When I stopped by to leave my luggage before check-in, the staff were very kind and helpful. I checked in late after a concert, but they still assisted me politely and attentively, which made my stay very comfortable. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but it didn’t feel far at all. I’d love to stay here again the next time I visit Nagoya.

The front desk, restaurant, and large public bath were clean, but the carpet in the guest room felt dirty. Even after watching a night game at Vantelin Dome, having a large public bath helped wash away the fatigue from cheering. The hitsumabushi at the breakfast buffet was delicious and a welcome highlight. I will visit again.

I stayed here while attending the F1. The price was high due to the busy season, but that’s unavoidable anywhere. For a Business Hotel, the Room was spacious and didn’t feel cramped, and there was enough space in front of the mirror and desk, which I think is especially convenient for women. The Facility was clean overall. It’s also convenient with a convenience store on-site, and it’s close to Kanayama Station, so you won’t have trouble finding places to eat nearby.

I stayed alone, and the location was close to the station. The staff were also very courteous. The Room was comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay. I was surprised that all the water was purified. Breakfast was delicious as well. I would like to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

The nearby yakitori restaurant was delicious, and we also enjoyed a long-established coffee shop for breakfast and a shrine full of history. It made for a wonderful trip to Nagoya. This was my first trip to Nagoya. I originally planned to stay at the Marriott directly connected to Nagoya Station, but something drew me to this Hotel, so I changed my reservation. You contacted me in advance, and I could already feel the high level of service before arriving. You also upgraded our Room, and while access is honestly better around Nagoya Station, this Hotel’s Facility is new and spotless. The Room was spacious with two closets, the bed was wide enough, and the mattress was excellent. Since the mattress at the Legoland Hotel we stayed at the night before didn’t suit us, I’m truly glad we stayed here for two nights. We slept very well each night. There was also turndown service—overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service. We only used the restaurant for breakfast, but everything was delicious. Our child especially loved the Totoro wooden plate and cup. On our first morning we didn’t have much time, so I planned to try the donuts and curry the next day—but they weren’t available that morning. I should have eaten what I wanted on that same day. The flat-rate taxi to Ghibli Park was also greatly appreciated. We initially planned it one-way only, but decided that morning to request a return ride as well, and your lobby staff handled it immediately. I also asked for taxi arrangements on both check-in day and at check-out; everything was very smooth and helpful. We felt comfortable throughout our stay, and I even wrote a thank-you message at check-out. Since it was my son’s birthday, he was delighted by the towel-cake surprise and message card. We would definitely like to stay here again when we visit Nagoya next time. Thank you very much for everything.

I stayed in Nagoya for a live concert. Since the venue was a five-minute walk away, I made a quick Reservation several months in advance. The room size and Facilities were more than satisfactory. I usually just take showers and don’t use a bathtub, so the clean shower booth was perfect for me. With only the essentials provided—and at this location—I think it offers excellent value for money. I’ll likely stay here again next time if I have the chance.

I made a Reservation for a concert at Niterra Civic Hall (Nippon Tokushu Togyō). It was perfectly close—just a 30-second walk to the venue. Even though the Hotel is in a lively area, it was very quiet, and the staff were kind and attentive. The Room was spacious and relaxing, and I was very satisfied with the perfectly sized shelf in the changing area—just the right height and width. The lounge coffee was delicious, and although the manga corner is small, it had an appealing selection and I really enjoyed it! For breakfast, I had a Japanese set meal at “Tenya” on the first floor. The salmon, spinach ohitashi, and miso soup were all deeply comforting and delicious—I felt happily full from the morning for the first time in a while. I’d love to stay at this Hotel again—so much so that I’m thinking of checking upcoming concerts at Niterra Civic Hall just as an excuse to come back. Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality.

Since I mainly walk around the Sakae to Osu area, I initially chose Forza for its great location. I thought that as long as the location was good, everything else could be just decent. But once I stayed there, the Room was great, the bathroom was excellent, and the Facility was clean. That’s why Forza has become my base for my twice-a-year trips to Nagoya. To enjoy the local atmosphere, last time and this time I booked No Meals Included and went out for a morning set at local coffee shops, but it still doesn’t compare to Forza’s breakfast. Next time, I plan to book a stay with meals included.

The guest room and bathroom were more spacious than the Business Hotels I usually stay at, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a good variety of Japanese and Western dishes, along with local specialties, and I was very satisfied. I would like to stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you very much.

The Room was clean as always, and I was able to relax. I understand the air conditioning is shared across all Rooms, but it was still hot even after turning off the AC, so it would be appreciated if the window could be opened even a little. I know this may be for fall-prevention reasons, but aside from that, it was affordable and I was very satisfied.

The lobby is dazzlingly bright with luxurious chandeliers, and the rooms, amenities, and baths are all excellent. I was very satisfied and would definitely like to stay again next time.

I was able to stay at a reasonable price during the Obon holiday period. There are many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. It feels like many of the guests are international travelers.

It’s rare to find a Hotel with such attractive Accommodation Fees that also includes parking. Plus, the underground parking garage is ideal in any weather—hot days, cold days, or rainy days. As for things I’d like improved… checkout is at 11:00 anyway… I was satisfied enough to overlook the small details.

I stayed here for a concert. It was conveniently located for visiting Sakae and Nagoya Castle, and No Meals Included was more than sufficient. The Room was clean and easy to use.
