It was actually a positive that there were hardly any Japanese guests, so I could stay without stress. The night before, I stayed at a hotel in Maihama, but it was too lively with lots of Japanese families with children, and I got tired. It’s close to the station, so even though it’s not near Disney Resort, getting around felt convenient. The room was spacious, the property felt luxurious and clean, and it even has a large public bath. As expected from Prince—more satisfying than I had hoped!

We stayed for two nights while sightseeing in Tokyo. Everything was very clean, and even after walking around all day in Tokyo, we were able to relax thanks to this Hotel. The bathroom and toilet were easy to use, there were plenty of hangers, and the disposable slippers felt hygienic. What surprised me most was the amenities available at the front desk—good-quality toner, sheet masks, and cooling patches. I applied a patch to my swollen legs after all the walking; it felt refreshingly cool and was so soothing. The Room wasn’t the largest one with a separate bath and toilet, but it was spacious enough. There were two floor-to-ceiling windows that made it feel open, and the night view was beautiful. It’s a Hotel that made me think, “This is where I want to stay again when I come back to Tokyo.” Our children liked it a lot as well. Everyone at reception was professional and kind.

We stayed here as a family during Golden Week. We often use Kyoritsu Resort properties, and our son—who loves Hotels—was thrilled! Considering the location and price, we felt the Room size was understandably compact. It was clean and pleasant. All the staff were cheerful, and it left a great impression that they greeted us clearly and warmly even when we just passed by. We also had breakfast here, and it was very satisfying. Of course, we fully enjoyed the Onsen on all three floors! We would like to stay here again when visiting Tokyo.

My mother stayed for five days last year and loved it, so we chose to stay again this year at her request. The views were wonderful, and she was able to relax in the bathing facilities at a leisurely pace. Thank you as well to all the staff for your kindness. One concern was that in the main bathing facility, there was a noticeable sewer smell around the washing area closer to the open-air bath, and we also noticed guests with tattoos using the baths openly.

Thank you very much for accommodating our same-day early check-in—it was a great help.

Our return flight was canceled due to a typhoon, so we urgently requested an additional night on top of our planned two-night stay. The staff kindly accommodated us, which was a huge help. We had breakfast for two days, and the menu changed properly each day. The Room and the large public bath were both very clean, making this a wonderful Hotel. Thank you very much—we would love to stay again!

My daughter and I stayed for one night. It’s our annual summer tradition to book the indoor camping-style Room. In the past, there was a camping Room for two, but it wasn’t available this time, so we chose a family Room. We were amazed by how spacious it was, and my daughter was thrilled. On the other hand, in the previous camping Room there was a mat inside the tent, and being able to actually sleep in the tent was one of our favorite parts. This time there was no mat in the tent, which was a bit disappointing. Still, thoughtful touches for kids were still there—like a bathroom separate from the sink area that was easy to use, and a Dream Switch. I think it’s a very enjoyable Hotel for parents and children to relax together.

The room was very clean. For breakfast, we used the café on the first floor, and we were satisfied because the panini, cappuccino, and soup were all delicious. The amenities were well stocked, which was a great help for an unexpected stay. Check-out was also easy, which we appreciated.

The pool was beautifully illuminated at night. At check-in, I wasn’t asked which morning newspaper I preferred, but the next morning a Yomiuri was delivered. I wondered if it is now limited to one paper. For dinner, we went out on the first day and went to Touen on the second day. Not having to worry about meals was wonderful. We were able to relax very much. Thank you.

Just a 1-minute walk to Tsukiji Market—breakfast at the market was incredibly satisfying with seafood rice bowls and tamagoyaki! At night, the view from the window was soothing, and the large public bath was spotless. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap also smelled wonderful! I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Tokyo!

The view was wonderful on our previous stay, and this time we were able to enjoy a different scenery as well, which was great. The room layout was comfortable and spacious enough to relax on the sofa, making it easy to spend time there. It was stylish and very clean. We were also happy to receive the One Harmony welcome drink again—having a beer right after arrival let us toast to another great trip. Thanks to you, it became a memorable journey. All of the staff were kind, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again.

We stayed here the night before going to KidZania. The station is close, and it’s also convenient for getting to other sightseeing spots. It was hot on the day we stayed, and there was a sudden heavy downpour in the evening, but it was great that we could go directly from the hotel to a convenience store and restaurants without getting wet. The staff at check-in were very helpful, and the staff member who guided us early in the morning on the way to KidZania was also excellent. We would definitely like to stay here again.

We were able to stay at a great rate with IKYU benefits! The hotel was clean, and it felt nice that the housekeeping staff greeted us when we passed in the hallway. My companion was happy there was a convenience store in the building. It seems many guests stay for longer periods. I think they streamline what they can to keep prices low. Having a coin laundry was also very helpful.

Right in front of the Shintomicho exit, so it was easy to find, and having a convenience store downstairs was very convenient. They also lend out hair irons and phone chargers, which meant I could travel light and stay comfortably. The room was quiet and very nice, but the only downside was that it felt a bit dark—I think it could be brighter. I’d like to stay here again when visiting the Yurakucho area.

As expected from the Grand. The mattress and pillows were great, and I slept very well.

I stayed here to attend a live show at Tokyo Garden Theater. It’s not far from the nearest stations on the Rinkai Line or the private Yurikamome Line, and it’s right next to Ariake Garden, with an Onsen, theaters, and shopping. You can even get there from the Hotel without an umbrella on rainy days. I’ve never stayed at such a convenient Hotel before. The Hotel was also very clean, and the seafood rice bowl at breakfast is something you rarely find elsewhere. The staff were always smiling, and I’d definitely like to stay here again for my next concert. Tokyo Disneyland is also within about 30 minutes, which is great for families who want to split up and do different things.

Every time Comiket came around, I really wanted to stay here, but I could never get a Reservation and ended up booking other nearby Hotels. This time, I finally got to stay. It was close to the waiting line, and the room size and Facility were more than enough if you’re just coming back to sleep. It’s not enough to lower my rating, but there was a light layer of dust on the humidifier, so it would be good to wipe it down. I hope I can book again someday. Thank you very much.

Conveniently located near Kayabacho Station on the Tozai Line, it was easy to find without getting lost. The Room was well-cleaned, and the bathroom and toilet were new and spotless. I would like to use it again next time.

We stayed here as a couple over the New Year holiday. The room was clean, and we were able to relax in the bath. We would like to stay again.

I use this Hotel for business trips. I’m happy that the Room is spacious. If there’s availability, I almost always choose this Hotel. As an IKYU Diamond member, I also appreciate the 12:00 checkout time. I can also receive drinks such as canned beer, which makes me want to keep my Diamond status. From Tokyo Station, I take a bus—it’s just a short walk from the “Kameshimabashi” stop.
