I made a Reservation because it was close to both my destination and the station. The price was low, and I was also drawn by the name “Washington.” Even though I booked the lowest-rate No Meals Included plan just to sleep, the Room was clean, I had a great view from the top floor, and I could enjoy a welcome drink—everything was excellent. I’d like to stay again.

After reading other guests’ Reviews, I learned that the bathroom and toilet are separate and that there is a shower chair, so I made a Reservation. I had been standing for a long time at my favorite artist’s concert, and it was extremely hot, so by the time I got back to the Hotel I was exhausted, but I was able to relax in the bath and soothe my fatigue with a bath salt I chose on the 1st floor (it said it helps you sleep well). The next day, since checkout isn’t until 12:00 p.m., I could take it easy—going out for breakfast and enjoying a morning bath. There was also a coffee machine next to the amenities on the 1st floor, and I appreciated being able to drink coffee freely. I’d like to stay again.

It was a last-minute stay. The Facility was more than sufficient for relaxing alone. The TV was large and easy to watch. There were plenty of power outlets as well. Since I used the public bath, I felt the Room could have had one more towel. The large public bath had spacious washing areas and even an open-air bath, so I could unwind. My only minor concern was that the shower water pressure was a bit weak. Breakfast was simple.

The Room was cleaner than I expected.

Although the parking lot is a bit far, considering the accommodation rate, this is a very reasonably priced and pleasant Accommodation.

Great value for money and excellent service—I’ve become a fan of this Hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next business trip to Nagoya!

We visited LEGOLAND for the first time on a birthday trip for my son, who just turned 7. Before heading to the park, we left our luggage at the hotel (you can check in, but rooms are available from 4:00 PM). We played from the 10:00 AM opening until the 6:00 PM closing—my son rode a total of 24 attractions and had an amazing time—then headed back to the hotel. As soon as you exit the park gate, the LEGOLAND Hotel is right in front of you. It’s colorful and adorable, and the dragon statue by the entrance is impressive. It also looks beautiful when lit up at night! The lobby has a large LEGO “pool” play area filled with bricks, plus a gift shop. On the second floor there are immersive play areas—a Western-style castle, a pirate ship, and a ninja castle—so kids get super excited. The buffet restaurant is full of LEGO-built chefs and waiters everywhere, which makes it so fun. There were so many spots that made me want to take photos. The breakfast buffet (included for all guests) has an unbelievable variety—you can’t possibly try everything! They even have ready-to-eat baby food. In addition to standard Western breakfast items, there are Japanese dishes like kishimen noodles and obanzai-style sides—and everything was delicious. There’s also plenty of drinks and desserts. The elevator won’t move unless you tap your room key. Inside, a mirror ball spins while it runs and fun music plays. The hallway has vending machines and a free ice machine (so convenient). Drinks from the vending machines are pricey (a bottle of Coke is ¥300), but there aren’t any convenience stores nearby, so if you want something you’ll need to buy it there. In the room they provide four small bottles of I LOHAS water along with cocoa powder plus coffee, black tea, green tea, etc.—and you can quickly chill hot cocoa using ice from down the hall. Both the hallways and rooms are packed with LEGO theming—it’s fantastic! From the adults’ bedroom window you can see LEGOLAND lit up right in front of you. The kids sleep in a separate room on the other side of the bathroom; it has bunk beds and a puzzle treasure box. My child kept playing with LEGO while watching NINJAGO on TV. The bathroom was unit style but spacious enough—and it dries quickly after use so it doesn’t feel damp. Most staff members seemed quite young, but everyone was very kind—especially to children—and worked energetically with big smiles. It was truly a wonderful hotel. We would love to stay again!

Thank you for hosting us for one night. We had plans in neighboring Kiyosu City, and it was convenient to get there efficiently—just one stop on the JR line. This time we had to head straight back and couldn’t enjoy Nagoya, but since the property is right by the station, we’d love to stay again next time and take our time.

