It’s a modern-feeling Facility with well-equipped amenities. The Room is a bit small, but it was clean, and having a private toilet plus two separate sink areas was very convenient. The food was delicious, and the breakfast buffet in particular was excellent. With reasonable rates as well, it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

Stayed on the 11th-floor ladies-only floor. The view was great, and the Room had a calm atmosphere, so I had a very comfortable stay. The two paintings were lovely, and I felt the colors and materials of the furnishings, along with the soft warm lighting, were thoughtfully designed for women. The female staff member at the front desk was also very kind and helpful. This is a Hotel I would like to use again.

We chose this property for our road trip because of the parking options and the spacious Room. There is a large multi-story parking garage at Urban Plaza about a 3-minute walk away, so we didn’t have to worry about not being able to park. The Room and bed were both spacious and comfortable. With a car, it was reasonably priced and conveniently located for sightseeing, so we were very satisfied.

The Onsen water felt soft and relaxing. However, after bathing I had to pass through the smoking room and wait for the elevator, so the smell of cigarettes was noticeable. The Room was well cleaned and comfortable.

I love Manyo-no-Yu’s hydrogen-rich water bath because it leaves my skin feeling silky smooth. Manyo-no-Yu also offers both Japanese and Western breakfast options, and during a Multiple Night Stay I enjoy choosing whichever I feel like each morning. I’d like to stay at more Manyo-no-Yu locations in the future.

The Room was clean, and the staff were kind, making our stay very comfortable. Thank you!

Thank you very much for your hospitality on this occasion. There were no major issues, and I am grateful that I was able to enjoy a generally comfortable stay. I hesitated to write this in a Review, but as I have no other way to convey my message, please allow me to share a few requests for improvement here. I am usually assigned Room 820, but this time I was shown to Room 620 for the first time. A common issue in both rooms is that the air-conditioning temperature setting is limited to a minimum of 23°C. This may not be a problem in midsummer when outdoor temperatures are high, but at this time of year the nighttime temperature drops, and at 23°C the cooling does not work well enough; each time, it becomes uncomfortably warm and makes it difficult to sleep. I understand the intention of narrowing the selectable temperature range and adjusting output at the outdoor cooling tower unit in order to reduce utility costs; however, if that results in guests having to endure an uncomfortable room temperature, I feel that is problematic. If possible, I would appreciate it if guests could select down to around 21°C. For reference, at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit, cooling can be set down to 20°C. In addition, compared with before the renovation, removing the working desk space and also removing the two towel hooks that were on the wall to its left has been inconvenient—there is now nowhere suitable to hang used bath towels to dry. Even in a twin room, there should be other guests besides myself who work in their rooms; having only a small table in front of a small high sofa is inconvenient. Also, leaving two chairs sitting by themselves where the desk area used to be seems like wasted floor space—and even on the lighting switch it still says “desk.” For your reference, I have attached an image of bath towel hooks installed in the full changing area at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit. Regarding Facility items specific to Room 620: The screw on the right-side bracket of the face-towel hook by the sink is loose and wobbles; please tighten it. Also, as for wall-mounted TV set: it tilts downward by about 7 mm on its left side; if possible, I would appreciate it if you could correct this. I sincerely apologize for raising such detailed points like an overly picky guest; however, there are many excellent aspects otherwise. As I would like continue staying with you going forward as well، these comments are offered with hopes for further improvements in convenience. I would be grateful if you could consider them positively.

