I chose to stay at this Hotel for its location and price. The location was very convenient—about a 5-minute walk from an exit of the Nagoya Station underground mall. There was major construction for the linear motor train right in front, but the noise didn’t bother me much. Some Reviews made me feel uneasy, but none of those issues concerned me at all. If I had to mention one thing, I was told in advance that the requested items would be prepared in my Room, but they were completely overlooked. I received a call just before checkout, but it was too late by then. I would stay here again.

The room, facilities, bath, and meals were all extremely satisfying. The meal menu was diverse, and above all, the drinks were incredibly affordable. The morning plate was warm and delicious. Our future travel plans will likely revolve around Fine hotels in various locations. We're already considering when to stay at this hotel again next time! Despite calling multiple times, we deeply appreciate the staff's prompt responses and their heartfelt service.
