Very close to Bellesalle. The Room was comfortable, with the bathtub and shower separated from the toilet. I was able to spend time in a very quiet environment, and my work went smoothly. Thank you very much.

I stayed for five nights as part of a movie promotion. It’s close to the station, so I made a Reservation right away. Although it was a complicated Reservation with the number of guests changing depending on the day, you suggested arrangements so I could move between Rooms smoothly, and I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

It was a compact, easy-to-use Room. The showerhead, hair dryer, and shampoo amenities were all ReFa, which was great. However, it was disappointing that the bathroom had not been fully cleaned. Since it’s close to the station, I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

Because there was availability, I was able to stay on the ladies-only floor. Both the room and the women’s bath had ReFa hair dryers. The numbering for Ikebukuro Station’s underground exits was hard to understand, and since the Hotel has two entrances, I got a little lost at first. However, when I went out after check-in, I realized that a subway exit is right next to one of the entrances.

Great value for a 2-night stay in Ikebukuro. However, I underestimated the underground passageways. It was nice that it’s a 1-minute walk from Exit C1, and there are places like MOS Burger and Matsuya nearby, so finding food wasn’t a problem. But it’s quite a walk to the JR lines and Tokyo Metro lol. You keep the key with you until checkout, so you don’t have to leave it at the front desk each time, and being able to come and go freely 24 hours is convenient.

The complimentary welcome coffee was a lovely touch. With other drinks also available, I was able to relax very comfortably.

There was no noise from neighboring rooms, and I had a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept well. The large TV was also a great feature, and I was glad I could watch YouTube. It would be even better if makeup remover were provided among the amenities.

Compared with a typical Business Hotel, I could stay comfortably in the Room without hearing noise or voices from the hallway. I was also glad that outside noise was hardly noticeable.

This was my first stay. The location was convenient, the room was clean, and the staff were wonderful. When I contacted PRONTO with a request, they responded quickly and were very helpful. Breakfast was lavish and delicious, making it a great memory. I would like to stay again.

I stayed here for a Pokémon GO event, and it was right in the middle of Ikebukuro’s raid hotspot. From the Room, I could reach multiple Gyms and PokéStops, and raids start forming from 6:00 a.m. During the event, it was nonstop—groups quickly filled to 20 people. That alone greatly increases this Hotel’s value. The Room was on the small side, but it had all the basic amenities. More power outlets would make it even better. My only complaint was that the toilet paper was thin. There are also plenty of chain restaurants nearby, so you have lots of dining options.

I always stay here and appreciate it. Overall I’m satisfied, but I’d be happy if a few things could be improved: - I’d like a mirror and a chair in the Room. Some Rooms have them and some don’t, but I’d like them in every Room. - Please replace the shower curtain with one that can be properly closed. - The front desk area is always hot. It’s hot whether I visit in winter or summer. On the positive side, I really appreciate that the Room slippers are now disposable! Please keep providing disposable slippers from now on as well!

With the Pokémon Center attached to the hotel, I was very satisfied to be able to visit both near closing time and again at opening. The building felt a bit old, but it was well maintained and I had no issues during my stay. The amenities were limited to what was necessary, which felt eco-friendly and nice. Check-in was during a busy time in the 3 p.m. hour, but the staff handled everything smoothly, which was great. Someone who seemed to be a supervisor watched how crowded it was, moved over to assist with luggage reception, and spoke with repeat guests; I felt there was good teamwork and thoughtful attention to guest satisfaction. I enjoyed staying at their affiliated resort hotel in summer as well, but this hotel offered a different kind of enjoyment and I’m glad I chose it.

I was planning to check in late, but it was very helpful that you contacted me on the day to confirm my check-in time.

I stayed here while looking for Accommodation near the Shinjuku area during my trip to Tokyo, and I had a comfortable stay.

It’s an extremely efficient hotel, and I really like how everything is handled systematically. I hope you’ll continue to stay true to the APA Hotel way.

It was conveniently located near the station, making it easy to get around. All of the hotel staff were kind and courteous, so I had a very pleasant stay. I would love to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Once a year, I stay here when I have work near the Hotel. The Room is clean, and it is quiet despite being in the city center. I can rest with peace of mind until work the next day. I’m not good at driving, and when I had trouble maneuvering in the Hotel parking lot and called the front desk for help, they came right away and guided me. The Room has an electric kettle and tea bags, so you can enjoy a warm cup of tea. From sharing an elevator with what seemed to be inbound international travelers, this Hotel appears to be popular. I would like to stay here again next year.

I was upgraded and enjoyed a spacious room in the accommodation I stayed at before. Thank you very much. It's close to the station, and next time, I'd like to try the curry lunch!

The location was very convenient for joining a bus tour the next day. I could walk to Shinjuku, and the Accommodation was clean, reasonably priced, and excellent. I would like to stay again.

The room had been partially renovated, but it was clean and nice. When I entered the room, I was very disappointed to find the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building right in front of me, but there was an open view diagonally to the right, which was a relief for someone as particular about views as I am. If you care about the view, I recommend a room with a view bath where you can see Mt. Fuji. It was lovely that the bathtub and shower booth were separate. And of course, the bed was wonderfully plush. There were no wine glasses, hairbrush, or amenities in the room, but when I called to request them, they were brought up immediately, which really helped. There were no pajamas—only yukata. Breakfast had unique items you don’t often see at other hotels; it was delicious and I ate too much. The omelet was cooked a bit firm. With lush greenery right in front of us, it was refreshing to enjoy breakfast from early morning. The bar’s location, service, and atmosphere were all great—and they even have happy hour—so I ended up drinking too much. It would also be nice to stop by for a drink after work before heading home. The service was excellent and the food was delicious, so I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.
