For this price, it’s wonderful to be able to stay right in front of Kita-Senju Station. The happy hour was also great. The loan umbrellas were very helpful when it suddenly rained. I will stay again.

It’s a small Hotel, but the area is quiet, and the walk back from the station felt safe even late at night since it’s along a main road. Everything you need is available at Marui, and it’s directly connected to the ticket gates, which was truly convenient. The room felt a bit small, but it was clean with a well-designed layout, and once you get used to the size, it’s great. I’d definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

Conveniently located very close to the subway station, making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also varied and delicious. The guest room was kept very clean. Some hotels often have a distinctive lingering odor, but this Hotel had none at all and felt exceptionally fresh and spotless. I was able to sleep comfortably as well. Another pleasant surprise was that the pajamas included pants. Most places provide only a top in a yukata style, but this Hotel’s service was attentive even in that regard. I would like to stay here again when I travel to Tokyo on business.

For this price, I have no particular complaints. If I had to ask for more, the Wi‑Fi sometimes cuts out, I would like a bidet toilet seat, and the noise from the neighboring house (talking and laughter) can be a little noticeable. Basically, it was very quiet late at night and I slept soundly until morning. Since Accommodation is for men only, it felt quieter than if women were staying there, and I didn’t have to worry unnecessarily—if anything, it was reassuring.

During Silver Week, Hotel prices surged—even as far as Minami-Senju—but Fukusen was a real lifesaver by keeping the regular rates.

On the day of check-in, we were upgraded to a higher room category. It was a corner room on the top floor. The view was amazing, and the room was spacious—we were very satisfied. The unexpected hospitality was wonderful. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

I stayed for 2 nights. It felt like I finally found the Hotel I’d been looking for. I often visit Tokyo and have stayed at many Hotels and capsule hotels—here’s what I thought: - Since I’m out most of the time (not relaxing in the Room), it’s perfect if you just need a place to sleep! - It’s a private Room with a lock, so I no longer had to worry about noise like I did in a capsule—such a relief! - With capsule stays, even on a Multiple Night Stay you usually have to leave once for cleaning. Here, that wasn’t necessary, and I could keep my luggage spread out in the Room! - The Room is compact (about 3 tatami mats). I couldn’t picture that size when making my Reservation, but there was no wasted space and everything was within easy reach! - The Room has a window, so it didn’t feel cramped! - There are five restrooms, and they were clean throughout my stay! - There is a women-only floor, which made me feel safe! - The large public bath was spacious and clean! - There are also shower booths. Since the large public bath operates on alternating schedules, it was great to be able to use the showers freely! - It seemed front desk staff rotated by shift, but everyone greeted me with a smile and was very helpful! - It’s close to the station, so even with a suitcase it wasn’t difficult at all! - There’s also coin laundry inside the Hotel! - The price is about the same as a capsule hotel! Honestly… this is highly recommended for travelers who plan to be out exploring most of the time!

I originally made a Reservation for two nights, but due to an approaching typhoon I urgently requested to change it to one night. After you contacted us, the change was successfully made. I really wanted to stay for two nights, but we couldn’t compete with the typhoon, which was disappointing. I would like to stay at this Accommodation again on another occasion. It was very close to the station—just up one slope from Tabata Station’s South Exit—and the price was low, so I stayed here. I didn’t have high expectations because it was inexpensive, but the private bath (I made a Reservation by phone the day before) felt like a small public bath, and it was great that they offered free hair iron rentals and a booth with unlimited free drinks. A couple of minor issues were that the railway tracks are very close so you can clearly hear trains, and the private bath is limited to 30 minutes, so I had to hurry and leave without drying my hair. Even so, considering the price, it’s great value for money and I recommend it!

After checking in at the front desk, I soaked in the large, warm bath until I was sweating, and it relieved my fatigue. I was able to sleep soundly until morning in the air-conditioned Room and left the Hotel feeling refreshed. I would like to stay again.

This was my first time staying at a capsule Hotel. It looked clean in the photos online, so I decided to stay. The staff were friendly, there was a large public bath, and it was quiet, so I had a very comfortable stay. However, as a first-timer and middle-aged guest, I learned one lesson: If you’re new to capsule Hotels or middle-aged (especially if you have a bit of a belly), it’s best to avoid the upper level in a two-tier capsule setup. It was quite inconvenient, and getting in and out felt scary. If possible, I recommend requesting a lower level. The Hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the price was great value. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance—next time, please put me on the lower level.

I’d heard from my sauna friends for a long time that this place had a great reputation and had wanted to stay here someday, so I booked it after seeing a live show by my favorite artist in Tokyo. Although it’s a long-established Accommodation, it has a wonderful atmosphere; the sauna room smelled great, was quiet, and felt very comfortable. It was a very satisfying stay that helped me recover from travel fatigue.

I used it for sightseeing purposes. The Room was well cleaned, with plenty of amenities and easy to use, and above all, the food was delicious. On the downside, the Wi-Fi did not connect at all. Although it was a corner Room on the upper floor, this was disappointing. If there is no improvement, it is fine for sightseeing purposes, but I felt it would be difficult to use for business purposes.

The Room was a four-person dorm with bunk beds. I was bothered by the snoring from the person next to me, but luckily I had brought earplugs, which helped a bit. It was nice that water, coffee, lemon juice, and other drinks were available for free. I was disappointed that there were no hangers in the shower room, so I couldn’t hang my clothes. The female staff were very helpful, and I’m satisfied because I stayed at a great price. I plan to stay again.

Close to the station, and check-out is at 12:00—already perfect. The welcome drinks are plentiful, the amenities are well stocked, and the in-room bed is very clean and comfortable. A walk from here to Ueno Station is wonderful.

We stayed for two nights. We had breakfast in the room both days, so having a table was really helpful! And the microwave—so grateful to have one in the room. The bunk bed was stylish and spacious; I slept with my third-grade son, and it was roomy and comfortable. There’s no bathtub, but the shower was great with strong water pressure. The only thing that bothered me was that the plates labeled “feel free to use” and the dish rack basket were dirty. Other than that, everything was truly comfortable. It made for a wonderful trip—I recommend it!

I used it as a base for activities during a tournament in Ayase. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but not too far. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were kind. The room was simple, but considering the price, it was excellent! There were even cooking utensils, which was helpful for an affordable Multiple Night Stay. There was also a supermarket within walking distance. If I had to say, I would have liked a chair, haha. Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel. I will stay again if I have the chance.

This is a clean and comfortable Hotel. It was especially convenient to have showers and baths on each floor—available 24 hours and close to the Room. The value for money was excellent. The staff were also very kind and helpful, making for a highly satisfying stay.
