We enjoyed a “staycation,” with lounge hopping across four lounges as the main highlight. First, we walked from Shinagawa Station to the Hotel, but IKYU’s directions said “cross Daiichi Keihan…,” so we crossed the signal right after exiting the Takanawa Exit. However, the route to the right after crossing was blocked due to construction, so we had to turn back. After exiting the Takanawa Exit, it’s best to turn right and walk along Daiichi Keihan, then turn left at the first traffic light onto Sakura-zaka. Alternatively, since it’s a continuous uphill slope, I think taking the shuttle bus would be a good option. We visited all four lounges, and as expected, Hana-Kouro’s lounge was the most relaxing; the drinks were also of higher quality and excellent. The champagne during cocktail time—and Dassai—was a real treat. We also enjoyed tasting different sake. There were some light bites during cocktail time, but it would have been even better if there had been additional hors d’oeuvres. Breakfast was delicious as well. It was our first time trying a matcha grinding experience, and we really enjoyed it. At the lounge, the staff maintained just the right level of attentiveness throughout without being intrusive, which made it very comfortable. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us. Thank you for a wonderful time!

We stayed to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The staff kindly celebrated with us, and she was truly delighted. In the lounge, they served a birthday plate, and there was an adorable teddy bear in our Room—it became a wonderful memory. We will stay again. Thank you very much.

It had been unbearably hot for so long that I didn’t feel like going anywhere, but I thought a hotel staycation would be enjoyable, so I decided to make a Reservation. The chilled hand towels on arrival and the ice-filled ice bucket provided during turndown were thoughtful touches—especially appreciated in summer. It was also my first time trying lounge hopping, and I miscalculated by eating too much and ending up uncomfortably full at dinner… Still, I enjoyed strolling around the garden inside the Hotel and had a very satisfying stay.

Sorry for the late review. Whenever I come to Tokyo and want a bathroom with a separate washing area, this is the first place I search and book. Most of all, even with lots of luggage, it’s great not having to worry about the weather—the entrance is inside the station right after you exit the ticket gates. Although it’s close to the station, the Room is quiet and comfortable. Getting around from the Accommodation is easy as there’s a bus stop right in front, and there are not only convenience stores but also a supermarket just a short walk away, so shopping for food, daily necessities, or items from 100-yen shops is never a problem. With prices rising these days, it can sometimes be hard to afford depending on the season, but I’ll continue to stay here.

Great value for money, directly connected to the station, and I was very satisfied with the clean interior and Room!! However, I couldn’t help but be concerned that the air conditioning is centrally controlled throughout the building… It was very hot after taking a bath, and while staying in the Room it felt a bit chilly at times (June). Other than that, the service was very pleasant, and since it’s on a high floor the view was great—I had a comfortable stay! I’d like to stay again!

I have stayed with the Hotel Mets brand several times, but this was my first time in Omori. Thanks to your efforts to accommodate my Room assignment request as much as possible before check-in, I had a comfortable stay. The front desk staff also kindly supported me during the check-in process, so everything went smoothly without any major issues. The Room cleanliness and Facilities were what I have come to expect from Mets, and overall I was satisfied. In particular, I needed to use the internet in my Room for an online interview this time, and it worked without any problems. However, I felt the carpet design in the guest Room was a bit busy, and I would have preferred calmer colors and a simpler design. For foreign tourists like me, the Omori area feels a little far out, but since I was satisfied overall, I would consider staying here first if I have another chance to visit Tokyo.

The thoughtful consideration to ensure guests can relax and unwind was evident throughout. I enjoyed spending time in the spacious bath, choosing the firmness of pillows and beds, which made my stay very comfortable. Although I couldn't sleep much due to personal reasons, being able to use the large public bath even late at night helped me relax, which was wonderful. Recently, I've stayed at many business hotels without meals, so the breakfast buffet was a delightful service. Additionally, the courteous hospitality allowed me to have a pleasant stay. Thank you very much for your excellent care and service!

We stayed in connecting rooms where 2 Rooms were connected internally. The Rooms were small but comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. After the bath, we enjoyed complimentary drinks, which were refreshing. The amenities were well-stocked and had a pleasant fragrance, making our stay very satisfying. Thank you to the staff for their wonderful smiles and excellent service!

