Although the building is older overall, it has been renovated and was comfortable to stay in. It was great that amenities were provided, so there was no need to bring our own. Hair irons were also available on a first-come, first-served basis, which was convenient. Even though we checked in late, we were greeted with a smile, which left a very positive impression.

There are many restaurants around the Hotel, so we had no trouble finding dinner. The Hotel is small and cozy, and we were able to relax. Maybe this is standard for a Multiple Night Stay, but it made us happy to come back and find bath towels and other items placed in a bag and hung on the doorknob. The front desk staff’s beaming smile was so heartwarming that I won’t forget it.

For this stay, after my daughter’s family stayed on August 21, my husband said he wanted to stay as well, so we decided to make a Reservation. We requested the same Room my daughter’s family had used, and from the Room window we could see our home building, which truly moved my husband. This time, we were especially looking forward to dining at the teppanyaki kaiseki restaurant. The dishes—black abalone, lobster, and Matsusaka beef tenderloin—were beautifully creative. They were a delight to look at and so delicious that I couldn’t help saying “Delicious” out loud. I often have teppanyaki at other hotels, but it can feel heavy afterward and is difficult once I return to the Room. However, the teppanyaki at Conrad Hotel did not feel heavy at all. As for the breakfast buffet, it was excellent. I am a regular guest of Nagoya Marriott Hotel and have been staying there every month since it opened 25 years ago, using its restaurants weekly. I have also stayed at several other hotels after they opened (including iCoc Hotel in the Chunichi Building area), but their breakfast buffets were somewhat disappointing. In contrast, the breakfast buffet at Conrad Hotel Nagoya is the best among hotels in Nagoya. The restaurant was spacious, and the staff’s warm smiles were very comforting. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I already have an Accommodation Reservation for next year as well and look forward to staying again.

I believe there were three or more Chinese women staying on the same floor, and they were being very loud even after midnight, so I couldn’t sleep well. I asked the front desk to speak to them, but I could still hear them talking afterward. I understand that many Hotels have a lot of international guests these days, but I would appreciate it if you could separate floors for international and Japanese guests from the start in anticipation of situations like this.

It was a corner Room on the top floor. There was no disturbance from surrounding noise, just occasional faint sirens from the highway. The air conditioning and ventilation worked well, but some might find the slight whistling sound from the door gap noticeable. My wife initially thought it was the refrigerator making noise, but I believe this is a sign of good ventilation. There are two elevators, so there’s no waiting time and they operate smoothly. Parking at a nearby pachinko parlor cost 1,000 yen for 24 hours. It’s within walking distance to Sakae's central area, so I’d love to stay here again!

This is one of the best Business Hotels I’ve stayed at. The sleepwear is a separate top-and-bottom set, so there’s no need to bring pajamas. There are power outlets right by the pillow, and the bed has just the right firmness. It also comes with a refrigerator, TV, and free breakfast (I had to skip it this time due to my schedule). There’s a luggage rack, plus a chair and desk, and the free internet connection was reasonably fast. There are two elevators as well, so I never had trouble during busy morning or evening hours. It was a great Hotel with everything you need—simple and sufficient. The only downside is parking. There are a few spaces in front of the Hotel, but they’re priced in a way that makes them easy for non-guests to use too, so guests often have to use a multi-story parking garage a short walk away. On the day I stayed there was also a festival nearby, and I ended up waiting nearly an hour for parking. I’d appreciate having more parking options available.

This was my first time staying here. It’s right by the subway station, so I didn’t get lost. The Hotel had a simple yet stylish design throughout, and it felt very comfortable. As for amenities, I wish basic skincare items had been provided. The bathroom had a washing area, and I could soak in the tub and really relax—it helped relieve my fatigue! I chose the toast breakfast, but the bread wasn’t toasted enough and the butter wouldn’t melt (lol). I would have liked it toasted a bit more. Overall, I was satisfied, so I’ll add it to my Accommodation options when visiting Nagoya.

