สถานีโอซาก้า ซายามะ × ที่พักอาหารญี่ปุ่นขึ้นชื่อโรงแรม·เรียวกังที่มีการประเมินห้องพักและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสูง

I stayed at Route Inn for the first time. Even though it was a bit late at night, the staff provided pleasant service. The Room and service were excellent! It's not as far from the station as expected, so it's also recommended for those not using a car.

The hotel is comfortably pleasant and clean, so you can stay without any inconvenience. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff are wonderful. If you’re coming from another prefecture to visit Suminoe Boat Race Track, it’s an ideal choice. There are many great places to eat nearby, and it also has easy access to the subway, making it a very convenient hotel to use.

I stayed here along the line for a concert in Takaishi City. The location was convenient, check-in was straightforward, and the room was spacious—overall a very comfortable stay. As a personal note… the bathtub felt a bit shallow. Also, my name was entered incorrectly at check-in, but the front desk staff were very pleasant, so it didn’t leave me with a bad impression. If I have the chance, I’d like to stay again and make use of the on-site Facilities as well.

The Hotel is located in a quiet spot with great views, and the scenery from the 5th-floor observation level is wonderful. The Room is not very large, but it is well cleaned and feels relaxing. Both the large public bath and the open-air bath are spacious, so I was able to soak at my own pace and felt refreshed. The meals were delicious for both dinner and breakfast, with a satisfying variety and flavor. The all-inclusive service is also very appealing—being able to choose drinks to match the dishes is perfect for those who enjoy alcohol. All of the staff were kind and naturally attentive, making this a relaxing stay.

I stayed here again after my previous visit, and the staff provided even better support in advance than I expected. This time I didn’t use the dining options, but the meal last time was very delicious. The parking lot is spacious and felt safe, and I was completely satisfied with how comfortable my stay was. I would definitely like to stay here again.

We stayed here for a commemorative trip with four generations of our family on Respect for the Aged Day. We were truly delighted by the pleasant greetings and thoughtful hospitality from everyone in every department, including the manager. The meals were lavish and delicious, the Room was clean, and the natural Onsen was wonderful. It became a trip full of great memories, and our whole family is very happy. Thank you very much.

The food and the staff’s service were excellent. The show was fun, too. I’d love to visit again! The Onsen was very relaxing as well. Thank you very much.

The meals were excellent. There were many unique dishes, such as persimmon shira-ae and fig-and-sea-urchin tempura, and we enjoyed both the presentation and the flavors. The shabu-shabu meat was so tender it practically melted in my mouth, and it was delicious. The sesame sauce that came with it was so good I wanted to take it home. All of the staff were kind and pleasant. I had been looking forward to seeing it because I heard it was designed by Kingo Tatsuno, but the interior felt too simple for me to notice any differences, and overall it gave me the impression of an old-fashioned Ryokan with aging facilities. The large public bath has only one sink area, which would be inconvenient if you come with friends. The sink in the Room also had no space to place toiletries, which was inconvenient. That said, since this is a Ryokan surrounded by nature, it is very quiet. You can hear trains because it is close to the station, but otherwise you can hear things like insects chirping, so visitors from the city can enjoy a real change of pace.

With prices rising everywhere, we made a Reservation after seeing an unbelievably reasonable rate. Our group stayed for two nights on August 11 and 12. From the manager to the front desk and dining staff, everyone’s service was outstanding. When we called before our stay, they listened carefully and responded kindly. On the day of arrival, our match ended earlier than expected and we requested an early check-in; they graciously offered us a meeting room to use until housekeeping was finished. They also provided ice the next day, and accommodated our requests with genuine warmth—we truly appreciate it. As a group, we may have caused some inconvenience to other guests, but we sincerely hope to stay here again when we visit this area. Thank you very much! The Room may feel slightly small, but it has everything you need, including a refrigerator. A convenience store is less than a minute away.

A disability-friendly Facility with perfect barrier-free access. Automatic doors and a large elevator make it easy to use with a stroller. Direct access to the station, Takashimaya, and Panjo. The restaurant is open until 9:00 PM and the food is delicious. The front desk staff are also very kind. It’s such a wonderful Facility that I almost don’t want to tell anyone about it.

We stayed in a Japanese-style Room. There are two buildings, the main building and an annex, and check-in was only available at one front desk. Also, it was stairs up to the 3rd floor. We were a family of four (a couple in our 40s and a child in their late teens), so the stairs and check-in were not an issue at all, but it may be a bit of a burden for elderly guests or those traveling with infants. The building feels old in places, but both the Room and the bath were spacious and clean, the futons were fluffy, and we were very satisfied. The changing area and sink area were also spacious, making our stay very comfortable. If we have another chance to visit Osaka, we would definitely like to stay here again.

Stayed for 3 nights with my daughter, No Meals Included. The Room was very clean and quiet, but it was too compact, making it a bit challenging to open even a small suitcase (if both of us opened our suitcases at the same time, the floor space was completely occupied). It was convenient that we could store suitcases under the bed when not in use. The chair had wheels and could be moved easily, but due to the narrow space in the Room, moving it around was still difficult. A bit more space would have been ideal. The shower curtain in the bathroom was too short and barely reached the edge of the bathtub; water splashed outside when using the shower. A longer curtain would be better. As for the refrigerator, a salad I stored overnight froze by morning due to its strong cooling power—next time I'll pay more attention to placement and temperature settings. I used the laundry facilities; they were convenient as various payment methods were accepted besides coins. However, there were only two washing machines available, so including drying time meant waiting quite long. Adding one or two more machines would improve this. At checkout time, I realized I might not make it by 10 AM due to packing delays. When I requested an extension, staff kindly informed me that becoming a member allows free extensions until 11 AM and promptly assisted me with this option—I truly appreciated their support. I will definitely consider choosing your Hotel again for future stays!

They picked us up at the station and took great care of us throughout our stay, making it very comfortable. The meals were delicious, and the dining staff were kind—overall, we were very satisfied with the inn. The only drawback was the internet environment: there was no Wi‑Fi in the guest rooms, only in the lobby. For accommodations these days, that felt like a significant issue. The facilities were well maintained and provided a very pleasant place to spend time.

Locals say the food is delicious, so they use the large banquet hall for parties. After enjoying the Onsen and having breakfast, I was satisfied. It tends to be used more by men. Tea is placed in the hallway rather than in the Room.
