Thank you for taking care of us for four days. It’s close to the station, but if you’re taking the train to Tokyo Station, you have to walk a bit, so it’s a little complicated. The Hotel itself was good. Not only is the atmosphere great, but the service is also good, and there are plenty of restaurants around the Hotel, which is very convenient. I would definitely stay again someday.

This was my first time staying here. I stayed to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and at check-in I was told, “Due to our circumstances…”—and then learned they had upgraded our Room. I hadn’t mentioned anything about our situation, so it became a truly wonderful memory. The Room had a stylish, modern city vibe, and the amenities were very well stocked. I will definitely stay again.

Everything about our stay was satisfying. The Room was spacious enough for four people to sleep comfortably, and the separate bath and toilet made it very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and even on a Multiple Night Stay the selection changed little by little, which we really enjoyed. We were especially impressed by the piping-hot rice balls made on the spot—everything we tried was delicious. We’ll look for an affordable rate again and will definitely come back to stay. Thank you for accommodating our request and preparing a top-floor Room; it made our stay even more satisfying.

My daughter and I stayed for one night. It’s our annual summer tradition to book the indoor camping-style Room. In the past, there was a camping Room for two, but it wasn’t available this time, so we chose a family Room. We were amazed by how spacious it was, and my daughter was thrilled. On the other hand, in the previous camping Room there was a mat inside the tent, and being able to actually sleep in the tent was one of our favorite parts. This time there was no mat in the tent, which was a bit disappointing. Still, thoughtful touches for kids were still there—like a bathroom separate from the sink area that was easy to use, and a Dream Switch. I think it’s a very enjoyable Hotel for parents and children to relax together.

We stayed here as a family during Golden Week. We often use Kyoritsu Resort properties, and our son—who loves Hotels—was thrilled! Considering the location and price, we felt the Room size was understandably compact. It was clean and pleasant. All the staff were cheerful, and it left a great impression that they greeted us clearly and warmly even when we just passed by. We also had breakfast here, and it was very satisfying. Of course, we fully enjoyed the Onsen on all three floors! We would like to stay here again when visiting Tokyo.

This was my second stay, and not only was the room spotless, but the staff were also very courteous, making my stay truly comfortable. I would like to stay here again when I visit Tokyo.

It’s a short walk from the station, but the location is convenient. The interior is stylish, thoughtfully designed, and functional, and it was nice to see greenery from the Room. Breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. I once had to cancel reluctantly, but the staff handled it with great sincerity, which left a strong impression on me—so I chose to stay again this time. It was just as good as I remembered. Thank you very much.

Even though we only stay two or three times a year, we’re always welcomed so warmly, which makes us very happy. This time, we chose a Plan that included Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial, and we were able to enjoy an elegant and refreshing time. We are always truly grateful to the lounge staff, and it’s genuinely fun to chat with everyone. Although Mr./Ms. A is no longer assigned to the lounge, they kindly came by to see us anyway, and I was delighted to catch up. This visit also brought a wonderful encounter with new staff members (Mr. Y and Mr. S). Both were attentive in every detail, and their friendly conversation made our time in the lounge relaxing and enjoyable. Of course, it was also great to see Mr./Ms. M and Mr./Ms. T as always. We truly love spending time at The Royal Park Hotel. When you say “Welcome back,” it makes us want to reply “We’re home!”—a Hotel that makes us want to return again and again. The restaurants are all excellent—teppanyaki, tempura, and Chinese—and the chefs’ and staff’s service is wonderful as well. The location is fantastic, so we enjoy strolling around the neighborhood or visiting local spots of interest; but no matter how many times we come, The Royal Park Hotel never feels repetitive. We especially love simply relaxing here—these stays have become precious healing time for my spouse and me. Thank you always for everything.