The staff are always courteous and attentive, making my stay very comfortable. The Room is thoroughly cleaned, the bed is very comfortable, and I can truly relax, so I keep coming back. The bamboo lanterns in the garden change little by little with each season, and I look forward to strolling around every time. At the club lounge, the beer server was available from tea time, which was just what I needed after being worn out by the heat. This time, I also enjoyed warm, freshly made pancakes from the pancake maker—it really lifted my spirits. It’s wonderful that there’s always something new to experience. I’m looking forward to visiting again next time.

Stayed for one night. I couldn’t hear noise from the neighboring rooms and slept well. I wasn’t sure how to do the self check-in and had forgotten my room card, but the wonderful concierge helped me. It’s close to the station, and there are plenty of shops nearby, which was very convenient.

We traveled from Tokyo to match my son’s first long weekend since starting his career. On an extremely hot day, having direct access from the station made things so much easier, and the original welcome drink really hit the spot in the cool lobby with a gentle aroma. From our new and spotless Room, we couldn’t stop watching the trains filling the window—both of us were captivated. In the morning, I chose the pho from the selectable mains; even after finishing it, it was a modest portion, so I could still fully enjoy the rest of the buffet. It was a short stay, but it felt more luxurious than the price suggested. I’d love to stay again if I get another chance.

As always, we truly appreciated your support, such as providing a bath chair for my elderly mother and assisting with the checkout time. This time, we changed to a Room type with a balcony for the first time in a while at Prince, and my mother was very satisfied—the Room was clean and spacious. Thank you very much.

I visited after a live show in Nakameguro, so it was late and I didn’t have a chance to check out the surrounding facilities. However, it was right by the station exit, so even though it was raining, I arrived quickly. My daughter lives in Tennozu Isle, so I was able to visit her in the morning before my 11:30 gathering. The location is very appealing, and I’d like to stay here again when traveling solo in Tokyo.

It’s very close to Osaki Station. On the first floor of the same building, there are a supermarket, a 100-yen shop, a bookstore, and some restaurants. Across the street at Gate City Osaki, there are also restaurants such as Hama-Sushi. The Room was like a typical Hotel Room and was clean. They also provide yukata for children. Amenities can be picked up from the front desk. I think breakfast offers a good variety, and I felt each item was high quality. It was nice to have cherry tomatoes and fruit. Personally, I found the bread especially delicious. It was very crowded, perhaps because it was during a holiday period, but the staff were working very hard. It was disappointing that the bathtub drain in the Room’s unit bath clogged easily. Since you can quickly go out and buy anything you forgot, I thought it’s a very convenient Hotel. I’d like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

The sink is narrow, and the faucet is fixed, making it difficult to wash your face. There was no clear way to dehumidify the room, resulting in condensation on the walls.

The Hotel Room was very spacious, with a sitting area and large paintings, which allowed me to relax and feel at ease. I had an online interview to secure a new project, and I was so impressed by the elegant Room that it put me in a confident mindset. Perhaps because I took the interview calmly, I was told, “Perfect.” The spaciousness of the Room brought peace of mind, and I was extremely satisfied. The balcony had a table and chairs, there was also a TV in the bathroom, and the ceiling featured special curved woodwork that made it feel like being on a ship. I was able to spend truly meaningful time here. I look forward to staying again.

I stayed for two nights to attend events in Yokohama and Tokyo. The location was convenient, with easy access from both Haneda Airport and the nearest station, Shinagawa, making it easy to get around. It was also great that I could choose as many amenities as I needed, such as basic skincare (SEKKISEI) and tea. It was quiet at night and I slept very well. This Hotel is perfect for a trip focused on going out on your own.

N Tower is conveniently located just a short walk from Shinagawa Station. Two of us stayed for two nights while moving for work in Tokyo. We brought one medium-sized suitcase (international travel size), but there was no space in the Room to open it—understandable given the 16.5 m² size. We left early in the morning and returned late at night, and the location was very helpful. There are also restaurants nearby that stay open past 11:00 p.m., so we were satisfied with the convenience.

At check-in, it was probably the same staff member as last time, and they welcomed me warmly again. There were no issues, and I stayed comfortably in a clean Room until check-out. My Room was near the elevator, but it was very quiet—perhaps because the other guests were considerate. However, due to time and energy constraints, I couldn’t use the large public bath again... Next time for sure...!

I chose this place for my first trip alone with my eldest daughter now that she’s grown up, because we wanted to see the city night view. We checked in at night, and the view was just as we’d hoped—wonderful. The room was stylish and even had a sofa, so I’m glad we chose a high floor. Thank you very much.
