The shampoo provided is from POLA, leaving hair smooth and silky. The only downside was the difficulty in adjusting the bathwater temperature and the showerhead facing outward, which was slightly inconvenient. The staff were very kind and accommodating, so I would love to stay

You also responded promptly to our inquiry at the time of Reservation, which made us feel very reassured. As we were traveling with a small child, your staff’s warm consideration allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay with peace of mind. We are truly grateful. We would love to st

The area was quiet at night, making the location ideal. The staff were very friendly and welcoming with smiles, which made our stay pleasant. What we appreciated most was having multiple coin-operated laundry machines available and the very affordable drying cost. Additional

The Room was more spacious than expected, the displayed Miró print (with a serial number) was wonderful, elevator access controlled by key authorization felt very secure, and the POLA shampoo and other amenities left my hair nicely moisturized. Mineral water and coffee were also

This was my second stay, and I was very satisfied both times. The kindness of the front desk staff and the breakfast venue staff is always impressive. However, since the Facility is old, although it is cleaned, the sense of cleanliness feels a bit lacking. I feel that this is com

The staff at the front desk were also very polite and helpful. I had breakfast at the café on the first floor; it had a stylish atmosphere with many foreign guests, giving me an international travel vibe. If I visit Osaka again, I would definitely stay here! Thank you so

The Hotel was clean throughout. At check-in, there was no explanation about the drink bar or amenities, so as a first-time guest I would have appreciated being informed. I only noticed on my way out that amenities were available on the first floor and wished I could have used the

I stayed at this hotel when attending a late-night live event. As mentioned in other reviews, the floor's cleanliness was a concern, but everything else was very clean. All rooms are non-smoking. The room had basic amenities (including two toothbrushes) and one bottle of water

As it’s close to the station, we were concerned about noise, but with the double-glazed windows and earplugs, we were able to stay comfortably without any disturbance. The Room and toilet were thoroughly cleaned and very spotless. We would definitely like to stay again when we vi

There is one key per room. Despite such a review, overall, I am satisfied with this cheapness. Such experiences are not usually possible, so I enjoyed it in many ways!!! The front desk staff were cheerful, and the employees seemed to get along well, providing a very pleasant

The large public bath was also spacious, and since no one else was there, I could relax and use it freely. At night, because the station is nearby, you can hear trains, but I was able to sleep without it bothering me at all. One thing I wondered about is that there is only on