I previously stayed here on a trip with my spouse. This time, I used it alone for a business trip. As before, I was generally satisfied overall this time as well. If I mention the small details, there were several points as follows. [What I liked] - It’s close enough to the station that it takes less than about a 10-minute walk, and there are several commercial buildings nearby with many restaurants. There are also multiple convenience stores close by, so the location is very convenient. - The Room was well cleaned. It felt clean throughout, including the bathroom. - Breakfast was delicious. They also had some unusual items such as a single-serving chanko hot pot. I even had seconds of rice. [What disappointed me] - When I tried to check in using the machine, someone at the front desk spoke to me. They said I could check in either at the front desk or with the machine, and since they approached me, I chose to check in at the front desk. Previously, checking in by machine was smooth and left a very good impression, so this time I noticed how slow the front-desk service was. The way they spoke was also mumbled and didn’t leave a good impression. Honestly, it would have been better if they had simply asked me to use the machine. - Overall the Room seemed well cleaned, but I was bothered by dampness in the bed and an odor from the pillow. Since my Room had been upgraded to a twin room, I switched pillows with the other bed and managed fine. Also, there were two long hairs tangled around the hand soap next to the sink. - For breakfast, I went fairly early so it wasn’t crowded. Just when I thought it was nice and quiet, a staff member who seemed to be from that same country kept talking for a long time with travelers from overseas; it was noisy and unpleasant. I think I will use this place again when staying overnight in Kinshicho.

I stayed here with my wife and son. We went to see the April Grand Kabuki. It was very easy to get from Ginza to Toyosu Station by subway. There was also a Shuttle Service bus, which made it easy to reach the Hotel. There is an AEON nearby, so shopping was convenient as well. Breakfast was good too. I recommend it.

I visited after work. The Room was cool and clean, and all my fatigue melted away. Thank you for adjusting the time; I also enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea. I had a Japanese breakfast as well, and it was very tasty. This Plan is my favorite because it’s great value and very comfortable. I will visit again. Thank you very much.

It was very convenient that the washbasin was in the Room rather than in the bathroom. The Room had also been renovated and felt very clean. The civic hall and the Bikan Historical Quarter were right in front of us, so the location was excellent. It was a little disappointing that there was no alcohol available at Rō Village.

We stayed to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The views from the lobby, Room, and restaurant were all amazing, and above all, every dish at the restaurant was outstanding! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, which made our day truly special. Thank you so much—we’d love to visit again! The photo is from when we turned on the TV…! I didn’t know about this surprise touch either, so I was really amazed.

Minami-Sunamachi may feel a bit out of the way, but it’s about 12 minutes from Otemachi and around 30 minutes to Shibuya on the other side of the city. Above all, the Room size and overall comfort during the stay are outstanding. Since I work in my Room, I requested a Room with a desk and, if possible, a good view—and they accommodated this perfectly. Even with lots of luggage spread out, I was able to stay very comfortably. During breaks from work, I watched Netflix and Amazon Prime using my own accounts. There are convenience stores and drugstores right by the station as well, so it never felt inconvenient. For 3 nights and 4 days, I had an extremely comfortable stay at a price that felt surprisingly affordable for a Hotel in Tokyo.

Although the Reviews on the Reservation site were positive, I didn’t expect much because the Accommodation Fee was low. However, just as the Reviews said, the staff were courteous, and even though my Room was right next to the elevator, I wasn’t bothered by noise and was able to relax comfortably. I didn’t use it, but I thought it was great that a light breakfast (such as bread and drinks) was provided free of charge, and that you could enjoy it on-site or take it back to your Room. The only disappointment was that when I stood on the bed, I noticed dust on top of the curtain rail.

I made an early reservation to relax in the large public bath. I stayed alone in a twin room, so the room felt too spacious. Unfortunately, this time, there was loud noise like banging from the neighboring room, which was very bothersome.

After a concert at Budokan, I stayed one night with my daughter. The good points were the convenient location near the station, a great seafood rice bowl restaurant nearby, and the view from the high floor. The disappointing points were that there were no amenities and quite a lot of noise came through the gap under the door.

Just as the title says—at this price point in today’s market, with this level of service, I have nothing to complain about. We’ll be back again next year!

I stayed here for a business trip to the Ginza area. I’ve used other Hotels in the same group before, so I made my Reservation with confidence. The location is within walking distance from Tokyo Station, but it was still hot when I arrived at night, so I took a bus from Tokyo Station. The bus stop is just a few minutes away, so I recommend taking the bus. There were also buses heading toward Ginza the next day, which was very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you won’t have trouble finding food for dinner or breakfast. A nearby Italian restaurant was especially good. I stayed on the women-only floor. You tap your card in the elevator and it automatically selects your floor button, which felt very secure. The women-only floor also has great amenities. Best of all was the 12:00 checkout time—rare to find and incredibly helpful for remote work before heading out for meetings. I’d love to stay again!
