The 20-square-meter room I stayed in this time was spacious with a large bed, washing machine, and mini kitchen, making the facility very well-equipped. It is highly recommended for a multiple night stay at this hotel. The hairdryer was from ReFa, and not only that, but the s

I stayed here to attend an anniversary event at Shibuya Public Hall. Even late at night, the staff kindly and carefully helped me with laundry services, which was very reassuring. Although I did not book a Plan with meals, there was a light breakfast service and complimentary late-night “Yonaki Soba.” There were also plenty of restaurants nearby as well as Don Quijote, so I had no trouble finding food and enjoyed a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable experience. If I had to mention one minor point, the Room I stayed in smelled slightly of tobacco. Since I made the Reservation for a smoking Room myself, it may not be fair to complain; however, some people may find perfect scores hard to believe, so I decided to leave this Review. I apologize. I sometimes stay at other Business Hotels as well, but I always end up thinking of Dormy Inn and comparing them—so in the end, I feel Dormy Inn is probably the best choice when choosing Accommodation. Thank you very much for having me stay this time.

Good hotel. Kind staff. Clean and user-friendly. However, please note that with the IKYU UI, even if you make a reservation for the main building, you may be assigned to the annex. The annex is about a 5-minute walk but is a completely separate building.

The hotel entrance and reception are stylish, and when I called with questions before my stay, the staff responded politely. The location is convenient, with a park, coffee shop, and convenience store nearby. Being slightly off the main road made it quiet. The room was clean.

I was generally satisfied with the location, price range, and service. With the meal-included Plan, I enjoyed delicious curry and drinks, and the staff's detailed explanations left a lasting impression. I would love to use it again if given the opportunity. Thank you very muc

A 3–4 minute walk from Nakano Station, this spacious room lets you relax comfortably. It is a private room (an apartment unit), not a dormitory, so your privacy is well protected and the environment is excellent.

The Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast could be chosen from four options, and it was hard to decide which one to have. The front desk staff were also very courteous. It was a bit of a walk from Shibuya Station, but the location was very convenient, so I would like to stay

This is my fourth stay here. The majority of the guests are international visitors. There are plenty of staff at the front desk who are very attentive and kind. The rooms are very clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable. I will definitely stay here again!

It was a last-minute Reservation, but it was very helpful to stay at an affordable price in these times of high Accommodation costs. The Room, though old, was clean and provided a comfortable rest. While makeup remover is not provided, there are convenience stores and supermarket

I stayed with a friend as two guests. The Hotel lobby was fully open and felt like a wonderful space where many people gathered. We also enjoyed it with coffee in hand, sitting on the benches outside. The Room was simple, and the mattress had just the right firmness for me, so I slept well. The service that lets you listen to records in each Room was unique, and we were able to enjoy some records we’d been curious about.

Conveniently located for sightseeing in Tokyo. There was an unusual smell in the Room throughout the 3-night stay, like an air freshener used to mask cigarette odor, which made it worse. Considering the peak season, location, and price, it might be tolerable. Also, although it was stated that a washing machine was available for use, I couldn't use it despite trying multiple times with the manual. The smell and washing machine were the only downsides—just unfortunate points.

It is a little far from the station, and only toothbrushes are provided. Guests need to bring their own amenities such as cotton swabs, dental floss, toiletries, and razors. The Room facilities are good, but the only drawback is that you can hear footsteps from the floor above. Customer service responds quickly to inquiries.

This was my first time staying here. The female staff at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I stayed alone, but the Room was very spacious and clean. If I have another chance to visit Tokyo, I would love to stay here again.

A unique vacation rental featuring a one-room apartment with a private bathroom on the upper floor provided an enjoyable stay. Check-in is self-service, using a code sent in advance to open the key box. The second floor includes a bed, mini kitchenette, and toilet, while the third floor offers the same space but features a shower, bathtub, and sauna—an unusual layout. The third-floor bathroom experience felt more enjoyable than spending time in the second-floor room. The kitchenette on the second floor mainly consists of running water; cooking is not possible. Optional items like an induction heater were casually placed under shelves. Unfortunately, there was no kettle or mugs available for warm coffee during wintertime. However, there was a wine cellar-style refrigerator with plastic glasses stored inside—perfect for enjoying a drink after bathing. Quirky furniture placement like an oddly positioned sofa and slightly small double bed added charm to this fun accommodation experience. Lastly, neighboring creative individuals (including some foreigners) were noisy outside until 3 AM; though I considered calling the police due to their disturbance, my partner slept soundly through it all while I endured sleeplessness. As an aside: there's what appears to be a FamilyMart nearby but turns out it's actually a 7-Eleven (open from 7 AM to 11 PM), so take note!
