The staff were very accommodating, handling check-in and changes to luggage arrangements with care. The concierge's smile made us feel truly happy. The room was clean, and although I usually worry about back pain from hotel beds, I was able to sleep comfortably. I will defini

I have stayed here multiple times, and I always find the front staff's language and service to be excellent. The Room's air conditioning appears to be individual, but it is actually centrally controlled, which is a bit disappointing. For breakfast, I had two pieces of bread. Pers

The amenities, welcome drink, and comic selection were excellent, making our stay more comfortable than expected. We also appreciated the dashi broth we received at check-in. One of the beds in the triple room was an extra bed and a bit soft, but we slept fine with no issues.

For those who find walking difficult, there is a loop bus stop on the hotel's first floor, and rental bicycles are available nearby, which was very convenient. The front desk service was excellent, the room was clean, and I am very satisfied with my stay. Since there is a fir

The accommodation was relatively close to the station, making it convenient. The pillows and mattress suited my body well, allowing me to sleep soundly—it seems they were Tempur and Simmons. While the facility is somewhat old, it was well-cleaned, and the room was spacious en

There were also provided body soap, shampoo, and conditioner, but we didn’t use them because we brought our own. There is a convenience store nearby, and it’s close to the station as well, which was very convenient. For parking, we used a paid coin-operated parking lot a short wa

Located in a great area, I stay here about twice a month. For those seeking excessive services or being overly critical, perhaps consider staying at a Hotel priced around 100,000 yen per night. To emphasize again, this is a great Hotel.

The check-in process was smooth and stress-free. However, it’s very close to APA Hotel Sakae, so I sometimes go to the wrong one. Even though it was my mistake, the staff at the Sakae front desk kindly guided me again, and I’m very grateful. I’ll be more careful next time so I do

The women’s large public bath is very small—more like a small bath. When we went around 9:00 p.m., all 12 lockers were already taken, even for our parent-and-child group. When we entered the bathing area, all three shower stations were occupied and three people were waiting; when we joined the line, it became six. It was my first time having to wait in a naked line in the bath area. By the time we finished, there was a line for lockers stretching out into the hallway. It was so hectic that we couldn’t even think about enjoying the view. If capacity is limited, I wish there had been some kind of limit on the number of users or clearer notice that it gets very crowded—we would have reconsidered using it. Everything from the front desk to our Room had a great atmosphere and was comfortable, but the bath alone was shocking.

The female staff member at the front desk provided perfect service at check-in. It was very pleasant. I would definitely like to stay here again.

I was a little worried because the price was low, but choosing this place was absolutely the right decision. It’s close to the station, and there are many restaurants nearby ranging from upscale to casual, which was very convenient. Since it’s one street off the main road, it’s quiet and nice. The Room, including the bathroom, is new and clean. The sink basin is large, and the Mirable shower is easy to use. Being able to choose a pillow is great. The bed is a Serta semi-double and very comfortable.

- I’d like yogurt at breakfast (an inexpensive single-serve cup would be fine). What I really liked: - Bath salts (moisturizing) - The breakfast items: foil-baked mackerel and locally grown bamboo shoots stir-fried with doubanjiang (both were delicious) FamilyMart and Apita are

Other than that, he said the room, breakfast, and staff service were all good. In particular, he said the breakfast was delicious. That said, there are tracks for the Meitetsu Tokoname Line very close to the Hotel, and limited express trains pass by at high speed, so light sleepe

I was impressed by the sense of openness from the entrance and how spacious the lobby was. The Room was kept very clean. While it did feel a bit historic, it was spacious enough for my wife and me to relax comfortably. It’s within walking distance of the Arts Theater, close to

I used this place after a long time. It is sufficient for business use. Mobile charging cables are provided, including Lightning for iPhone, Type-C for Sharp smartphones, and Micro USB for power banks. It's not a big issue, but the USB port on the bedside was damaged, so I couldn't charge my phone while using it in bed.

The room, facilities, bath, and meals were all extremely satisfying. The meal menu was diverse, and above all, the drinks were incredibly affordable. The morning plate was warm and delicious. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Although there are some reviews mentioning "hair," we found no such issues at all; the cleanliness was impeccable. The bath was very spacious with a large-screen bath TV to enjoy, and there were plenty of amenities available. We stayed as an elderly couple and found it more than satisfactory—truly exceptional! Our future travel plans will likely revolve around Fine hotels in various locations. We're already considering when to stay at this hotel again next time! Despite calling multiple times, we deeply appreciate the staff's prompt responses and their heartfelt service.

We stayed in a Japanese-style room as a family. Some parts of the Facility feel a bit old, but it was within expectations. The low price was a big help given this location. Breakfast was delicious, and there is also a private bath, making it a great Hotel for families. We would l

The staff were kind and accommodating, and I was very satisfied! Although there was no mark indicating the availability of toothbrushes, hairbrushes, and skincare items in the common amenities section, they were indeed provided. They were placed in the lobby, and you could take

On Saturday, bad weather delayed us, so we changed plans at the last minute and stayed here. Since we were using a work vehicle, we wanted to check in only after confirming we could park, but luckily there was an open space and we were able to park. We had no complaints about th