The female staff member at the front desk provided perfect service at check-in. It was very pleasant. I would definitely like to stay here again.

We stayed here with five women for an offline meetup. This Accommodation truly offers thoughtful, attentive hospitality. The kitchen and refrigerator are spacious, the Facility is well equipped, and everything feels very clean. We enjoyed easily cooking the ingredients we brought and choosing our own “personal” mug from the cute set with 12 monthly designs. We had a wonderful time. The bathroom and changing area are also large and easy to use, and even the hair dryer and shower head are beauty-focused items. With plenty of mirrors and sinks, it was especially convenient for a group of women. When one of our group started feeling unwell, they kindly brought a thermometer and cooling gel sheets right away despite it being early in the morning. (She recovered quickly!) If we have another gathering in Nagoya, we would definitely like to stay here again.

Everything was excellent.

We stayed as a family of five for two nights. Since it was a whole house rental, we were able to relax without any worries. The place was not only clean but also well-equipped with kitchen utensils, plenty of tea and coffee, a Dyson hairdryer, floor heating, and bicycles—all of which were excellent. The washing machine, gas dryer, and bathroom drying function were especially appreciated; we used them multiple times. Thanks to these amenities, there was no hassle with laundry after returning home—we remained comfortable even after our stay!

The meals are excellent in both quality and quantity—I was completely satisfied. A bath you can use all night. A charming, traditional Japanese Ryokan, and it’s almost a straight walk from the station.

This was my first stay at Nagoya Sakae East. It is located right next to the Nagoya Sakae property, and it was comfortable except for the lack of a large public bath, parking, and a restaurant. In particular, the bath towels were new and felt great. It was very convenient because I could walk everywhere I needed to go. Even when it rained, they kindly lent me an umbrella.

We stayed as a family, and the location was excellent—at a convenient distance from Meieki Station—and the front desk staff were extremely courteous. For the Accommodation Fee, the amenities were very well stocked, and the room was clean and well maintained, making our stay comfortable. The complimentary breakfast bread and coffee service was more than sufficient, and it was an Accommodation that made us want to stay again.

The clean Room and smooth check-in process were great. You can enjoy Ramen Ichiran during breakfast hours (7:00-10:00). (Unfortunately, I couldn't try it this time due to timing.) Above all, the location is excellent. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya.

The Facility isn’t particularly new, but it has two large public baths and was very comfortable. The Room our family stayed in was quite spacious, and the kids were thrilled. There is no toilet in the Room, but it was just outside and very close. Since it’s not an in-room toilet, we can’t bring a towel every time, so it would be helpful if disposable paper towels for drying hands were available in the restroom. One strange thing: the TV turned on several times even though we hadn’t touched the remote. When it suddenly turned on in the middle of the night while we were sleeping, it woke us up.

I was a little worried because the price was low, but choosing this place was absolutely the right decision. It’s close to the station, and there are many restaurants nearby ranging from upscale to casual, which was very convenient. Since it’s one street off the main road, it’s quiet and nice. The Room, including the bathroom, is new and clean. The sink basin is large, and the Mirable shower is easy to use. Being able to choose a pillow is great. The bed is a Serta semi-double and very comfortable.

It was very clean and comfortable. The Facility and amenities were well stocked, so I hardly needed to bring anything except underwear, and I was able to stay for two nights with just a small bag. For a Multiple Night Stay, there is no housekeeping service, but if you leave your used towels outside the door, they will be exchanged for fresh ones, which was convenient because I could go out without packing up my belongings. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but it was very quiet and I slept well. It would have been even better if there were a convenience store nearby. I will use it again when I visit Nagoya, and I recommend it to anyone traveling to Nagoya.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind and courteous, and I truly appreciated their help without a single unpleasant expression. The Room was clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. The amenities were well stocked, and I really enjoyed my time here. Thank you—I’d like to visit APA Hotels in various regions again.