Whenever I come to Atsugi, I always stay here. As a former local, this is the Hotel I recommend most. If you head toward OK Store as your landmark, it’s right across the street. You’ll pass through Ichibangai, so there are plenty of shops, and it’s also convenient for shopping at OK Store, one of Kanagawa’s larger stores. There’s also the best Western-style restaurant in Atsugi just behind the Hotel—if you’re aiming for their melt-in-your-mouth omurice, this Hotel has the best location. In the morning there is a light breakfast service, and the coffee is exceptionally good. It pairs perfectly with a boiled egg and toast. I always have one cup with breakfast, then another after eating; I put a lid on it and take it back to my Room. Sometimes I also see business travelers taking a cup to go on their way out. The Room is always clean, and they provide a nice set of bath salts and hair ties—great for women guests. Unusually (and very helpfully), there’s also a handheld mirror, which is convenient for contact lenses and makeup. The internet is fast and smooth as well, which really helps when I need to work. This time, the loungewear had been changed to a silky-smooth type—comfortable to wear and I slept very well. The front desk staff are pleasant too, and they always assist me kindly. The staff who prepare the light breakfast are friendly as well; they regularly check in and restock items so nothing runs out. Since the parking area in front of the Hotel is small, if you’re driving I think it’s best to consult with them in advance.

Although it is right in front of the station, it was quiet at night with little noise. There was hardly any nighttime mechanical noise from the refrigerator, etc., which was very nice. I was a bit confused about how to operate the air conditioner remote control buttons.

Although the Room is small, the storage and furnishings are arranged extremely well, so it felt very spacious and I stayed comfortably. I also appreciated having pillows (one per person) in the elevator hall. However, the step up between the unit bathroom and the Room was higher than usual, which was a bit tough on my knee that I had injured while moving—though that’s just me being picky (lol). The front desk staff were warm and welcoming as well, and overall I had a very comfortable stay.

I’ve been using it for a long time, and I believe it is managed exceptionally well—far superior to Tabo Facility.

I stayed an extra night starting the day before my plans, just in case the Shinkansen might be suspended. I thought it was a Business Hotel, but the hospitality was excellent and the greetings were consistently polite, which seemed to naturally encourage guests to greet the staff as well. I think it’s because they create a comfortable atmosphere with service that rivals even a luxury Hotel. Breakfast was also delicious and offered a great variety. I’m glad I had such a positive experience.

I am hooked on the homemade green bread. I always look forward to enjoying it toasted in the Balmuda toaster during my stay. This time, I tried the dashi ochazuke for the first time, and it was very delicious with a rich kelp flavor. I would love to stay here again.

The Room was spacious and very comfortable, with convenient storage, well-placed mirrors, and a user-friendly bathroom layout—so much so that it felt suitable even for a long stay. I would definitely like to stay again next time. Thank you very much.

I stayed on the ladies-only floor. There were plenty of amenities such as hot eye masks and face packs, so even a woman traveling alone can feel safe and comfortable. The large public bath was also clean, with room-temperature water and a ReFa hair dryer, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee and ochazuke as well. What was disappointing was the front desk service at check-in. When I told them it wasn’t my first stay, they handed me only the key card without explaining which floor my Room was on. Since the ladies-only floors are on the 3rd and 4th floors, I ended up going down to the 3rd floor first but couldn’t enter, then had to go back again, which was confusing. The staff at the ochazuke corner also kept chatting without giving guests any explanation, so I think that area needs improvement.

The TV is large, and you can watch YouTube. There were no particular inconveniences. Still, the reason it’s not a perfect score is that the Room is small. Around 15 m² feels cramped. I’d prefer at least 18 m². There were no inconveniences. Being able to watch YouTube is appreciated. The meals are not bad—actually quite good. The dining area is also a bit small, though.

It was very convenient being so close to the station. There were also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I was very satisfied that I could even have curry for breakfast.

This was my first stay, and the room had a retro Japanese style that felt pleasantly nostalgic. It was also very comfortable, and I was able to relax deeply over the two days. The staff were kind and attentive as well. I would like to stay again, so thank you in advance.

In this calm and relaxing Hotel, I was able to unwind and recover from my fatigue. The Room was clean, easy to use, and very comfortable. There were also restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which made the location very convenient. The staff were kind, and I had a pleasant stay. I felt it was a Hotel that offered great value for the price.
