enough (we had a late lunch, so we were too full and ended up leaving quite a bit—sorry about that). The bath had a lovely view by the river, with a great atmosphere. We stayed in the Room with six people,

The Room was spacious, bright, and clean, and we were very satisfied. We stayed with six people across two generations including children, and the 2LDK layout was perfect. Since two of us are smokers, we also appreciated being able to relax and smoke in the Room. We would like to

I’ve traveled with my dog several times, but this was the most satisfying Hotel I’ve stayed at. The unmanned lobby was also very clean, and I felt pleased even before entering the Room. The dog amenities were very well stocked, and the Room was spotless, stylish, and well maint
