I felt a regal presence in the way they handled my stay while I was not feeling well (injury). Thank you for the warm, kind, and perfect support. The room was easy to use, comfortable, and allowed me to relax at my own pace. Thank you very much.

The location is good as it is close to Hatchobori Station, and the proximity to Tokyo Station is also attractive. The interior is clean, but the only improvement I would suggest is that the shower was difficult to use. It requires strength to get the water running, and when you h

It's a quiet environment. It's a reasonable distance from the nearest station, and it's a straight line, so it's easy to find. I enjoyed the Hawaiian cuisine takeout, acai dessert, and deli from the tenant restaurant. With the national travel support (20% off accommodation) +

I have used Sotetsu's hotels in Osaka and Yokohama. I always look for hotels near the station. Among them, I think Sotetsu is the best. This time, I used it for the first time, and the response from the front staff was really good, so I'm glad I chose Sotetsu. Thank you very much

It was conveniently located near the station and a convenience store, but there are several bars on the way to the hotel, so it might not be considered very safe for a woman alone. There were many foreign guests, so I was worried it might be noisy, but it was very quiet, and I

in the corner of the bed was full of dust. The room is compact yet functionally designed, with no waste, and it looks glamorous enough to feel extraordinary, as expected from APA Hotel. The staff at the front desk were also very accommodating, so I hope this issue will be i

It was very convenient and helpful. There is a convenience store right across the street from the entrance, so we could have coffee anytime, and there are many restaurants nearby where we found some hidden gems, which was very satisfying. The hotel has a modern feel, but we had n

I stayed in a twin room with a separate bath and toilet. The room was designed and had an atmosphere like a typical home bedroom, providing a reassuring space. The bathroom was comfortable with a washing area and a deep bathtub. I was pleased that the shampoo, conditioner, and bo

This caused a lot of trouble. I asked them to check thoroughly, and the manager kindly provided meal vouchers. There might be a lack of coordination between Ikkyu and the hotel. This is not the first time, so please take care of it. Just to be sure, I checked the reservation deta

There is a 24-hour supermarket very close to the hotel, which was convenient. Since we had been eating out continuously, we bought some fruit to enjoy in the room. Borrow a bath chair and bucket from the front desk and add the provided bath salts, and it feels just like a bath

The location is convenient, and since it's relatively new among the APA group, I use it often. It's disappointing that the only beverage available in the room is powdered tea. Other APA hotels (for example, APA Resort Roppongi) have powdered coffee. It might be the difference bet

Although it was a bit of a walk from the nearest station to the hotel, there was no inconvenience regarding travel by train. The area from the first entrance door to the second door was clean. For a separate type room, the price was very reasonable and good. Moreover, it wa

Compared to business hotels in the same price range, the interior (color scheme) is unique. It was clean and comfortable to stay in. The bed is quite high (there is a refrigerator and safe under the bed), and there is a significant step between the room and the bathroom, so be

It is a high-quality and lovely space. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is wonderful. There is always hot coffee available in the lobby. When it started raining, towels and drinks (grapefruit/orange) were provided in front of the reception. The sofa and tabl

I like Richmond Hotel and since one opened in Kinshicho, I stayed there. The service was polite and although the room wasn't very spacious, it was comfortable. The bathroom door was wide, making it easy to enter and exit. The bed was very comfortable, and I would love to go back

I usually go straight home after watching a performance, so even though I live in Tokyo, staying overnight allowed me to enjoy walking around the city and recharge. The location is excellent!! It's such a hidden gem that I almost don't want to share it. I would like to st

The coin laundry was easy to use as you could check availability and remaining time on the room's TV. There were plenty of hangers in the room, so drying clothes was not an issue. The room was clean, the TV was large, and there were free movies available to watch. I stayed f

It was a Multiple Night Stay, and there was a bag hanging on the door with not only towels but also coffee and cotton swabs. I appreciated the attention to detail, like the remote control being covered in plastic. The Room and the unit bath were clean, and I had a very pleasant s

The building and room are new and neat, and the size is quite satisfactory. Although there are reviews mentioning cleaning issues, I didn't find any particular problems. The amenities are also well-equipped. The Simmons bed, which is a selling point, indeed provided an excellent
