I booked Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo, where you can enjoy the sea of clouds, to celebrate my wife’s birthday. What surprised me first was that I had requested a birthday message plate at “Il Teatro,” the Italian restaurant we reserved for dinner, and the Hotel coordinated everything wonderfully—at check-in, they presented my wife with a handwritten birthday message card from the staff. Honestly, I was truly moved by their hospitality. As an IKYU Diamond member, we received a Room upgrade, and they also suggested switching to a suite (for an additional fee). The upgraded garden-view Room was spacious with an excellent view—we were completely satisfied. The sea of clouds was incredibly magical; it looked different depending on the time, and no matter how many times we watched it, we never got tired of it. Service at “Il Teatro” was also outstanding, and we had a memorable birthday dinner at a window-side table overlooking the garden. The food was delicious, and the recommended Chardonnay was exceptional—exactly my kind of white wine. After that, we went to the bar for cocktails and returned to our Room, but we were having such a great time talking that we ended up missing the final grand sea of clouds show. While talking with my wife about making Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo our annual birthday tradition, we promised each other: “Next year let’s dine in the private room used for Hanzawa Naoki filming—and this time we’ll definitely watch the grand sea of clouds at night from our Room.” It became a wonderful memory that will stay with us. Thank you very much! We will visit again!

It had been a while since my last Multiple Night Stay, but I was able to relax very well. The meals were delicious, and I ate more breakfast than usual. I was especially happy that yogurt was available. Due to time constraints, I couldn’t fully enjoy the complimentary drinks at a leisurely pace, but overall it was a satisfying stay.

I was exhausted that day, but I really appreciated how kindly the front desk staff assisted me. The amenities were well stocked, the Room was relatively spacious, and the bed was comfortably soft, so I could relax properly. There’s a Gusto in the Hotel, and there are also plenty of nearby options like Ootoya and cafes, so finding somewhere to eat wasn’t an issue. There was even a drugstore close by, which made me feel very reassured. If I stay in the Shinjuku/Ikebukuro area again, I think this place would be a great choice. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

I still think this is a wonderful Hotel. The staff’s hospitality and service were excellent, and I was able to enjoy another comfortable stay. Also, the breakfast was just as delicious as before, and I was very satisfied. The morning pasta made to order and the white wine were outstanding. One thing I noticed was the area around the shelf installed above the bathtub. With a bit more attention to cleaning and inspection, the stay would feel even more pleasant. Also, since the outlet is more than 1 meter from the bed, I recommend bringing a slightly longer charging cable if you want to charge your devices at your bedside. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

I made this Reservation because I was looking for a Hotel within walking distance of Tokyo Dome for a live concert. It was great—easy to get back right after the show, and Suidobashi Station is right in front.

The location was convenient from the station, set just off the main road, and it was quiet at night. The Room had a stylish interior and was very clean. Above all, the staff’s smiles and service were outstanding. In the evening, we made a Reservation for the buffet. It was so delicious that we were truly impressed. The food was carefully prepared and beautifully presented. The tables were well spaced, so we could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. Breakfast was also delicious—we ate a lot! I’ve stayed in many places in Tokyo, but this one was my favorite overall for value for money, service, and food. I’m already looking forward to my next trip to Tokyo. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for a concert at Tokyo Dome. The Room was clean and well maintained. The king double bed was spacious and very comfortable, and I slept well. I wasn’t bothered by any noise from around the property, so I could relax and enjoy a restful stay.

As I was traveling alone as a woman, I decided to try the ladies-only floor, and it was excellent. There were basic skincare amenities, and there was also a bottle of cleansing oil in the bathroom. The Room had a hair iron, and I was impressed to find an electric foot massager as well. This may be available on other floors too, but there were free dispensers in the hallway for tea and a sports drink–style water, so I didn’t need to buy bottled drinks. The Room was clean, the location was convenient, and it offered great value for money. I’d love to stay here again.

Thank you for taking care of us for 3 days and 2 nights! The Hotel had a wonderful atmosphere, and it made for a truly lovely trip. The Room was quiet and clean. The service was also great—when we arrived a little early to leave our luggage, they let us check in right away! It was nice to cool down in the Room for a bit before going out in the heat. This was my lack of research, but I went without bringing anything because I thought I had seen in a Review that skincare amenities were provided. Please bring your own skincare items!

I don’t stay at a Business Hotel very often, but after reading other guests’ Reviews, I felt they were exactly right. Considering the location, I think the price is reasonable. Since it’s uncommon to drive within Tokyo’s 23 wards, it seemed there were only two parking spaces available, but even though I stayed on a Sunday night, I was able to apply on the day and get a spot, which was a big help. I had been prepared to use a nearby paid parking lot, but it was much easier being able to park in the closest place. The room itself felt perfectly fine. Breakfast was also delicious.

