We enjoyed a “staycation,” with lounge hopping across four lounges as the main highlight. First, we walked from Shinagawa Station to the Hotel, but IKYU’s directions said “cross Daiichi Keihan…,” so we crossed the signal right after exiting the Takanawa Exit. However, the route to the right after crossing was blocked due to construction, so we had to turn back. After exiting the Takanawa Exit, it’s best to turn right and walk along Daiichi Keihan, then turn left at the first traffic light onto Sakura-zaka. Alternatively, since it’s a continuous uphill slope, I think taking the shuttle bus would be a good option. We visited all four lounges, and as expected, Hana-Kouro’s lounge was the most relaxing; the drinks were also of higher quality and excellent. The champagne during cocktail time—and Dassai—was a real treat. We also enjoyed tasting different sake. There were some light bites during cocktail time, but it would have been even better if there had been additional hors d’oeuvres. Breakfast was delicious as well. It was our first time trying a matcha grinding experience, and we really enjoyed it. At the lounge, the staff maintained just the right level of attentiveness throughout without being intrusive, which made it very comfortable. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us. Thank you for a wonderful time!

It had been unbearably hot for so long that I didn’t feel like going anywhere, but I thought a hotel staycation would be enjoyable, so I decided to make a Reservation. The chilled hand towels on arrival and the ice-filled ice bucket provided during turndown were thoughtful touches—especially appreciated in summer. It was also my first time trying lounge hopping, and I miscalculated by eating too much and ending up uncomfortably full at dinner… Still, I enjoyed strolling around the garden inside the Hotel and had a very satisfying stay.

From the moment you enter, the hotel feels luxurious, and the staff are exceptionally courteous. There are plenty of staff members, so there is no waiting time for anything. I was completely satisfied with everything—the view from the room, the cleanliness, and the amenities. I used the hotel’s courier service this time, and they also provided cardboard boxes, which helped reduce my luggage for the trip home. A convenience store and a drugstore have opened near the hotel entrance, making it easy to buy small items after arrival. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

The staff are always courteous and attentive, making my stay very comfortable. The Room is thoroughly cleaned, the bed is very comfortable, and I can truly relax, so I keep coming back. The bamboo lanterns in the garden change little by little with each season, and I look forward to strolling around every time. At the club lounge, the beer server was available from tea time, which was just what I needed after being worn out by the heat. This time, I also enjoyed warm, freshly made pancakes from the pancake maker—it really lifted my spirits. It’s wonderful that there’s always something new to experience. I’m looking forward to visiting again next time.

We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It seems the lounge was recently renovated: the previous location was closed, and a restaurant on the same 3rd floor was remodeled and reopened as the new lounge. This time we used it during all available hours, and there is nothing to complain about. The pancakes and freshly squeezed juice mentioned in past Reviews were not available, but a variety of items are served at each time slot, so we were fully satisfied. The meat dishes and egg dishes are cooked after ordering, so they are served freshly made. The taste was excellent as well. There was also a wide selection of alcoholic drinks during cocktail time, which we really enjoyed. Of course, there were plenty of soft drinks too. I enjoy drinking, so I even had beer in the morning (though I’m not sure if that was allowed time-wise). Even without adding breakfast and dinner, you can be more than satisfied. Unlike before, you can only enter the lounge with your Room key card, which felt reassuring. It also serves as the check-in counter, so we were able to relax at the Hotel from 2:30 pm until 12:00 pm the next day. Our Room had a front-facing view of Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Tower, and thank you for preparing anniversary sweets in our Room. If we have another opportunity, we would love to use this Plan again.

It feels very minimal, but it’s clean and I think it’s very good. This time I used it for day use. There was a desk with a lamp, and there was also a window, so I was able to spend my time very comfortably. I also personally liked the layout: shower only, with the toilet separate. It felt geared toward inbound travelers, but I think Japanese guests would enjoy it too. I’d like to see the larger Room as well.

It’s very close to Osaki Station. On the first floor of the same building, there are a supermarket, a 100-yen shop, a bookstore, and some restaurants. Across the street at Gate City Osaki, there are also restaurants such as Hama-Sushi. The Room was like a typical Hotel Room and was clean. They also provide yukata for children. Amenities can be picked up from the front desk. I think breakfast offers a good variety, and I felt each item was high quality. It was nice to have cherry tomatoes and fruit. Personally, I found the bread especially delicious. It was very crowded, perhaps because it was during a holiday period, but the staff were working very hard. It was disappointing that the bathtub drain in the Room’s unit bath clogged easily. Since you can quickly go out and buy anything you forgot, I thought it’s a very convenient Hotel. I’d like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

It was about a 5-minute walk uphill from Shinagawa Station, and being so close to the station was very convenient. The lobby was incredibly spacious, open, stylish, and wonderful—and the front desk was located in the center, which I had never seen in a hotel before. Because the property is so large, it was quite a walk to reach our room, but I was happy that the staff accommodated my request for a higher-floor room. The room was well cleaned, and we enjoyed a pleasant stay with a great view from the balcony. Perhaps due to inbound tourism, most of the guests were international travelers. I’m glad we were able to stay at such a lovely hotel at a very reasonable price.\nBreakfast at Zakuro on B1 was delicious, but it was disappointing that we didn’t have time to relax and enjoy it.\nNext time, I’d love to stay again with my family on a special occasion and take our time.\nThank you very much.

N Tower is conveniently located just a short walk from Shinagawa Station. Two of us stayed for two nights while moving for work in Tokyo. We brought one medium-sized suitcase (international travel size), but there was no space in the Room to open it—understandable given the 16.5 m² size. We left early in the morning and returned late at night, and the location was very helpful. There are also restaurants nearby that stay open past 11:00 p.m., so we were satisfied with the convenience.

I chose this place for my first trip alone with my eldest daughter now that she’s grown up, because we wanted to see the city night view. We checked in at night, and the view was just as we’d hoped—wonderful. The room was stylish and even had a sofa, so I’m glad we chose a high floor. Thank you very much.

The Room is small. It would be nice if there were space to slide a suitcase under the bed. However, there was just enough space near the entrance, so it worked out. There is a desk at the back of the bed, and it was easy to use. The shower has strong water pressure, which is great. Some Hotels only trickle, but this Hotel provides plenty of water, so you can finish quickly and it’s very convenient. You can make drip coffee, so you can enjoy coffee after meals. Because the Facility is old, you can turn on the lights without inserting the Room key card, so in summer or winter you can leave with the air conditioner running. It’s old, but the elevator is fast.
