I always stay here to enjoy a special escape from everyday life. The cocktail-time dishes, carefully prepared right in front of us by the dedicated Club Lounge chef, are of outstanding quality and impress me every time. On the second day, the executive chef also came around to greet guests, and it was an honor to meet them. The lounge staff are always smiling and provide warm, personal service. Even after checkout, they kindly saw me off until I got into my taxi. Once again, I felt truly refreshed by the delicious food and exceptional hospitality. I sincerely thank all the staff and look forward to seeing you again.

This time, I stayed in a Heritage balcony Room. I wondered if it might be too hot this season, but the evening breeze was pleasant, and I was able to relax with drinks from room service. For dinner, I dined at Toh-Ka-Lin, and the next morning I had breakfast at Nouvelle Epoque. Everything—from delicious dining to the gym, spa, and pool—was available within the Hotel, so I could truly unwind and enjoy a genuinely luxurious stay. The entire property was clean and quiet throughout, and the staff’s hospitality struck the perfect balance: not too close or too distant, yet always attentive with thoughtful care. An unexpected issue came up during my stay, but even then the Hotel team responded with kindness and meticulous consideration. It reminded me once again of how exceptional Japanese Hotels are—especially Okura. I would love to visit again.

I have stayed here to mark important milestones in my life. This time as well, I stayed for an early birthday celebration. Outside was the hustle and bustle of the city and humid heat, but the lobby was comfortable. Although it was crowded due to the weekend, check-in was smooth, and once I entered my Room there was no noise, allowing me to spend a relaxing time. Even though it’s just ordinary time, the time spent in the Room feels special, and each visit reminds me how glad I am to be able to return. Of course, I also appreciate the convenient access to Ginza and Hibiya, but I will stay again in search of that special time at this Hotel. Thank you very much.

After having a great experience at the Ogikubo location, I stayed at the Shimbashi location this time. I was very satisfied with the luggage storage before check-in, complimentary drinks after check-in, late-night snacks, the bath, mist sauna, free massage chairs, breakfast, and being able to continue using the Facility until 3:00 PM even after checking out at 12:00 PM the next day.

We stayed for 7 nights and 8 days from July 18 to July 25, 2026. (It is shown as 6 nights, but we extended by one night.) We stayed in a Room on the Premiere Floor with access to the club lounge. These days, many low-cost-operation hotels do not provide escort service to the Room, but here a traditional bell attendant guided us to our Room and explained everything—truly a first-class Hotel. The Room key system was very convenient: when you held the key card over the sensor inside the elevator, it automatically selected your floor. I often see systems where tapping the card simply enables you to press a floor button, but this was my first time experiencing automatic selection of the guest floor. In addition, on the Premiere Floor there was an automatic door at the elevator hall that would not open unless you tapped your key card, which I felt was an excellent security feature. Our Room was a junior suite; although there was no wall or door separating the living area and bedroom, it had space and furnishings comparable to a typical Hotel suite. In this Room, not only were beers and juices in the refrigerator complimentary, but also minibar items such as whisky and wine were free of charge—and whatever we drank was replenished the next day. Housekeeping was also very fast: even when we went out in the morning and returned after around 1:00 p.m., our Room had already been thoroughly cleaned and all amenities fully replenished. I have stayed at many hotels in Japan and abroad, but often housekeeping is still in progress at that time and you have to spend time elsewhere until it is finished; at Dai-ichi Hotel Tokyo, we never once had to do that during our stay. This is my first time encountering a Hotel with room attendants who work so quickly yet so carefully. From lunchtime onward, alcohol such as beer, wine, champagne (during my stay it was Laurent-Perrier), and sake were available in the club lounge—it truly felt like heaven. The staff were efficient yet gentle in mannered service and easy to talk with, making it a very comfortable space. There were also many breakfast venues and options available, which we really enjoyed. My wife and daughter said they would like to stay again as well. It was an extremely pleasant stay. There is no bathtub, but the massage chair and rain shower were very relaxing. The area is convenient, with many commercial facilities nearby and the station within easy reach.

