This time, I stayed in a Heritage balcony Room. I wondered if it might be too hot this season, but the evening breeze was pleasant, and I was able to relax with drinks from room service. For dinner, I dined at Toh-Ka-Lin, and the next morning I had breakfast at Nouvelle Epoque. Everything—from delicious dining to the gym, spa, and pool—was available within the Hotel, so I could truly unwind and enjoy a genuinely luxurious stay. The entire property was clean and quiet throughout, and the staff’s hospitality struck the perfect balance: not too close or too distant, yet always attentive with thoughtful care. An unexpected issue came up during my stay, but even then the Hotel team responded with kindness and meticulous consideration. It reminded me once again of how exceptional Japanese Hotels are—especially Okura. I would love to visit again.

I chose this hotel for its large public bath, and it did not disappoint. The public bath was great, and the Room and bed were spacious; the desk was also generously sized, so I was very satisfied. The amenities are well stocked. It’s close to a subway station, making it very convenient. Having a 7-Eleven on the first floor is also handy and reassuring. I’ve already decided to stay here again next time.

Since there is no bath, I went to a public bath before checking in. It’s close to the station and has a laundry room. There’s also a convenience store nearby, and in the building next door there’s a sushi restaurant where you can enjoy reasonably priced sushi for lunch. I was happy to be able to choose and drink KEY COFFEE drip packs. I usually have trouble falling asleep at a Hotel, but I slept very well. The breakfast curry was incredibly delicious. I made another Reservation.

I stay here every time I visit Tokyo. This time it was cold, so I borrowed a circulator fan. Thank you for your kindness and support. All the staff were very pleasant. Thank you again—I would love to stay here again.

I seem to have dropped my key card in the large public bath changing room, and I couldn’t get back in. When I contacted the front desk, they responded immediately and were very helpful.

I stayed here to celebrate my son’s birthday and mine. Even though I mistakenly made a Reservation for a twin room instead of a double, they kindly changed it for me. We also received celebratory chocolates, and as always, The Ritz makes me feel elegant every time I visit. The staff and the food were outstanding. I would like to come again next year. After watching the video guide to the Hotel, I tried to reach it via the pedestrian overpass from the contact walkway, but it was under construction and I was unsure what to do. A construction worker kindly assisted me, and I arrived safely. The staff were also very helpful at both check-in and check-out, and I was satisfied. I used Itsuki, and both Japanese and Western dishes offered a wide variety. They recommend the pizza for a reason—it’s addictive. It was also nice that there were small desserts after the meal. On my way back, I used the underground passage, which made it easy.

The Room had just been renovated and the interior was lovely. Although the bathroom and toilet space was small, there was a mini sofa in the Room, which was convenient. Above all, the woman at the front desk was kind and left a very positive impression. The area is full of construction, and even the nearest station entrance has been closed, so Akasaka has changed a lot. However, getting around Tokyo was very convenient with access to the Chiyoda Line and Ginza Line. Roppongi is also within walking distance. I would stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Thank you very much for such a comfortable stay. The Room was extremely user-friendly, and I was especially impressed by the spacious sofa set along the window. Being able to relax while enjoying the Tokyo view or have a drink there meant there was a comfortable place to spend time besides the bed, and I truly enjoyed simply being in the Room. It felt more like spending time in a living room than staying in a Hotel Room. Combined with the view from the high floor, it was a wonderfully cozy space. The bed was also generously sized and very comfortable, allowing me to rest well until morning. What left the strongest impression this time was the Club InterContinental Lounge. The seating had an unusually generous amount of space between tables for a Tokyo Hotel, so I could spend time there in a very calm atmosphere. During cocktail time as well, rather than simply offering more food, it was thoughtfully arranged so guests could enjoy an unhurried evening with a cold tapas buffet, made-to-order hot tapas, champagne, and cocktails. In particular, I remember how properly crafted cocktails were delivered to my seat; that original cocktails such as the Saketini were available; and that when my glass of Moët & Chandon started running low, staff kindly asked “Shall I bring you another?” before I even needed to request it. When people think of lounges they often focus on the variety of food and drinks, but what I found most appealing here was that the staff’s attention truly reached each guest, allowing everyone to enjoy a peaceful time. In addition, while Facilities such as the pool, restaurants, and lounge were all available within the property, each area still felt spacious enough that even spending an entire day inside the Hotel never felt cramped. After using the pool I also had French onion gratin soup in my Room; it was perfect for warming up after getting chilled in the water, and I appreciated being able to make good use of my Hotel credit as well. I could also enjoy breakfast at leisure until later hours in the club lounge. Along with both Japanese breakfast options and buffet items—and unexpectedly receiving one of the chef’s signature dishes—everything was delicious and became a wonderful memory. I felt that one of this Hotel’s greatest strengths is having everything you need readily available while still being able to use it freely at your own pace. This stay made it one of those Hotels I would happily return to again whenever timing works out. Thank you very much to all of your staff.

