We stayed as a party of two, and the bed and room were spacious enough with well-equipped amenities. Towel collection points were conveniently located on each floor. During our Multiple Night Stay, towel replacements and trash bin cleaning were promptly handled. We had a ve

During my previous stay, I opted for a breakfast-inclusive plan. The view was great and the food was delicious; therefore, if I stay again next time, I would like to choose a breakfast-inclusive option. There is also a convenience store right next door which is very convenient.

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of items and was very satisfying. I stayed in a single Room; while I could feel that the place is generally older, it was spacious enough and I could relax comfortably. A few requests for improvement: - I’d like a foldable luggage rack/sta

It’s very close to stations on two lines, which makes it convenient for getting around the next day. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which is great, but since it’s in a busy nightlife area, people trying to solicit customers often approach you on your way back,

Even when I checked out and left the Hotel, they were still glued to their tablet without saying "Have a nice day" or any farewell greeting. On a positive note, staff near the entrance of the breakfast venue greeted me warmly. The staff inside the breakfast area also greeted ever

The availability of hair iron rentals and luggage storage before and after check-in is also appreciated. The single-type Room has a unit bath, but sometimes there is no shower curtain depending on the Room, which can be surprising. This time, I was glad to have a Room with a cu

Maybe because it was a weekday, it was very affordable even though it’s close to the station. I didn’t go in with high expectations, but the service was great, the Room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious—I was very satisfied. I’d like to stay here again if I have the ch

The room was very clean! The separate bath and toilet were great! The only downside was the TV speaker, which had some sound distortion. It was nice to have the freedom to do as we pleased.

This was my first time staying here. The room was spacious and very comfortable. There was something like a UCC coffee barista. My friend loves coffee and said it was very delicious, but since I can't drink coffee, I noticed there seemed to be tea available, so I thought it w

During my stay, the fire alarm went off, which was surprising, but an announcement quickly assured us of safety, so I felt at ease. I rated the bath/Onsen 3 stars as I only used the shower... However, the staff were very attentive and excellent. I would definitely like to sta

Above all, staying on a Saturday with breakfast included at this location was very reasonably priced. We were able to relax in the large public bath as well. (It would be even better if there was a changing space for the baby) We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast. We would

Found the perfect accommodation for a trip back from USJ: Close to the station, affordable, delicious breakfast, and with a large public bath. Stayed here and enjoyed the sauna in the public bath along with some adorable pig decorations. Walking around Universal Studios all

Umeda in Osaka is my workplace. Due to my schedule, I sometimes stay overnight, so I use it occasionally. It is extremely close to the station, and there is a 7-Eleven across the road, with "Yoshinoya," "McDonald's," and "Miyamoto Munashi" along the hotel, making it very conven

Also, the staff were kind and friendly, so I thought I would come again when I had business in Osaka. This time, I used a twin Room for myself, and the Room was spacious with a separate bath and toilet. Above all, the cleaning was thorough, and I was able to spend my time very

This time, we stayed for a birthday universal plan with my son, daughter, and their child. My son requested a single room as he cannot sleep around others, but we chose a large family-style room with partition doors. He was able to sleep without stress and was very satisfied.

We stayed here on a family trip. The Room was very clean, spacious, and relaxing. The bed was also wide enough. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the bath had a washing area, so bathing was very comfortable. The in-room refrigerator was large, and it was great that the