Just steps from Mejiro Station and next to the wooded grounds of Gakushuin University, this Hotel is in a wonderful location that makes you forget the bustle of the city. The Starbucks on the front desk floor is a relaxing spot where both younger and older guests unwind. Breakfast vouchers can be used at Starbucks or at Doutor, about a 1-minute walk from the Hotel. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes around the Hotel, so finding somewhere to eat was never an issue. Coffee next to the front desk is free and unlimited. We bought treats from a nearby cake shop and bakery, picked up paper plates and wooden forks at the front desk, poured coffee, and enjoyed everything in our Room. The chocolate cake from Trad Mejiro across from the Hotel was especially delicious. Perhaps because we stayed on weekdays, we were assigned a twin Room. It was spacious and very clean. The beds are Simmons and very comfortable, and separate pajama sets are provided. Amenities are self-serve next to the front desk, but there was more than enough—having 7 or 8 types of bath salts was a pleasant surprise. The bathtub was large enough to soak comfortably and helped us relax. It was quiet and extremely comfortable, so we canceled our Accommodation in Ikebukuro and extended our stay here instead. A twin wasn’t available for all nights so we had to change Rooms, but they arranged everything around our schedule and made the move smooth. Thanks to that—and to staff who always greeted us with smiles—we had a truly pleasant stay.

The food in the club lounge was delicious, and the drinks and snacks were all thoughtfully selected—we really enjoyed it. Above all, the lounge itself was stylish, spotless, and wonderfully relaxing, so we could unwind in peace. All of the staff were very pleasant and made us feel truly well cared for. Thanks to that, we had a comfortable stay from start to finish. Breakfast was at Rilassa on the 3rd floor. It was crowded, but there was an incredible variety of dishes—far more than we could possibly try. They even had matcha warabi mochi that day, which was also excellent. The view from our Room was outstanding. From the lounge, we could see Tokyo Dome City attractions from above, and from our Room we enjoyed views over Tokyo and Marunouchi—plus Odaiba’s Fuji TV building in the distance, the National Diet Building, Minato City, and sparkling night views of high-rises toward Shinjuku. It was wonderful. The Room was spacious and comfortable, with a sofa large enough to stretch out on and relax. The sink area and bathtub aren’t the newest style, but they were polished to a shine and felt great to use. I didn’t know there could be such a fun and relaxing Hotel—I definitely want to come again. My family who traveled with me also said: “It was so much fun!! We want to go again! The food is delicious, and the club lounge is great!!” We’ll be back again. Thank you very much.

Quiet despite being close to the station. The room was also very quiet, and I slept soundly. The hot towel at check-in was so refreshing. Receiving a tablet at check-out gave me peace of mind. The Hotel staff also had a calm atmosphere, which helped me relax. Thank you very much.

There were a few minor issues, but they actually increased my positive impression of the Hotel. The staff handled everything very politely, and I was even impressed—if something was removed and accidentally not put back, that’s proof it gets replaced each time! In this season especially, I really appreciate being offered a welcome drink at check-in and being provided with a chilled hand towel. Whenever there’s a concert at Tokyo Dome, I stay here every time as long as I can make a Reservation, and I would definitely like to continue using this Hotel in the future.

I returned to Japan on short notice and stayed alone in a single Room. Since I’m slightly claustrophobic, I was worried about the Room size until I checked in, but it was not an issue at all. At 12 m² it isn’t large, but the clean and functional Room was very comfortable. The Facility was also very clean. There is a coin laundry and a microwave, which was convenient. All staff—the front desk team, housekeeping, and the breakfast kitchen staff—provided excellent service. The front desk staff in particular were kind and courteous, and they patiently helped me with even small details; I’m truly grateful. As this was my first time returning alone, their greetings of “Have a good day” and “Welcome back” made me very happy. The area around the Facility is quiet, and although I was traveling alone as a woman, I felt safe even late at night. There is a convenience store right next to the Hotel, which is very handy. It’s also about a 7-minute straight walk to the station, which is convenient. I’m really glad I stayed at Keio Presso Inn Ikebukuro this time. If I have another opportunity, I would love to stay again.

Clean and spacious, with attentive staff. Surrounded by cozy izakayas and restaurants, making it convenient to return to your Room after a drink. This Hotel offers very reasonable pricing compared to the recent rise in Hotel rates. Highly recommended for business travelers heading to work from nearby Jimbocho Station or students taking entrance exams in the area. For two guests, the 20-square-meter Superior Twin Room is a great choice.

The location is just a short walk from JR Otsuka Station, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby—it was such a great area that I regretted not having more time. Also, buses starting from the station’s south exit make it easy to reach subway stations such as Otsuka and Myogadani, which is very convenient when visiting the University of Tsukuba, Chuo University, or Ochanomizu University in Myogadani. There were several buses each hour. The Room and the large public bath were both very clean. In addition, security cards were required not only for the Room but also for the elevators and the large public bath, so even as a solo female traveler over 60, I felt safe and comfortable. I also truly appreciate your kind help with my lost item. Just one thing: I prefer tea, but since I assumed it would be provided and didn’t bring any, I was a little disappointed. Other than that, everything was excellent. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I stayed here solo for a live concert trip. I had a Reservation for a Standard Double, but they kindly offered to change it to the Ladies’ Room free of charge since there was availability, which I really appreciated. The large public bath had a good Panasonic hair dryer, and although I didn’t use them this time, they also offer free late-night soba and ice cream—great services that made the stay very comfortable. It’s a bit of a walk from Ikebukuro Station, but there’s a convenience store nearby and the service was excellent, so I’d like to stay here again when I come to Tokyo.
