สถานีทาเกะบาชิ × โรงแรม·เรียวกังที่มีการประเมินห้องพักและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสูง

From the moment I arrive, I’m always deeply moved by the warm hospitality of being greeted by name. Check-in is extremely smooth, and I always love the guidance to my room and the kind, welcoming service from the bell staff. My requests made in advance were fully accommodated, and everything about the room setup and housekeeping was flawless down to every detail, allowing me to stay comfortable throughout my visit. I’m always grateful to the housekeeping team. The spa reception staff also provided wonderful service, and the concierge team’s quick and polished support was a great help. The limited-time Shine Muscat roll cake I had at the pastry shop “Sweets & Deli” was exceptional and became a delicious memory that stayed with me. I also enjoyed spending time at the lobby lounge and would definitely like to return again. Everything is truly perfect—this is a wonderful hotel that leaves me completely satisfied from the bottom of my heart. I would confidently recommend it to my loved ones, and I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed for one night on business in Tokyo. It was conveniently located and comfortable. The next morning, I went to the nearby Royal Host for breakfast. However, the water pressure in the bath was not very strong.

Whenever I attend a live show in Tokyo, I stay here, but this time the venue was in Yokohama. I considered staying in Yokohama, but thinking about work the next day, I chose to stay here again. After the show, I had drinks with friends at an izakaya in Yokohama, caught the 22:41 train, transferred at Tokyo Station, and headed to Ochanomizu Station. I returned to the Hotel around 23:00. I took a shower in my Room and went to bed. The next morning I woke up early, refreshed myself in the large public bath, enjoyed the always satisfying breakfast, and then walked to work. I will be staying again on the 22nd of this month.

At this price, being so close to Otemachi is truly appreciated. The Room was quiet, the other guests were pleasant, and my stay was very comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Whenever I need to be in Otemachi and stay the night before, I would gladly stay here again.

Due to a family matter, I suddenly had to cut my planned two-night stay down to one night, so I checked in feeling a bit down. However, thanks to the warm and heartfelt service from the front desk staff, it turned into a truly wonderful stay. The view from the room was also amazing, and I spent as much time as possible simply looking out the window. While the bathroom fixtures showed some age, everything was kept very clean and well maintained, so I was able to relax comfortably. The bathtub was large enough to stretch out in, and the room itself was more than spacious enough for one person. It’s about a 20-minute walk from Tokyo Station—which I enjoyed—and it’s also very convenient for subways. I also appreciated that it’s located right by an exit from underground. I would definitely like to stay here again.

The welcome sweets reflected thoughtful hospitality and were a delight. The breakfast venue offers a spectacular view overlooking the Imperial Palace. Although there were many international staff members, both they and the Japanese staff were cheerful and kind throughout our stay.

Thank you for taking care of us during our stay. We were happy to receive an upgrade. The Hotel was cleaner than we expected, and the Room was well maintained, so we could sleep comfortably with peace of mind. The staff also assisted us with a smile, which left a great impression. We would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay. The hotel is close to the station, with multiple train lines available, which was very convenient. The lobby felt lively, but I was able to relax on the top floor. I was happy to find Sekkisei toiletries among the amenities. When I visit Tokyo again, I would like to stay here again.

The staff were very friendly, and the bed was spacious, soft, and comfortable. The hairdryer is powerful.

It was a very comfortable Hotel. Since it was a king-size bed, we were able to share one bed as a parent and child. I would like to use it again.

We had something to celebrate, so we chose Ascot’s Plan. We decided immediately because it included late check-out, which meant we could relax longer than usual, and it also came with macarons and champagne. Since we don’t handle alcohol well, we weren’t sure what to do, but after letting them know in advance, they kindly prepared a very delicious mandarin orange juice for us, which we truly appreciated. On top of that, we weren’t expecting a Room upgrade at all, so we were genuinely surprised when we entered the Room. We stayed here once around the time it first opened, but this stay felt completely different from back then. Because room service was only available during limited hours, we couldn’t use it and deducted one star. However, this time we brought some ingredients with us, so we were happy to be able to cook the dishes we wanted. The kitchen also had four IH burners and allowed us to cook multiple items at once, which was very helpful. We used the restaurant for breakfast, and I was surprised not only by the Western selection but also to see grilled eel rice on offer! The Room was very clean; the indirect lighting allowed us to set the brightness exactly as we wanted; and the bathroom was spacious and relaxing—overall, we were extremely satisfied with the Room. Being able to stay in that comfortable space until 2:00 p.m. felt truly luxurious. Thank you very much.
