For quite some time now, I’ve been staying here about once a month. The moment I step inside, my mind switches from the everyday to something extraordinary. I keep coming back because I want to feel that shift. The Room and the meals are flawless, and above all, the quality of the sauna relaxation room is exceptional. To be honest, I like it so much that I almost hesitate to write this—because more people might find out and it could get crowded. The service is also impressively attentive every time—exactly what you’d expect from a top-class Hotel. It feels well worth the price. And most of all, the quiet here is wonderful. There aren’t many places where you can truly unwind and return to yourself in peace. For me, this is genuinely my third place. I hope to keep coming at least once a month for years to come… which is exactly why, if I’m being honest, I kind of hope it doesn’t get too busy (laugh).

Three subway stations—Akasaka Station, Tameike-Sanno Station, and Akasaka-Mitsuke Station—are within a 5–10 minute walk. From Tokyo Station, it cost about JPY 2,000–2,400 by taxi. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you can easily walk back after dining out. If you go a bit farther and use the subway, Ginza, Shimbashi, and Tsukiji are also easy to reach. There is a 7-Eleven on the first floor, which was very convenient. The room layout was well designed: the table and shelving were integrated and functional. There was also a compact sofa and stool, which made it convenient to eat in the room. The interior design and color scheme were calm and very nice. The bathroom/toilet/sink are in one unit bath; larger men may find it a bit small. However, the public bath is available from 6:00–9:00 and 15:00–25:00 (1:00), so using that should solve the issue. Also, while it felt difficult for women to do makeup at the sink area, there was a large tabletop mirror on the shelf above the table; placing it on the table made doing makeup easy. Breakfast offered both Japanese- and Western-style options and was very delicious. Beef tendon curry pudding bite-sized ohagi (sweet rice cakes) and various side dishes will leave you completely full!! There was also a wide variety of drinks—even green smoothies. In the women’s public bath area there were an indoor bath and a semi-open-air bath with around 10 washing stations. There were plenty of changing-room spaces and powder-room areas as well. Overall everything—the room public baths facilities throughout—was kept very clean making it feel safe comfortable And all staff greeted guests warmly which made me want to stay again. In particular I appreciated being greeted by staff cleaning in front of hotel Highly recommended!!

The Facility is new and has a luxurious feel. It’s also close to Masu, and I’d love to stay again.

I stayed here to celebrate my son’s birthday and mine. Even though I mistakenly made a Reservation for a twin room instead of a double, they kindly changed it for me. We also received celebratory chocolates, and as always, The Ritz makes me feel elegant every time I visit. The staff and the food were outstanding. I would like to come again next year. Thank you very much for such a comfortable stay. The Room was extremely user-friendly, and I was especially impressed by the spacious sofa set along the window. Being able to relax while taking in the Tokyo view and enjoy a drink meant there was a comfortable place to spend time besides the bed, which made staying in the Room itself truly enjoyable. It felt less like being in a Hotel Room and more like spending time in a living room. Combined with the view from the high floor, it was a wonderfully cozy space. The bed was also generously sized and very comfortable, allowing me to rest well until morning. What left the strongest impression this time was the Club InterContinental Lounge. It offered unusually generous spacing between seats for a Hotel in central Tokyo, so I could spend time there in complete calm. Cocktail hour was excellent as well—not simply about offering more food, but thoughtfully designed so guests can enjoy an unhurried evening with a cold tapas buffet, made-to-order hot tapas, champagne, and cocktails. In particular, I appreciated that cocktails were properly prepared and delivered to my seat; that original cocktails such as the Saketini were available; and that when my glass of Moët & Chandon started running low, staff kindly asked “Shall I bring you another?” before I even needed to request it. When people talk about lounges they often focus on the variety of food and drinks, but what I found most appealing here was how attentively the staff looked after guests while maintaining such a relaxed atmosphere. Also, although all key Facilities—such as the pool, restaurants, and lounge—were available within the property, each area felt comfortably spacious. Even spending an entire day inside the Hotel never felt cramped. After using the pool we also ordered French onion gratin soup in our Room; it warmed us up perfectly after getting chilled from swimming, and we were grateful to be able to use our Hotel credit as well. We were also able to enjoy breakfast at leisure until later hours in the club lounge. In addition to both Japanese breakfast options and buffet selections, we unexpectedly received one of the chef’s signature dishes—it was delicious and became a wonderful memory. Having everything we need readily available—and being able to use it freely at our own pace—is what makes this Hotel so appealing. This stay has made it one of those Hotels I would happily return to again whenever timing works out. Thank you very much to all of your staff.

It was very convenient since we traveled by train a lot. There was a massage chair in the room, and the foot massage made me feel much better the next day. It was great to be able to relax in the bath. We also appreciated the complimentary water service. It was a clean, quiet, and conveniently located hotel, and my friend and I were saying we’d like to stay again. Thank you very much.

