We stayed here during our trip visiting Yomiuriland, Akihabara, and Shibuya. Even before booking, I emailed several questions and received quick, polite replies to all of them. The staff were also courteous and kind. The hotel was very clean, compact, and nicely organized. One downside was that the toilet and bath were separate, but the bath was located beyond the toilet area, so only one person could use the toilet/sink area at a time. Since three of us stayed together, it took longer to get ready than with a fully separate toilet room, and we had to be mindful of each other.

This was my first time trying ramen. They offered salt and soy sauce flavors, and I chose the soy sauce. The portion size was just right, and it was very delicious. It was also a big help that my friend could leave our luggage before check-in. If I have the chance, I would like to stay again next time.

I stayed here for an exam, and thanks to the thoughtful attention to detail and flexible support, I was able to face the day fully prepared. The warm hospitality of the staff and the delicious breakfast left a lasting impression, and I would love to stay here again.

At this price, being so close to Otemachi is truly appreciated. The Room was quiet, the other guests were pleasant, and my stay was very comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Whenever I need to be in Otemachi and stay the night before, I would gladly stay here again.

We stayed here so my daughter could attend an event, and because it was close to my eldest daughter’s home. Since we only needed the Room to sleep in, we didn’t expect much, but it was quiet and very comfortable. The heating didn’t work and it was cold, but since the two of us slept together, we managed. For breakfast, due to air conditioner installation work, it was provided in a bento box and we ate it in our Room, and it was delicious. We would like to stay again.

It was very good! As a couple who smokes, the best thing was that there was a smoking Room. I think it was the smoking Room floor, but the hallway from the elevator to the Room didn’t strongly smell of cigarettes (non-smokers might feel it does...), and even inside the Room there wasn’t an odor that bothered us as smokers. The front desk staff were pleasant, and both check-in and check-out were very smooth. At check-in, there was a recommended breakfast guide on the front desk machine, so we bought breakfast vouchers and used them the next morning. The service was good, and we were able to spend our morning time efficiently. Maybe because it was Sunday morning?! but we could choose between Japanese or Western style; I would have been happier if the Japanese set felt a bit more traditionally Japanese. When we visit Tokyo again, I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

It was a clean Hotel. It’s close to the station, but it was a little hard to find. I mistakenly went to another Hotel in the same chain nearby. At the wrong Hotel, an international front desk staff member kindly guided me to the correct location. The staff at the front desk upon arrival also explained everything politely, and they were very pleasant. I would like to stay here again when attending an event.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights). On the first day, around 2:00 PM, I left my luggage and planned to go to the museum, but it was so crowded that I could barely get inside from the entrance and had to wait quite a while. There was only one staff member at reception, so I would have appreciated at least two people assisting. It was nice that coffee was always available and that guests could freely use the amenities. Also, on the first day, the sheets (pillowcase) had a very strong odor. The location is convenient and close to the station, so I hope you will address the odor issue.

The stay was stress-free as always. There was no crowd at the reception during check-in or check-out, and we rarely encountered other guests in the elevator. As a family with children, choosing a Hotel with fewer points to worry about is important for us. Thank you for providing champagne and organic orange juice in the refrigerator. The access was excellent since there was an event at Tokyo Dome again. We look forward to staying here next time as well!

The breakfast was delicious. I was able to relax in the natural Onsen. I was soothed by the LOVOT robot strolling around the front.

It was a very comfortable Hotel. Since it was a king-size bed, we were able to share one bed as a parent and child. I would like to use it again.

This was my second stay. This time I was able to check in during the complimentary snack hours, so I had a “chocolate chunk cookie.” It was delicious with the free coffee. I had booked a single room, but since there were vacancies they upgraded me for free. The room felt a little small, but it’s more than enough for a business trip. I also liked that the loungewear and hair dryer were neatly placed together in a basket. Having a foldable mirror on the (small) desk was helpful as well. The bathroom is a standard size for a business hotel, but the ReFa shower head and the outward-curved shower curtain rail make it feel more spacious when showering. Also, because there are stoppers at both ends of the curtain rail, as long as you set the hooks (rings?) properly on both sides, you don’t have to worry about the curtain sliding open while you use it. I also used the breakfast service. At first glance it may seem like there aren’t many main items, but for breakfast it’s plenty. The automatic pancake machine (the only one I’ve ever seen) is fun! The size is just right, and best of all you can eat freshly made pancakes. The cherry sauce for the pancakes was tasty, and the other breads were good too. That said, I think having knives with the cutlery would be nice. Overall, this is a hotel with a very good impression. The staff (front desk and restaurant) are kind and helpful, and it’s a place I’d like to stay again. I probably will.

Used a Private Capsule as Mentioned in the Title. While there is no lock on the capsule door, the lockers are secure with locks, so safety is not an issue. However, regarding the key—though it worked fine for the locker and area doors, it was unresponsive with the elevator at times. This made accessing the women-only lounge inconvenient, and unfortunately, I could only use it for showers.

The Room felt a bit small, but there was enough space to open a suitcase, and it was clean, so overall it was good. The noise in the hallway from people coming back late at night was a bit loud, but there was no noise coming through from the neighboring Room, so it was quiet. There were face masks among the amenities, which really helped because I had forgotten to bring some. All of the staff greeted us with smiles and were very polite, and when we left they even saw us off with flint and steel—an unforgettable experience that made for wonderful travel memories. Thank you very much.
