I stayed in June. It was a triple Room, but the beds were close together, and I really appreciated that we could still spread out three suitcases. There is an added power outlet and USB port by the pillow, but they get hot when in use, so please be careful. Also, they have a cover, so you might not notice them at first. The light switches in the Room are hard to understand, and it feels a bit dark. For the lamps, you need to pull the cord to turn them on. The bath area is an Onsen with two indoor baths plus an open-air bath and a sauna, so I was able to relax for a long time. It was clean and well maintained. The in-room bathroom is combined with the toilet. Adjusting the water temperature is inconvenient because you have to run both hot and cold water separately. The washbasin area was spacious. Thank you for keeping my frozen items at reception. It really helped. It’s three stops from Sapporo Station so it feels a bit far, but it’s about a 3-minute walk from the station nearby. It’s also within walking distance from Susukino Station (about 15 minutes), so I enjoyed getting around on foot. I will stay again.

Thank you for your hospitality the other day. I rated the bath 4 stars because there is no large public bath, but I had no complaints about the in-room bath. Both check-in and luggage storage before and after check-out were smooth, and the location was very convenient, so I think I will stay again. Thank you very much.

Great location, clean rooms, long opening hours for the large public bath, and a wide variety of food—very satisfying!

This was my first trip to Hokkaido. I stayed for several nights to celebrate the birth of my eldest son’s baby and to meet my grandchild. They accommodated a late check-in, which I really appreciated, and the amenities next to the front desk were plentiful. The breakfast menu changed from day to day, so I enjoyed it on the second day as well. In particular, I loved the seafood rice bowl where you can add as much of your favorite toppings as you like. All of the staff were pleasant, and I had a very comfortable stay. It would have been even better if the changing area had been a bit more spacious.

I stayed on the 8th floor, and the hallway heating was on, making it feel like a sauna, so I informed the front desk before going out. When I returned, it had improved after letting in outside air, but there seems to be an issue with the Facility inspection system. Regarding the foldable luggage rack in the Room for placing large bags: while I was trying to set it up, the tabletop (quite heavy) suddenly fell and hit my left wrist, causing slight bleeding. It was a minor injury, but I think this could lead to a serious accident unless it is set up in advance. Breakfast felt significantly better than two years ago. However, the pork was tough, though considering the price it seems unavoidable. The large public bath was well maintained and not crowded, so I could relax. The water temperature was just right and helped relieve my fatigue. That said, I would like cold water after bathing. Overall, I am satisfied. I will use your hotel again. Thank you very much.

I had to travel to Sapporo on short notice and made a same-day Reservation. I was happy to have a Room with a view of the Hokkaido Government Office. It was conveniently located within walking distance of Sapporo Station and Susukino. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. Thank you very much.

I had a very satisfying stay. First, the location: I wasn’t familiar with Sapporo at all, but the nearest station, Odori Station, is extremely convenient with three subway lines intersecting there. Susukino is also just a short walk away. The in-room facilities were excellent. This was my first time realizing how much a mini-kitchen can elevate a hotel stay. It was great that brand-new kitchen paper and sponges were provided as well. I also used the front-loading washer/dryer—having detergent included was impressive. Another highlight was that both the showerhead and hair dryer were ReFa. Since there’s a microwave in the room, on days with an early departure you can skip hotel breakfast and instead heat up prepared foods you bought the day before (for example at Seicomart) and kept in the fridge. The air conditioner can be controlled individually in each room. If I had to mention one thing, it would have been perfect if there were a place to hang laundry where it catches the airflow from the air conditioner. With enough time, I expect it would dry without any issues. All amenities are available in the lobby, and I had no complaints at all. Breakfast is compact, but more than sufficient for the price. The zangi was nicely crisp, the soup curry was delicious, the bread selection felt stylish, and the rice was Nanatsuboshi. There’s also a thoughtful service that lets you take drinks back to your room after your meal. I also appreciated the complimentary soft-serve ice cream service after check-in. I would definitely like to stay here again next time I’m in Sapporo—this is honestly the first business hotel that has made me feel this way. Thank you very much.

