The room was spacious, and Meiji Jingu Stadium was right in front—such a delight! The bed was comfortable, and the bath and toilet were separate, with the toilet being spacious as well. The large public bath was clean, and I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi. Meals offered a variety

The male staff at check-in provided exceptionally polite service. The night view from the Room was beautiful, and the rooftop was lovely as well. The Room was clean, and it was convenient to control the air conditioning and lighting with a tablet-like device by the bedside.

The staff kindly assisted us at the front desk, and the atmosphere inside the Hotel was pleasant. The large TV in front of the bed also made my daughter happy. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants around the Hotel, but it wasn’t too noisy, so we felt safe walkin

This was my first stay, and the staff provided excellent service both during check-in and check-out. The Room was very comfortable and easy to relax in. I usually have trouble sleeping with a different pillow, but I slept soundly here. If I have another opportunity, I would

We stayed as a three-generation family with my daughter and grandchild, using the Premier Grand King Room. Access to the Club Lounge and "SKY PLAZA IBASHO" was available. The view from the room was nice, but the views from the Club Lounge and "SKY PLAZA IBASHO" were truly spectac

On the day of our stay, you kindly offered to change our Room to one in the main building with less walking for my wife, who has difficulty walking. We are both very grateful for your help. The Room was also clean and well maintained, and we were able to enjoy a quiet, relaxing time.

In particular, the foreign staff member who assisted us at check-in was polite and warm, which we really appreciated. Thank you very much. We stayed in a triple room as a couple, and it was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The amenities were also well stocked. The location is co

There is a park nearby, making it pleasant to take a walk. The area seems to have many residents, as there were people strolling around. Despite being in a big city, the environment felt safe and calm. It was an accommodation I wouldn’t mind staying at again. As it was my firs

This was my first stay. The front desk staff were very kind. There were no amenities like facial toner, but there’s a convenience store in the next building, so it wasn’t a problem. I stayed in a single room, but the bed was spacious and I slept comfortably. I’m very satisfied. I

I have stayed several times before. I like it because the access is very good. Also, the night view is beautiful, and the bath was easy to use. It would have been nice to have a shower cap. I look forward to next time. I stayed in room 1806, but every 10 or 20 minutes, there was

It is appreciated to be able to stay at this price in this area. It is convenient as there are supermarkets, drugstores, restaurants, and cafes nearby. It is also a short walk from the subway. If you just need a clean place to stay, this hotel is sufficient. Check-in was sm

The front desk staff were very welcoming and always smiling. Both the Hotel and the Room were clean and well maintained, so we had a very comfortable stay. In the evening, we visited Akasaka Umaya on the first floor. With its high ceilings, it felt calm yet bright—and everyth

I used a twin room with my husband to go to a live concert. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Since the hotel is in a residential area, it was very quiet. I chose this hotel because it has a large public bath. The bath was very pleasant, but it was a bit inconveni

Access from outside is also regulated, and the elevator can be used with a card key, so I thought the safety was excellent. The large public bath and the open-air bath were pleasant and relaxing. I decided to go to TOKYO for a life change, so I am grateful for the Hotel suita

The Room was clean, and I was happy to have a ReFa shower head. If I could ask for one thing, I’d love it if ReFa hair dryers were available to rent, even for a fee. The front desk staff were very helpful as well, so I’d like to stay here again when I’m in Shinjuku. Next time, I

I booked a non-smoking single Room, and it was spacious and clean. After making my Reservation, I read some Reviews of the Hotel and felt a bit uneasy, but there was no odor in the Room, and both the toilet and bath were comfortable to use with no issues. Restaurants are just a

I stayed here to attend an anniversary event at Shibuya Public Hall. Even late at night, the staff kindly and carefully helped me with laundry services, which was very reassuring. Although I did not book a Plan with meals, there was a light breakfast service and complimentary late-night “Yonaki Soba.” There were also plenty of restaurants nearby as well as Don Quijote, so I had no trouble finding food and enjoyed a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable experience. If I had to mention one minor point, the Room I stayed in smelled slightly of tobacco. Since I made the Reservation for a smoking Room myself, it may not be fair to complain; however, some people may find perfect scores hard to believe, so I decided to leave this Review. I apologize. I sometimes stay at other Business Hotels as well, but I always end up thinking of Dormy Inn and comparing them—so in the end, I feel Dormy Inn is probably the best choice when choosing Accommodation. Thank you very much for having me stay this time.

Located just a 3-minute walk from Shibuya Station, I chose this accommodation for its excellent location and reasonable price. While the bathtub was small and the hotel had an older atmosphere: - The front desk staff were polite and welcoming. - My delivered luggage was placed in the room before my arrival. - The humidifier was properly filled with water. The service was comparable to that of a first-class hotel. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my stay in Shibuya.

The location was very convenient for joining a bus tour the next day. I could walk to Shinjuku, and the Accommodation was clean, reasonably priced, and excellent. I would like to stay again.

The hotel entrance and reception are stylish, and when I called with questions before my stay, the staff responded politely. The location is convenient, with a park, coffee shop, and convenience store nearby. Being slightly off the main road made it quiet. The room was clean.
