The Room was clean, and I was happy to have a ReFa shower head. If I could ask for one thing, I’d love it if ReFa hair dryers were available to rent, even for a fee. The front desk staff were very helpful as well, so I’d like to stay here again when I’m in Shinjuku. Next time, I

Directly connected to the station, very convenient. The entrance and all areas were clean, and the front desk staff kindly guided me during check-in, which was very helpful. I also passed the housekeeping staff, who greeted me pleasantly, making my departure feel great. Tha

This was my first stay. The front desk staff were very kind. There were no amenities like facial toner, but there’s a convenience store in the next building, so it wasn’t a problem. I stayed in a single room, but the bed was spacious and I slept comfortably. I’m very satisfied. I

First, the staff are kind. I couldn't try the recommended beef stew, but there were many dishes, some of which went well with alcohol, and everything was very delicious. The basic rice and miso soup are delicious! Overall, I am very satisfied. I will stay here again when I

I have stayed here many times, and I really appreciate that you accommodated a late check-in. I was also satisfied with the ReFa hair dryer, shampoo, and conditioner. The instructions for making iced coffee were helpful during this season. The bed was spacious, and I was able to

Since it was a single room, it wasn't that spacious, but it was fully equipped with a foot massager, ReFa hair iron, shower head, hairdryer, and facial steamer. The bath also had a shower booth, which was nice. It was very comfortable, and I would love to stay again. Thank

Since both check-in and check-out were automated, I was a bit confused. It was disappointing that the bathroom only had a shower. I stayed on the 17th floor, and the view of Mt. Fuji was very clear and beautiful. As it’s in the city, noise carried through and I had trouble fallin

The staff kindly assisted us at the front desk, and the atmosphere inside the Hotel was pleasant. The large TV in front of the bed also made my daughter happy. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants around the Hotel, but it wasn’t too noisy, so we felt safe walkin

I stayed here because I had errands nearby. The amenity bar offered basic skincare items, which helped me pack light. The makeup remover is a gel rather than an oil, so if you wear heavy eye makeup, it’s better to bring your own. There were tea bags and similar items, but I c