Although it is a cabin-type Room without a lock, the bed is high quality and there were no issues. The price is also reasonable. The location is very close to Odori Station, and there is a convenience store in the building, so you won’t have any trouble. The large public bath is spacious and well equipped with a sauna, but it cannot be used from 2:00 AM to 5:30 AM, so if you return late at night it may feel inconvenient—please keep this in mind. The staff are polite, and this would be my first choice when visiting Sapporo.

My family and I stayed for one night in August. It was conveniently located near the park and the station, with a convenience store right across the street and a 24-hour drugstore nearby. It was also great that we could check how crowded the bath and restaurant were from our Room. The Room would have been easier to use if the bath and toilet had been completely separate, so that was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was average. It wasn’t very crowded, which was nice, but nothing particularly stood out as delicious. There is parking as well, and I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance.

A male front desk staff member recommended a great place for dinner. He was very courteous, and I truly appreciate his help. The Room and the entire property were clean, and I had a comfortable stay.

Choosing a Hotel a little away from Sapporo Station was absolutely the right decision. Every staff member provided outstanding service. A perfect 5 out of 5 is well deserved. I will definitely make a Reservation again when visiting Sapporo. Thank you for the wonderful space.

This was our second stay in a Club Room, and just like last time, both the Room and the lounge were very comfortable, making it an enjoyable trip. We would love to stay again on our next trip to Hokkaido. It was also great that we could check in smoothly using the QR code sent in advance.

I was able to relax! I went to Sapporo for a bit of self-discovery. While exploring, I looked into the city’s history—riding the streetcar and even doing a full loop... My Plan depended on the weather and how much energy I had. The exterior is not flashy, but the Room was spacious and very clean. Even the smoking room had a sofa, which was wonderful! I also used the Onsen at an affiliated Hotel—only 600 yen, and it was a great bath. There’s also a convenience store along the way, which is very handy! Shingen Ramen has opened too, so it was lively. I’ll stay here again.

I stayed here for a one-night, two-day trip to Sapporo. It’s just a short walk to the subway, making it easy to get around and sightsee toward both Sapporo Station and Shin-Sapporo. The Hotel was very clean, and the bed was spacious with just the right firmness, which helped me recover from travel fatigue. With a large public bath and sauna on site, this is a highly recommended Hotel.

I’ve been there many times, but I regretted not knowing about such a wonderful Hotel. The Room was spacious, the breakfast was very delicious, and the front desk service was excellent. If I have the chance to visit Sapporo again, I will definitely stay here.

Access from Hosui-Susukino was very convenient. All the staff were very pleasant. There was no bathtub, only a shower booth, but it wasn’t a problem at all. It was my first time trying a rain shower. There was no step between the Room and the toilet, so moving back and forth was very smooth and helpful. There were lovely translucent designs at the toilet entrance and on the window curtains, and I took photos of them. I felt the bed was a little high—probably due to its position relative to the wall-mounted TV. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

I stay at hotels and ryokans about 60-70 nights a year for business and travel. - Location: Conveniently located near Susukino Station, surrounded by many convenience stores and dining options, making it ideal for enjoying Sapporo's nightlife. - Room: A standard room typical of an international hotel chain. Not particularly luxurious but clean and comfortable. - Facility: As a limited-service hotel, there are few shared facilities available. This is more suited for those who prefer exploring the city rather than spending time in the accommodation itself. The overall impression is that the facility is starting to show its age slightly. - Service: Interaction was limited to check-in at the front desk, but the service was efficient and professional. One mistake on my part was not noticing that parking was available at the hotel; I ended up using a nearby parking lot instead, though there wasn’t much difference in price. - Dining: Having stayed at several Holiday Inn hotels in other regions before, this one offered an excellent breakfast buffet by comparison. The menu had a wide variety of options including fresh sashimi, vegetables, and local delicacies from Hokkaido that are perfect for tourists visiting the area. - Overall satisfaction: As part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, it meets basic quality standards without offering anything particularly extraordinary to captivate guests' hearts—but there’s nothing to complain about either! If you're looking to stay in Susukino area specifically, this hotel can be considered as an option despite being slightly pricier due to its international brand status—something that also reflects its loyal fan base!