I stayed here to attend concerts at Suntory Hall on two consecutive days. It was very close and reasonably priced, which was great. The Room was also easy to use, and I’m satisfied. I’d like to stay here again when I come for a concert.

I stayed here to attend an event at another Hotel in Roppongi. Since it’s a Mitsui property and the Reviews were good, I chose this place—and it was even better than I expected. I arrived before noon and went to leave my luggage, but my Room happened to be ready, so I was able to check in right away. I really appreciated that. Amenities are available in the lobby for you to take only what you need, which felt efficient with no waste. There’s also a coffee machine in the lobby, and tea is available as well. Rooms at central Tokyo Hotels are often small, but this one was about 26–27 m² and felt spacious. There was also a sliding door that could separate the vanity area from the Room, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I’d love to stay here again if I have the chance.

This was my second stay! Everyone at the Hotel was very kind. The location is great, and it’s a Hotel I’d love to stay at again! The little bath duck was also adorable and made me happy!

This was my second stay in three months. All the staff were kind and responded politely. I caused some trouble because I didn't know how to use the safe, but they taught me without a hint of annoyance, saying, "It's okay." There is basically no daily cleaning, and during my 3-night, 4-day stay, it was only done once during the day on the third day. However, you can get new towels at the front desk, and since I was often out during the day, it didn't bother me at all. What I liked most about this hotel was the rooftop sky lounge. When it comes to viewing the night view, tourist spots are crowded, and rooms with a night view in hotels tend to be expensive... In such a situation, I was happy to be able to leisurely enjoy the night view of Tokyo. There are also two coin-operated laundry machines on the first floor, so if the timing is right, you don't have to go to a nearby laundromat, which was convenient. I would like to stay here again when I visit Tokyo.

I made a Reservation for a single Room, but they upgraded me to a larger Room as a complimentary service (a twin Room). It was great that the coffee in the first-floor lobby was available 24 hours a day.

I stayed here for 20,000 yen, hoping it would be worth it for my certification exam. Check-in was done by entering information on a tablet placed in front of mannequins. Although I selected "Japanese" as the language at the beginning, messages kept appearing in English. I proceeded by guessing and managed to sign using my finger when I couldn't find a stylus pen. After completing the input, nothing happened until an employee appeared from a side door and guided me verbally. I was directed to another machine to pay the Tokyo accommodation tax of 200 yen in cash, though I wished everything could have been settled by card. The coin slot on this machine was hard to locate until the same employee pointed it out for me. It made me appreciate human receptionists more than ever. The mannequins standing at reception did nothing helpful; they seemed out of place and gave off an Osaka-style vibe despite being located in central Tokyo (Akasaka branch). While some families checking in nearby seemed amused by them, I thought fully automating with high-tech machines might have been a better direction than placing these figures. Breakfast was included with my stay and served buffet-style at an Irish pub on the first floor. The menu was simple but delicious. The room felt like a standard business hotel room equipped with newer facilities such as a suit cleaner—likely targeting business travelers—but I didn’t use it myself. The air conditioning noise or toilet water refilling sound didn’t bother me, making for a comfortable stay overall but nothing extraordinary. Even with discounts applied, 20,000 yen felt expensive—probably due to timing and location factors. Thank you for hosting me!

This Hotel feels warm and welcoming, not like a cold Business Hotel. If I had to be picky, I would have preferred a softer pillow.

We stayed as a family. The toilet, bathroom, and washbasin were separate, making it very convenient to use, and the room was clean. It was accessible from both Akasaka and Tameike-Sanno stations, with a 7-Eleven located in the basement, which was very convenient. The staff at the front desk were polite and left a good impression.

"Hotel Toranomon Hills" Above all, the location is outstanding. The view from the Room is truly “Toranomon.” Just looking out over the cluster of high-rise buildings somehow lifts your spirits. Another personal favorite was the lounge on the 11th floor. There are light cakes and drinks, it never feels too crowded, and it’s wonderfully quiet. It’s perfect for relaxing at your own pace, or opening up a laptop and getting some work done. Having a calm place like this inside the Hotel is a real treat. Breakfast also offers a wide variety of options, making it easy to enjoy a satisfying start to the day. Most memorable of all was the staff’s hospitality. As this stay was for my birthday, I had made a few requests in advance, and an experienced concierge handled everything with impressive ease. Even without detailed explanations, they understood what I meant and took action accordingly. Luxury Hotels matter for their Facilities and views, of course—but in the end, it really comes down to people. The Room, the view, the lounge, breakfast, and above all the staff. Rather than one standout feature, everything is consistently excellent across the board. A place you can choose with confidence for an important occasion. I’d love to stay again—truly.

I stayed here because there was a live event in Minami-Aoyama. When making the reservation, only smoking rooms were available instead of non-smoking ones, so I was initially concerned about the smell. However, it wasn't as bothersome as I had expected. The proximity to Akasaka Station was also very convenient. I would like to stay here again if I have another opportunity.