Conveniently located near the Shinkansen entrance, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The Room was clean, and the bathtub was large, making it comfortable to stay.

The Room is extremely small, but it uses a key card system, and the elevator won’t operate unless you tap your card. There’s also a drink bar, a bread breakfast, and coffee, so the amenities are well stocked. The station is close, and since we were on the 7th floor, we could see Nagoya Station clearly from the slightly opening window—the night view was wonderful. We weren’t bothered by construction noise. The toilet and bath were very clean, as if they had been renovated. Everything was well cleaned. There’s also a drugstore nearby, along with Komeda Coffee and plenty of izakaya and ramen shops, which is convenient.

I was looking for a Hotel near Nagoya Station for a business golf outing and decided to try this one for the first time. The Room was clean, and having pajamas provided was very helpful. Since I don’t use the bathtub, the shower room alone was comfortable. The toilet was clean and spacious. If I had to mention one thing, even on the strongest setting, the bidet water pressure for rear washing felt a bit weak (lol). I didn’t have breakfast because of golf, but judging from the information provided it looked delicious, so I’d like to try it next time. Also, at pre-checkout payment, my companion had already paid for their Room next to me, but I was still charged for both Rooms. Because I paid with PayPay and couldn’t cancel it afterward, they ended up canceling my companion’s card payment instead. Considering that business travelers often need to settle expenses individually, I didn’t think this handling was ideal.

It was conveniently located near the station. Breakfast was available, and I think I had a comfortable stay.

There are few restaurants or convenience stores nearby, but the in-room dining offers a family-restaurant-level selection, along with a drink bar, and there is also a water dispenser in the Room, so we had no inconvenience at all. Even after 1:00 a.m., light meals and alcohol are available until 6:00 a.m. Both the Room and the bathroom were spacious and clean, and the amenities were well stocked. However, the TV remote control responded so poorly that it was difficult to use.

Whenever I come to Nagoya, I always stay at this Hotel. The Facilities are well equipped, and as a smoker, I truly appreciate it. The complimentary breakfast is something I look forward to every time; it’s satisfying and offers plenty of variety. Depending on my mood that day, I enjoy rice with curry or salmon furikake, among other options. Thank you as always.

I stayed here the night before attending a wedding. It’s a compact Hotel, but it’s close to the station and, above all, very affordable—so I was extremely satisfied. The building felt a bit dated, but I felt that was more than made up for by the excellent service from the Hotel staff. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

I chose LiVEMAX for three weeks of work from Sunday to Saturday. The reason is that each Room has a microwave. I got tired of eating out every day, so it’s great to be able to shop at the supermarket and heat up meals. Other hotels are available, but having to go down to the lobby is inconvenient. I made a Reservation for a concert at Niterra Civic Hall (Nippon Tokushu Togyō). It was perfectly close—just a 30-second walk to the venue. Even though the Hotel is in a lively area, it was very quiet, and the staff were kind and attentive. The Room was spacious and relaxing, and I was very satisfied with the perfectly sized shelf in the changing area—just the right height and width. The lounge coffee was delicious, and although the manga corner is small, it had an appealing selection and I really enjoyed it! For breakfast, I had a Japanese set meal at “Tenya” on the first floor. The salmon, spinach ohitashi, and miso soup were all deeply comforting and delicious—I felt happily full from the morning for the first time in a while. I’d love to stay at this Hotel again—so much so that I’m thinking of checking upcoming concerts at Niterra Civic Hall just as an excuse to come back. Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality.

The Room was clean and comfortable. Not only the front desk staff but also the housekeeping team were polite and pleasant.

I usually can’t sleep on trips and had resigned myself to that, but the choice of pillows was so good that I slept soundly every night! The welcome drink was also great. I was impressed that you can check how crowded breakfast is on the TV screen. The staff were cheerful and professional, which made my stay very comfortable. My only regret is that I wish I had stayed at this Accommodation for my entire trip.
