The Room was clean, and we had no complaints. Thank you again for your hospitality.

There were not many Japanese guests, and using the lounge was very comfortable. Thank you for accommodating our Room request as well—it made this a truly memorable trip and workation. We had cocktails on the first floor; everything was delicious and the atmosphere was great. In the lounge, we also saw some guests we don’t usually encounter… Some young overseas travelers had poor manners at times, but a kind word from a female staff member in the hall lifted my spirits. Because this stay was so wonderful, I made a Reservation for the Hyatt in Yokohama at the end of this month. I had avoided visiting before because I wanted to stay away from Shinjuku’s crowds, but thanks to its excellent location next to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, it has a great atmosphere and is a lovely Hotel I would definitely like to visit again. Thank you very much.

It was quiet and relaxing.

This was my first time staying here. I made a last-minute Reservation right before my stay and got a good deal. Check-in was fairly smooth, and it’s quick to get from the basement level of the building to the Room. My Room was on the 11th floor, with a nice view. It was clean and well maintained, so I have no complaints, though there may be some minor signs of age. With direct access to Mark City, getting around nearby for meals and other outings is very convenient. If I stay in Shibuya again, I would consider it depending on the price.

This was my first stay at the accommodation, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. The hotel does not have an elevator, so you need to climb stairs to reach the front desk or entrance. I had a large suitcase with me, and during checkout, a male foreign staff member at the front desk kindly carried my suitcase down to the ground floor. I was very grateful for his help and touched by his kindness. There is a convenience store next to the hotel and a supermarket along with various shops right in front of it, which made my stay enjoyable without getting bored. I would like to use this accommodation again if I have another opportunity. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

The location was very convenient for joining a bus tour the next day. I could walk to Shinjuku, and the Accommodation was clean, reasonably priced, and excellent. I would like to stay again.

I stayed here for a live concert. The venue is within walking distance. I booked a non-smoking single Room, and it was spacious and clean. After making my Reservation, I read some Reviews of the Hotel and felt a bit uneasy, but there was no odor in the Room, and both the toilet and bath were comfortable with no issues. Restaurants are just a few minutes away on foot, and it’s very quiet at night so you can sleep well. Highly recommended for concerts.

I stayed here to attend an anniversary event at Shibuya Public Hall. Even late at night, the staff kindly and carefully helped me with laundry services, which was very reassuring. Although I did not book a Plan with meals, there was a light breakfast service and complimentary late-night “Yonaki Soba.” There were also plenty of restaurants nearby as well as Don Quijote, so I had no trouble finding food and enjoyed a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable experience. If I had to mention one minor point, the Room I stayed in smelled slightly of tobacco. Since I made the Reservation for a smoking Room myself, it may not be fair to complain; however, some people may find perfect scores hard to believe, so I decided to leave this Review. I apologize. I sometimes stay at other Business Hotels as well, but I always end up thinking of Dormy Inn and comparing them—so in the end, I feel Dormy Inn is probably the best choice when choosing Accommodation. Thank you very much for having me stay this time.

I was able to relax and unwind at a very leisurely pace. It was a stay that truly made me think, “As expected of Hilton!” I rated the Facility 4 points because the Room doorstop is located in front of the suitcase storage area, so I bumped my foot and hurt it every time I took my luggage out, which is why I deducted a point.

Located just a 3-minute walk from Shibuya Station, I chose this accommodation for its excellent location and reasonable price. While the bathtub was small and the hotel had an older atmosphere: - The front desk staff were polite and welcoming. - My delivered luggage was placed in the room before my arrival. - The humidifier was properly filled with water. The service was comparable to that of a first-class hotel. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my stay in Shibuya.

Thank you very much for your kind and attentive support from start to finish! The Room was also clean, and we were very satisfied.

I visit Tokyo once a month or every other month, and I stay at this hotel most of the time. Everything I need is provided, and all the staff are kind. I also appreciate being able to check in early.

This was my first time staying here. The female staff at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The check-in and check-out procedures were simple and smooth. I stayed alone, but the Room was very spacious and clean. If I have another chance to visit Tokyo, I would love to stay here again.

A unique vacation rental featuring a one-room apartment with a private bathroom on the upper floor provided an enjoyable stay. Check-in is self-service, using a code sent in advance to open the key box. The second floor includes a bed, mini kitchenette, and toilet, while the third floor offers the same space but features a shower, bathtub, and sauna—an unusual layout. The third-floor bathroom experience felt more enjoyable than spending time in the second-floor room. The kitchenette on the second floor mainly consists of running water; cooking is not possible. Optional items like an induction heater were casually placed under shelves. Unfortunately, there was no kettle or mugs available for warm coffee during wintertime. However, there was a wine cellar-style refrigerator with plastic glasses stored inside—perfect for enjoying a drink after bathing. Quirky furniture placement like an oddly positioned sofa and slightly small double bed added charm to this fun accommodation experience. Lastly, neighboring creative individuals (including some foreigners) were noisy outside until 3 AM; though I considered calling the police due to their disturbance, my partner slept soundly through it all while I endured sleeplessness. As an aside: there's what appears to be a FamilyMart nearby but turns out it's actually a 7-Eleven (open from 7 AM to 11 PM), so take note!

Many foreign guests stay here. The self check-in and check-out system is very convenient with no waiting time. Staff promptly assisted when there was an issue with the machine operation.

Overall, it was good. However, the lighting was dim. As an exam student, that was a drawback.

The staff were very polite and attentive.\nWhen I ran into a staff member in the elevator, they kept bowing until the doors closed after getting off!\nBreakfast offered a good variety and was delicious.\nI would like to stay here again.

Good hotel. Kind staff. Clean and user-friendly. However, please note that with the IKYU UI, even if you make a reservation for the main building, you may be assigned to the annex. The annex is about a 5-minute walk but is a completely separate building.

This was our first overnight stay with a senior rescue dog, and we chose the family room. Since my elderly parents were with us, I was worried about the stairs and the exposed concrete floors, but it turned out to be great. The stairs are outdoors, so I could go up and down without hesitation while carrying our dog. The exposed concrete wasn’t cold at this time of year, and it also seemed easy for our dog to walk on. The family room was much larger than we expected, which surprised us. My elderly parents were a bit confused by some small details—like the chairs being quite high and hard to sit on, no TV, and no bath bucket or stool—but my daughter and I didn’t mind. Having a washer-dryer combo and a large refrigerator was very convenient. The café downstairs had a lovely atmosphere, and the bread was delicious. Since the purpose of this trip was going to the theater, the location—just a short walk to the New National Theatre—was truly perfect! It’s hard to find such a great Hotel in central Tokyo that also allows dogs, so we were really grateful. We’d love to bring our dog again!

We were upgraded and given a Room on the top floor. The Room was spacious with a double bed, and although we weren’t expecting much of a view, we could see high-rise buildings from the window, which created a nice atmosphere and made it easy to relax. About 90% of the guests were international, and the friendly, pleasant staff were also mostly from overseas. It felt like being in another country. Perhaps because our expectations were too high, breakfast didn’t quite meet them—while the bread was delicious, we wished there had been a few more Japanese-style options. Overall, it was great to enjoy an international vibe.
