สถานีทาเกะบาชิ × โรงแรม·เรียวกังที่มีคะแนนความพึงพอใจสูง

From the moment I arrived, I was deeply moved every time by the warm hospitality of being greeted by name. Check-in was extremely smooth, and I always love the guidance to my room and the kind, welcoming service from the bell staff. My pre-requested arrangements, the room setup, and the cleanliness were all flawless down to every detail, allowing me to stay comfortable throughout my visit. I am always grateful to the housekeeping team. The reception staff in the spa area also provided wonderful service, and the concierge team’s prompt and polished support was a great help. In addition, the limited-time Shine Muscat roll cake I had at the pastry shop “Sweets & Deli” was exquisite and became a delicious memory that stayed with me. I also enjoyed my time at the lobby lounge and would definitely like to visit again. Everything was truly perfect—this is a wonderful hotel that left me completely satisfied from the bottom of my heart. I would confidently recommend it to my loved ones, and I will definitely stay here again.

Whenever I attend a live show in Tokyo, I stay here, but this time the venue was in Yokohama. I considered staying in Yokohama, but thinking about work the next day, I chose to stay here again. After the show, I had drinks with friends at an izakaya in Yokohama, caught the 22:41 train, transferred at Tokyo Station, and headed to Ochanomizu Station. I returned to the Hotel around 23:00. I took a shower in my Room and went to bed. The next morning I woke up early, refreshed myself in the large public bath, enjoyed the always satisfying breakfast, and then walked to work. I will be staying again on the 22nd of this month.

Clean and spacious, with attentive staff. Surrounded by cozy izakayas and restaurants, making it convenient to return to your Room after a drink. This Hotel offers very reasonable pricing compared to the recent rise in Hotel rates. Highly recommended for business travelers heading to work from nearby Jimbocho Station or students taking entrance exams in the area. For two guests, the 20-square-meter Superior Twin Room is a great choice.

At this price, being so close to Otemachi is truly appreciated. The Room was quiet, the other guests were pleasant, and my stay was very comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Whenever I need to be in Otemachi and stay the night before, I would gladly stay here again.

I stayed here for a concert at Budokan. Although the property was under construction, the staff were very kind and helpful. It was disappointing to find the bathroom drain clogged with hair from a previous guest, but otherwise it was a very comfortable stay. Since this Hotel is located in Jimbocho, it was also great to be able to fully enjoy the area! I would like to stay again.

This was my first stay. The hotel is close to the station, with multiple train lines available, which was very convenient. The lobby felt lively, but I was able to relax on the top floor. I was happy to find Sekkisei toiletries among the amenities. When I visit Tokyo again, I would like to stay here again.

The entrance is just outside the ground-level exit of Takebashi Subway Station, and the Room is spacious with a great view of the Imperial Palace.

The welcome sweets reflected thoughtful hospitality and were a delight. The breakfast venue offers a spectacular view overlooking the Imperial Palace. Although there were many international staff members, both they and the Japanese staff were cheerful and kind throughout our stay.

The staff were very friendly, and the bed was spacious, soft, and comfortable. The hairdryer is powerful.

It was a very comfortable Hotel. Since it was a king-size bed, we were able to share one bed as a parent and child. I would like to use it again.

We had something to celebrate, so we chose Ascot’s Plan. We decided immediately because it included late check-out, which meant we could relax longer than usual, and it also came with macarons and champagne. Since we don’t handle alcohol well, we weren’t sure what to do, but after letting them know in advance, they kindly prepared a very delicious mandarin orange juice for us, which we truly appreciated. On top of that, we weren’t expecting a Room upgrade at all, so we were genuinely surprised when we entered the Room. We stayed here once around the time it first opened, but this stay felt completely different from back then. Because room service was only available during limited hours, we couldn’t use it and deducted one star. However, this time we brought some ingredients with us, so we were happy to be able to cook the dishes we wanted. The kitchen also had four IH burners and allowed us to cook multiple items at once, which was very helpful. We used the restaurant for breakfast, and I was surprised not only by the Western selection but also to see grilled eel rice on offer! The Room was very clean; the indirect lighting allowed us to set the brightness exactly as we wanted; and the bathroom was spacious and relaxing—overall, we were extremely satisfied with the Room. Being able to stay in that comfortable space until 2:00 p.m. felt truly luxurious. Thank you very much.