It was my first time staying here again in a while. As always, both the Hotel and the Room were kept very clean, and I had a comfortable stay. The staff member who came for turndown service was cheerful and friendly, and handled everything efficiently, which made me happy. Everyone in the lounge and restaurant was also very courteous, so even though it had been some time since my last visit, I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. Thank you very much. I would definitely like to stay again.

This was my second stay, following last year. The calm atmosphere throughout the Hotel truly felt like “THE Ginza”! The Room was stylish yet functional, and I stayed in great comfort. In particular, the Tokyo night view—including Tokyo Tower—made me feel how wonderful it is to be in Ginza. And I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast I had been looking forward to; it exceeded my expectations. I was deeply moved that a staff member remembered my stay last year and spoke to me. Everyone on the Hotel team is kind, attentive, warm, and friendly. Seeing the younger staff work with bright eyes was beautiful, and it made for a soothing stay—my personal oasis in Tokyo.

I stayed here to celebrate a friend’s birthday. When making the Reservation, I wrote, “It’s their birthday, so please take care of us,” which was probably a rather unclear request. Even so, thank you very much for preparing a wonderful Room with a beautiful view of Tokyo Tower. When we entered the Room, there was also red wine and a “Happy Birthday” plate waiting for us. I was truly moved by the unexpected surprise. Thanks to your thoughtful hospitality, it became the best birthday for both my friend and me. We were able to spend an unforgettable time filled with happy memories, and I sincerely appreciate it. The Room was very clean and comfortable, and the restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere as well. We felt at ease throughout our stay. I’m truly glad we chose your Accommodation for such an important day. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

Overall, this was a very comfortable Hotel to stay at. What I liked ・Well-stocked amenities 　Everything I needed was available, including bath salts and oral care items. ・Spacious Room 　It was far enough from the door area to be very quiet, and the size was more than sufficient. ・Delicious breakfast 　The portion was plenty for the morning, and the fried chicken was nice and crispy! ・11:00 checkout 　Does this vary by Plan? Having an 11:00 checkout really helped. What concerned me ・Are amenities only available at night? 　I wanted to soak in the bath in the morning, but when I went to get bath salts, they were no longer there. Is that common everywhere? ・Check-in is machine-only 　Even if you go to the counter, you end up using a machine anyway. It wasn’t a problem, but checking in at reception and then entering various details on the check-in machine felt a bit tedious. ・Mold in the humidifier 　Hotels tend to be dry so I wanted to use it, but there was water left inside the humidifying air purifier and black mold had grown. Since I have allergies, I didn’t use it—and it made me a little uneasy about the air-purifying function as well. Honestly, aside from the mold issue, nothing else was a big deal! I felt it offered good value for money. I’ll continue to use it for future business trips.

I chose to stay because the room has an in-room washer-dryer. When traveling, it can be a bit inconvenient to look for a coin laundry or, if the Hotel has one, to go check whether the machines are available. Having a washer in the room and being able to use it right away was extremely convenient. It saves time in many ways—and there’s no need to prepare 100-yen coins! Amenities are picked up from in front of the front desk, and I was glad that toothpaste was available on its own. It’s usually bundled with a toothbrush, but this time I brought my own toothbrush and had run out of toothpaste, so having toothpaste by itself was very helpful. The breakfast ham was delicious. The Kushiro yogurt was also very good. Thank you for your hospitality. I’d like to stay at Tokyu Stay again.

It was very efficient and nice overall. The only issue was that I couldn’t figure out how to operate the air conditioner at first, but I eventually found the controls on the bed’s headboard. The large public bath was great.

