The all-you-can-eat tuna at breakfast was the best. The Genghis Khan was also delicious, and the pickled herring-like dish was great too. Best of all, I could drink as much Katsugen as I wanted! It was excellent—thank you very much. I’d appreciate it if takeout coffee were available!

Many foreign guests were staying, but it was quiet, and I was able to enjoy a peaceful time.

Hotels in Sapporo are expensive everywhere, so I stayed here for two nights. If you understand that it’s a hostel, the quality is high and you can relax with peace of mind—it was a very comfortable stay. Above all, the bacon, egg, and toast breakfast (which I wasn’t expecting) was excellent, so I asked to add breakfast for the next day as well. The front desk staff seemed very busy handling everything alone, but this is a recommended hostel where you can stay with confidence.

I stayed for 4 nights from September 17. The amenities were sufficient, and the Room was clean. Although it is located in the heart of Susukino, it was quiet. I would like to stay again.

The building and unit bathroom are a bit dated, but the interior has been renovated and there were no issues. The Mirable shower may be a matter of personal preference, but the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable—I drifted off to sleep right away. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

Stayed here for the first time! I went upstairs expecting both a sauna and a bath, but it was just a sauna! (Haha) Usually, you hear about places having only baths without saunas, but just a sauna? That’s rare! There wasn’t even a cold bath—just showers and fresh air to cool down before heading back into the sauna. It would be great if they could add a cold bath, maybe in the outdoor space! The late-night ramen was great! A welcome drink would be nice to have. The lighting in the Room was quite dim. I’ll visit again!

The bathtub faucet is an older type and a bit difficult to use, but at this price, it’s understandable! They also stored our luggage after check-out. We’re satisfied—thank you very much.

For this price, I was 120% satisfied. It’s a typical Business Hotel. Check-in and check-out were a bit problematic—especially check-out. Even though there was no need to use the screen, everyone did, which caused a line to form. I wish it had been made clearer that it wasn’t necessary. Still, at that price, I can only be satisfied.

By staying on a weekday and avoiding holiday periods, I was able to book at a very good rate. I used a top-floor double room as a single, and with the toilet and bath separated, I was able to relax comfortably. If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to stay here.

I stayed in the dormitory and found it comfortable. If I had to mention one thing, I felt it was difficult to adjust the Room temperature.

I stayed here on a business trip. The complimentary breakfast was more substantial than I expected, which was great (the Grab & Go option you can take back to your room is also nice). Instead of bottled water, there is a water dispenser in the hallway where you can refill your bottle, in line with recent trends. There is no bathtub—only a shower booth—but it has three spray options (handheld, rain, and body). Once you read how to use it, it’s very convenient (it’s thoughtful that there’s a way to check the temperature so you don’t accidentally twist it and get blasted with cold water). The room is compact but has all the essentials, so if you’re familiar with the Sapporo/Susukino area, you can stay comfortably without any issues. The staff are cheerful and friendly as well. (It isn’t directly connected underground, so please be careful in winter if you’re not comfortable walking on snowy or icy roads.)

This was my first time staying at The Villa Hotels. The building was very clean, and all the appliances were new. I brought my own seasonings and pajamas in advance, so I had no inconvenience during my stay. Additionally, there was floor heating, making the room comfortable even on a cold day. Thank you for two enjoyable days!

Six of us stayed—five adults and a 4-month-old baby—and the place was spacious and relaxing. The amenities were thoughtfully provided; we were surprised to find two ReFa hair dryers. We stayed for two nights, and there were plenty of bath towels and face towels, so we could use them freely without worry. There’s a Seicomart next door and a 24-hour sandwich shop across the street—an excellent location. We’d love to stay again.

It felt like a regular apartment, and having a washing machine was great.

Everything was thoroughly cleaned, and we had a very comfortable stay. There was also plenty of linen provided—especially bath towels, which were prepared for the number of guests × the number of nights. The property itself is older, so there were some creaking floorboards, but the beds, sofa, TV, and other Facility amenities were new and easy to use. It’s within walking distance of Susukino, yet far enough away to be quiet—just the right balance.

Originally, I was planning to reserve a certain hotel, but I couldn't suddenly reserve for 3 nights and 4 days, so I chose this accommodation plan. However, after staying here, it turned out to be better than the hotel! It was a typical loft-style apartment room suitable for single living, but it came fully equipped with bath towels, face towels, toothbrushes, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap as well as dishwashing detergent and air conditioning. The room I stayed in also had a washing machine and laundry detergent available for use. There was even a convenience store nearby which made everything very convenient. No hassle of check-in or check-out procedures or moving through elevators and hallways. Honestly speaking, it felt much more comfortable than staying at a hotel. The only downside is that there is no parking lot; you will need to use the coin-operated parking behind the building. If I have business nearby again in the future, I will definitely choose this place again without hesitation. Thank you very much for this time!

1. I would be happy if the breakfast price were a little lower. I’d like to take my time and enjoy everything, but mornings are busy, and sometimes I’m not feeling well, so I can’t eat enough to feel it’s worth the cost. 2. Also regarding breakfast: I wanted to drink Japanese tea but couldn’t find it, so I asked a staff member. The reply was rather curt: “The drinks (including tea bags) are only here and over there (such as juices).” Could you please provide Japanese tea bags? 3. About the changing area by the bath: some guests don’t dry themselves properly after bathing, and puddles form in front of the lockers. This isn’t very hygienic, so I hope you can add measures to encourage drying off or use flooring that prevents puddles from forming. Overall, it’s a good Hotel—please keep improving even further.

I stayed here for a concert at the dome. The nearest station was convenient with a direct express train from the airport, and it was also just one stop away from the limousine bus station for the concert. Within about a 10-minute walk, I could reach Nijo Market, Ramen Alley, and Susukino, making it feel like a hidden gem. The Room was spacious and clean, with separate toilet and bathroom facilities. It also had a kitchen, microwave, and washing machine—everything you could need! If I visit Sapporo again, I would definitely stay here. Thank you very much!

This was my first stay. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. It seemed quiet that day, likely because it wasn’t crowded. Overall, everything was excellent. Thank you very much.