I stayed here to attend an event at another Hotel in Roppongi. Since it’s a Mitsui property and the Reviews were good, I chose this place—and it was even better than I expected. I arrived before noon and went to leave my luggage, but my Room happened to be ready, so I was able to check in right away. I really appreciated that. Amenities are available in the lobby for you to take only what you need, which felt efficient with no waste. There’s also a coffee machine in the lobby, and tea is available as well. Rooms at central Tokyo Hotels are often small, but this one was about 26–27 m² and felt spacious. There was also a sliding door that could separate the vanity area from the Room, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I’d love to stay here again if I have the chance.

I stayed here to attend concerts at Suntory Hall on two consecutive days. It was very close and reasonably priced, which was great. The Room was also easy to use, and I’m satisfied. I’d like to stay here again when I come for a concert.

I stay here every time I visit Tokyo. This time it was cold, so I borrowed a circulator fan. Thank you for your kindness and support. All the staff were very pleasant. Thank you again—I would love to stay here again.

Since the COVID period, I have always stayed here whenever I travel to Tokyo for business. It has truly been my “Home in Tokyo” for nearly five years now. I can relax here, and the hotel staff are always warm and welcoming—especially the restaurant on the first floor of Building D, which is my favorite. I look forward to continuing to stay with you in the future.

This was my second stay! Everyone at the Hotel was very kind. The location is great, and it’s a Hotel I’d love to stay at again! The little bath duck was also adorable and made me happy!

I made a Reservation for a single Room, but they upgraded me to a larger Room as a complimentary service (a twin Room). It was great that the coffee in the first-floor lobby was available 24 hours a day.

I stayed here for 20,000 yen, hoping it would be worth it for my certification exam. Check-in was done by entering information on a tablet placed in front of mannequins. Although I selected "Japanese" as the language at the beginning, messages kept appearing in English. I proceeded by guessing and managed to sign using my finger when I couldn't find a stylus pen. After completing the input, nothing happened until an employee appeared from a side door and guided me verbally. I was directed to another machine to pay the Tokyo accommodation tax of 200 yen in cash, though I wished everything could have been settled by card. The coin slot on this machine was hard to locate until the same employee pointed it out for me. It made me appreciate human receptionists more than ever. The mannequins standing at reception did nothing helpful; they seemed out of place and gave off an Osaka-style vibe despite being located in central Tokyo (Akasaka branch). While some families checking in nearby seemed amused by them, I thought fully automating with high-tech machines might have been a better direction than placing these figures. Breakfast was included with my stay and served buffet-style at an Irish pub on the first floor. The menu was simple but delicious. The room felt like a standard business hotel room equipped with newer facilities such as a suit cleaner—likely targeting business travelers—but I didn’t use it myself. The air conditioning noise or toilet water refilling sound didn’t bother me, making for a comfortable stay overall but nothing extraordinary. Even with discounts applied, 20,000 yen felt expensive—probably due to timing and location factors. Thank you for hosting me!

This Hotel feels warm and welcoming, not like a cold Business Hotel. If I had to be picky, I would have preferred a softer pillow.

"Hotel Toranomon Hills" Above all, the location is outstanding. The view from the Room is truly “Toranomon.” Just looking out over the cluster of high-rise buildings somehow lifts your spirits. Another personal favorite was the lounge on the 11th floor. There are light cakes and drinks, it never feels too crowded, and it’s wonderfully quiet. It’s perfect for relaxing at your own pace, or opening up a laptop and getting some work done. Having a calm place like this inside the Hotel is a real treat. Breakfast also offers a wide variety of options, making it easy to enjoy a satisfying start to the day. Most memorable of all was the staff’s hospitality. As this stay was for my birthday, I had made a few requests in advance, and an experienced concierge handled everything with impressive ease. Even without detailed explanations, they understood what I meant and took action accordingly. Luxury Hotels matter for their Facilities and views, of course—but in the end, it really comes down to people. The Room, the view, the lounge, breakfast, and above all the staff. Rather than one standout feature, everything is consistently excellent across the board. A place you can choose with confidence for an important occasion. I’d love to stay again—truly.

We stayed as a family. The toilet, bathroom, and washbasin were separate, making it very convenient to use, and the room was clean. It was accessible from both Akasaka and Tameike-Sanno stations, with a 7-Eleven located in the basement, which was very convenient. The staff at the front desk were polite and left a good impression.

The Room was lovely, and the view was spectacular. I prefer a clean, uncluttered Room, so this is the best Hotel I have stayed at so far. If I had to mention one thing, as others have noted, the shower water pressure was a bit weak, which was slightly disappointing; otherwise, it is an excellent Hotel with nothing to complain about. I would love to stay again.
