It was so close and convenient that I almost walked past it, thinking it might be a bit farther from the station. The Room was spacious and clean, and I’d like to stay here again.

I stayed here with a friend I hadn’t seen in 10 years. Since it’s next to the Red Brick Government Building, getting around was incredibly easy. After going to make a Reservation at a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant about a 5-minute walk away, we were able to relax at the Hotel until our table was ready. It was also great that you can see the crowd levels for the bath and breakfast venue at a glance, making it easy to choose the right time. I felt the breakfast selection was slightly limited, but everything was delicious—I even went back for seconds of the clam chowder. They also offered Shine Muscat grapes in limited quantities; they were juicy and very tasty. The seafood bowl was excellent too! The rice is dispensed automatically, and since it looked like it might be a large portion, I chose Western-style vinegared rice for my seafood bowl. I was quietly thrilled that it came with eel as well! After checkout, luggage storage was locker-style, which felt secure. We could also relax comfortably in the lobby until it was time to leave. I’ll definitely stay here again next time!

The female staff member at the front desk was very helpful. The location was great, and I would like to stay here again. Thank you.

I had to travel to Sapporo on short notice and made a same-day Reservation. I was happy to have a Room with a view of the Hokkaido Government Office. It was conveniently located within walking distance of Sapporo Station and Susukino. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. Thank you very much.

The Facility is very clean. There is almost no outside noise. Breakfast was excellent—I ate too much for two days. When I go to Sapporo, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

What’s great about this place 1) The room is compact, but everything you need is provided, so I’ve never felt inconvenienced. 2) There is a large public bath (with separate hours for men and women), which is perfect for relaxing after a long day. 3) If you’re driving, there’s a Times self-parking garage right across the street, so you don’t have to worry about snow removal in winter. 4) Located at the southern end of Susukino’s entertainment district, with a Seicomart convenience store diagonally across the road. 5) With a point card program as well, it offers better overall value than other places. If I had to mention something: - The unit bath ventilation fan can be quite loud. - Occasionally, if you share the elevator with smokers, there may be some lingering odor.

More satisfying than a typical luxury Hotel in every way—attentiveness, service, Facility, access, and amenities.

Although it is compact, it is conveniently located in central Sapporo, close to live music venues and Odori Park. The large public bath is open until 1:00 a.m., so you don’t have to rush back to the hotel, which is another great point. Breakfast also offers plenty of Hokkaido flavors. It’s one of my favorite hotels.

As this is a No Meals Included plan, no meals are provided. The Onsen and bath are in a unit bathroom. The guest rooms are designed with no wasted space, minimizing dead space. Since it was summer in Sapporo, opening the window let in a pleasant breeze and was comfortable. The location is convenient and close to the downtown area, so you won’t have trouble finding places to eat or drink.

I stayed here for two nights. On the first night, I was on a lower floor and was disappointed that there were no amenities such as skincare products. It was nice that they provided water. On the second night, I stayed on an upper floor. This is my Review of the upper floor. Everything on the upper floor was excellent, so I have nothing to complain about. There was also a coffee machine, and the slippers were high-quality and reusable many times, and the amenities were properly provided. They also had ReFa body soap and shampoo. I hope this helps as a reference.

I was truly impressed by the hospitality at the front desk! We left our luggage around 11:00, and when we returned for check-in at 15:00, they remembered us—it made us very happy. We also used the lounge this time, and the staff were extremely kind, allowing us to spend a wonderful and meaningful time. From now on, we plan to stay here every time we travel to Hokkaido.

This time it was just accommodation, but I am very satisfied with the clean room.

I was able to relax! I went to Sapporo for a bit of self-discovery. While exploring, I looked into the city’s history—riding the streetcar and even doing a full loop... My Plan depended on the weather and how much energy I had. The exterior is not flashy, but the Room was spacious and very clean. Even the smoking room had a sofa, which was wonderful! I also used the Onsen at an affiliated Hotel—only 600 yen, and it was a great bath. There’s also a convenience store along the way, which is very handy! Shingen Ramen has opened too, so it was lively. I’ll stay here again.

When I arrived at Sapporo Station, it was drizzling, but I didn’t feel like taking an umbrella out of my luggage. I crossed the crosswalk without one, and the entrance was right there. It was very convenient to plan my schedule with the station as a starting point for getting anywhere. The staff were also very kind and helpful, so I had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

Great location, clean rooms, long opening hours for the large public bath, and a wide variety of food—very satisfying!

The hotel room was functional and easy to use. The table was small, but it could be moved to the bedside, and the chair was comfortable. There was a mini fridge by the entrance, and because it has a glass door, it was convenient for making sure we didn’t forget anything when checking out. If you join the hotel’s membership program, you can use the members’ lounge on the front desk floor, where beer is also available from the evening. Coffee is self-serve and free, and you can take it back to your room as well. All of the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. You can reach the hotel from the station via an underground passage without getting wet in the rain, but there are stairs right before the hotel. It would be even better if there were an elevator that went directly up to reception.

This was my second stay. I arrived before check-in again, and they kindly stored my luggage for me. After that, I headed to a baseball game, and I felt at ease staying here again.

We booked the kids-stay-free plan. The Sapporo Classic draft beer in the lovely lounge was delicious, and the stylish snacks were a great touch. Breakfast was outstanding as well, with a wide variety of options—everything from seafood bowls to rice burgers and ramen was excellent! We’ve stayed at two other Grand Mercure properties, but this lounge was personally my favorite. The room was very clean, with a separate bath and toilet and a great view. Near the front desk there was also a free corner where you can make your own pendant, which kept both kids and adults excited the whole time. The value for money was unbelievable for what we paid. When we visit Sapporo again, we will definitely stay here again.

Although it is a cabin-type Room without a lock, the bed is high quality and there were no issues. The price is also reasonable. The location is very close to Odori Station, and there is a convenience store in the building, so you won’t have any trouble. The large public bath is spacious and well equipped with a sauna, but it cannot be used from 2:00 AM to 5:30 AM, so if you return late at night it may feel inconvenient—please keep this in mind. The staff are polite, and this would be my first choice when visiting Sapporo.

I stayed for five nights as a solo traveler. I chose this Hotel for its location and price, and it turned out to be the right choice. First of all, the location is excellent. Odori Park, Tanukikoji Shopping Street, and Susukino are all within easy walking distance, and the streetcar and subway stations are also nearby. That makes it easy to head out on a whim—or come back to the Hotel for a quick rest if you get tired. There are also convenience stores and plenty of restaurants close by. The Room was a twin Room, but since it’s a relatively new Hotel it was clean, and it had all the basic Facility amenities you’d expect. The window opens slightly as well. The view is just a typical city scene, but I found it surprisingly enjoyable to look at. All of the staff—both at the front desk and housekeeping—were friendly and always smiling. Embarrassingly enough, I forgot something after checkout and had to come back twice, but they helped me without showing any annoyance at all. If I have another chance to visit Sapporo, I’d like to stay here again. One minor issue: the in-room refrigerator had a slight odor. I couldn’t tell whether it was coming from inside the fridge or from inside the cabinet space around it; it wasn’t unbearable, but there was an odd smell each time I opened it... Also, coffee and green tea were provided as amenities; if possible, I would have liked black tea as well.