I stayed in the HIBIYA Suite Twin, which I had wanted to stay in for a long time. The view from the 26th floor was amazing. The Room was very spacious, with a TV on both the living area side and the bed area side. Next to the living area there is a walk-in closet room, so all luggage can be stored there and the Room never gets cluttered. The slippers were fluffy, all drinks in the refrigerator were free, the bathtub was large, and both the showerhead and hair dryer were ReFa. The vanity has two faucets, and pajamas, bathrobes, towels, and amenities are all well provided. There is a free drink space on the 19th floor with canned juices and snacks. There wasn’t an ice machine unless you went down to the 24th floor, but it didn’t feel inconvenient at all. There were many international tourists staying here, but everyone was quiet and well-mannered—there was no noise or voices carrying into the hallway. I was able to relax comfortably without any stress. The staff’s hospitality was excellent; both front desk and housekeeping greeted me politely, and I was very happy with their message card as well as how kindly they responded to my requests. If I had one wish: I couldn’t stand a 750 ml champagne bottle upright in the refrigerator, so I would appreciate it if it were a bit larger. That said, even compared with other hotels, this Hotel offered outstanding value for money. I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

I used to stay at Mercure quite often overseas, but since I travel less these days, this was my first stay in a while. The location is very convenient—just a short walk from Shimbashi Station and Uchisaiwaicho Subway Station. I believe it was originally an office building, later converted into an annex of a neighboring Hotel, and then rebranded as Mercure. Since the property is scheduled to close soon for renovations, I was grateful to be able to stay at a very reasonable rate. Perhaps because of the location and the brand, most guests were international, and many of the front desk staff were as well (they assisted me in flawless Japanese). With an interior design inspired by a “theater,” the whole place feels even more international. The Room design was also quite bold. There is a couch-like platform near the window where you can lie down and watch trains passing by (Shinkansen, Tokaido Line, Keihin-Tohoku Line, etc.). However, getting up onto it takes some effort, and opinions may differ on how practical it really is. Aside from the décor and these design choices, it felt like a slightly upscale Business Hotel. I’m looking forward to seeing what concept it will adopt after the renovation.

The title may be a bit over the top, but this is my absolute favorite place—one that needs no introduction. Because of 1899, I can truly rest and then return to everyday life feeling ready to do my best again. This time, I enjoyed matcha every day and felt peacefully fulfilled. I’m also always excited that the breakfast selection has grown even more. It warmed my heart to know the front desk staff remembered me—I was truly happy. Thank you very much. I’m looking forward to the Autumn Rest Plan. I’ll be back again, and I appreciate your continued support.

This was my second stay since last August. Last time, I checked in face-to-face at the front desk, and the Room key was an old-style type that you insert and turn. This time, check-in was done via a machine and the key had been upgraded to a card key, making check-in more casual and entry/exit much smoother. It’s already highly rated for its convenience—close to the station with several convenience stores within walking distance—so it made me want to return even more.

I stayed here for business. The property and the Room were clean, and I was able to relax.

This was my second stay! Everyone at the Hotel was very kind. The location is great, and it’s a Hotel I’d love to stay at again! The little bath duck was also adorable and made me happy!

This new capsule hotel in Shinbashi felt brand-new inside—everything was spotless, clean, and very comfortable!!

I stayed here for 20,000 yen, hoping it would be worth it for my certification exam. Check-in was done by entering information on a tablet placed in front of mannequins. Although I selected "Japanese" as the language at the beginning, messages kept appearing in English. I proceeded by guessing and managed to sign using my finger when I couldn't find a stylus pen. After completing the input, nothing happened until an employee appeared from a side door and guided me verbally. I was directed to another machine to pay the Tokyo accommodation tax of 200 yen in cash, though I wished everything could have been settled by card. The coin slot on this machine was hard to locate until the same employee pointed it out for me. It made me appreciate human receptionists more than ever. The mannequins standing at reception did nothing helpful; they seemed out of place and gave off an Osaka-style vibe despite being located in central Tokyo (Akasaka branch). While some families checking in nearby seemed amused by them, I thought fully automating with high-tech machines might have been a better direction than placing these figures. Breakfast was included with my stay and served buffet-style at an Irish pub on the first floor. The menu was simple but delicious. The room felt like a standard business hotel room equipped with newer facilities such as a suit cleaner—likely targeting business travelers—but I didn’t use it myself. The air conditioning noise or toilet water refilling sound didn’t bother me, making for a comfortable stay overall but nothing extraordinary. Even with discounts applied, 20,000 yen felt expensive—probably due to timing and location factors. Thank you for hosting me!
