It was conveniently located with easy access from Kamata, and the room was very clean and well maintained. The large public bath isn’t very big, but it wasn’t crowded, so it was comfortable. We could hear singing from a nearby karaoke place or snack bar, which was a bit noisy. Perhaps due to the neighborhood, it was noisy at night.

I stayed here for the first time because I was attending an event at K-Arena! I had trouble turning the room key, and the front desk staff helped me. They were very kind and made me feel at ease. Thank you so much. The room was spacious enough, and I couldn’t hear any noise from the neighboring rooms or the hallway at all! I was able to rest well. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was very satisfying!! Everything was delicious!! I’d love to stay here again. Thank you!

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay, but the in-room refrigerator did not cool properly and our drinks did not get cold. It might be a good idea to check it from time to time...

The Room was clean and well maintained, and I had a comfortable stay. I often wake up with back pain when sleeping in an unfamiliar bed, but this one used an Airweave mattress; it felt a bit firm at first, but I remained very comfortable right up until check-out time.

The room was spacious and very comfortable! There is a convenience store right in front, and parking near the station was available for 900 yen overnight, making it a great accommodation for the trip! If I had to point out something, it would be that the bathroom tiles felt old and a bit dirty.

Close to the station, with clean and user-friendly indoor facilities, making it a place I’d like to use again. It seems there is no ice machine, so it might be better to buy ice beforehand.

They upgraded me from a single to a double. Due to my schedule, I checked out before 10:00. On the way from the Room to the elevator, I passed a housekeeping staff member (a foreigner), but they did not greet me at all. I believe a pleasant greeting is the best way to start the day.

This was my third stay. The Room was spacious, and the bathtub was wide and easy to use. It may depend on the Room, but I was able to relax. However, the alarm clock was broken, so I borrowed one. It helped that I could return it to the front desk at check-out. Please fix the alarm clock. It rained for three days, but since it’s a 20-second walk from the station, I didn’t get too wet even with a flimsy umbrella. I’d like to stay again next time.

I always use this place for an overnight stay before domestic trips. The cleanliness of the Room, its adequate size, and the large TV are all very satisfying. Additionally, it is conveniently located near JR Kamata and Keikyu Kamata for easy access to Haneda Airport the next day. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby for dinner, making it a hassle-free experience. I will definitely stay here again.

It is close to the station and easy to find.\nThe Room was just the right size for a single guest.\nI would be happy if instant tea or coffee were available.

I stayed here after using Haneda Airport. It was a 3-minute walk from the nearest station even with a large suitcase, and I arrived without getting lost using smartphone navigation. There was also a convenience store on the way, so I think the location is good. Two of us stayed in a double room, and it was just barely large enough to open two 60-liter suitcases at the same time. Overall, it was neither particularly good nor bad for our stay.

I suddenly needed to kill half a day and considered a cafe or a movie theater, but decided to use this property for day use instead. It was absolutely the right choice. The Room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom and washbasin area were surprisingly large. Even though I only stayed for a few hours on day use, I was able to relax, take a bath, and unwind. The amenities were also well provided.

Recently, hotel prices in Tokyo have become very high, so I searched for a way to stay cheaply and ended up making a reservation here. The room had a slight smell of tobacco, which was a bit tough to get used to at first, but at this price, the only other option is a capsule hotel, so being able to sleep in a private room with a proper large bed, plus a small kitchen, was more than enough. It was also convenient to have access to Nakanobu and Nishi-Oi. Thank you very much!

Due to a family bereavement, we made a Reservation for three Rooms for our family. I wrote in the request section that we would prefer to be on the same floor if possible. We were told that there was a newly renovated Room available, and that they upgraded us compared with what we had booked. However, they also warned us: “The doors may be hard to close, so please be careful.” The door of the Room I used closed properly, but it did seem that the other two Rooms needed a firm push for the lock to catch. I was glad we had been informed at check-in. *At check-out, I saw staff adjusting doors on other Rooms on our floor, so it may be fixed now. There were books on the even-numbered floors, and the kids borrowed Chiikawa. They probably didn’t have much time to read, but they seemed happy. Breakfast was at Cocos on the first floor. The selection wasn’t large, but the waffles and unlimited drinks were very popular with the kids as well. Across Route 1 there is a convenience store and My Basket; there’s a bus stop right in front; and Magome Station is next door. It’s a very convenient Hotel for quick shopping and transportation. We also appreciated the coffee and tea in the lobby.

Great location near the station, and we also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Doutor!

Overall, it’s a comfortable Business Hotel without any major standout features. The Room is clean, but since it is fully wood-floored and there is no clear area to take off shoes, that personally bothered me. Room cleaning is once every two days, but amenities are replenished daily and you also receive a 500 ml bottle of water each day, which was great. The front desk staff were all very polite and left a good impression. Breakfast is provided as a free light meal, so I didn’t expect much, but the bread selection was the same every day (croissant and sweet red bean Danish), so it would have been better if it changed daily. That said, the bread, boiled eggs, and bananas were all very tasty. The location is about a 10-minute walk from Kamata Station, but there’s a Life supermarket and convenience stores nearby, so I think it’s good. Overall, the value for money was excellent!

I stayed at APA again after a long time, and felt it was a higher level than other business hotels. The amenities are not offered buffet-style, and the linens and toothbrush were high quality, which I appreciated. The Room was clean—including the bathroom area and air conditioning—and I had a comfortable stay. The only disappointment was that breakfast is served at the ramen shop on the first floor. I expected it to be arranged more like a breakfast menu, but in a plain interior they served a regular hearty ramen set, which was quite heavy for the morning. I think offering breakfast at nearby chain set-meal restaurants would lead to higher satisfaction.

This was my second time staying near Musashi-Kosugi Station, and this time I stayed at Hotel Seiyoken for the first time. I think the price for a twin room is a great deal. Some reviews mentioned that it’s hard to find, but I had no trouble getting there by following a map on my smartphone. The room was more spacious than I expected and very comfortable, and I felt it offered excellent value for money. The only disappointing point was an odor in the bathroom/toilet area. I suspect it may have been coming from the drain. There was a large deodorizer provided, but unfortunately it didn’t seem very effective. If this could be improved, the stay would be even more comfortable. Even so, overall satisfaction was high, and if I have another chance to stay near Musashi-Kosugi Station, I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Thank you for your hospitality. The Hotel was close to the station, and the Facility and Room were more than adequate—I was very satisfied. If it’s available, I will Reserve again on my next business trip.

Conveniently located with easy access from both Haneda Airport and Keikyu Kamata Station/JR Kamata Station, with many dining options nearby. The Hotel Facility includes a large public bath and a manga corner, and everything was well equipped for a comfortable stay. The Room had bunk beds, which felt like a training camp and was fun. I would like to stay again.
