I feel this every time: it’s conveniently located in the Tama area, close to Shinjuku, and it also makes driving home to Kanagawa smooth and easy. Richmond has truly taken great care of me. This time in particular, a female staff member at the front desk kindly explained how to use Points in a clear and easy-to-understand way. I was very happy. The double Room I’ve been using recently was also clean, and I had a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the free drinking water and hot water service in the hallway—I enjoyed tea and coffee. In addition, having covered parking where you don’t get wet even when it rains, with an elevator nearby, is a real plus for guests. I look forward to staying with you again.

I forgot my phone and some clothes, but the staff kindly contacted me, and when I came to pick them up, they handed them to me with a smile. I sincerely thank the staff member who assisted me over the phone and the female staff member at the front desk. I live relatively nearby, but I will definitely stay again.

Before our stay, I didn’t expect to enjoy the Hotel experience itself this much. But once we checked in, the atmosphere and the book-filled spaces were even more comfortable than imagined—in the best way, it far exceeded our expectations. Our family loves relaxing at a Hotel, so it was wonderful that each of us could spend time however we liked without having to visit lots of tourist spots. The well-known bakery and restaurants nearby were also great, and we enjoyed exploring the area as well. It was a scorching midsummer day when walking outside was tough, but just staying inside the building was more than satisfying. When making our Reservation, I was a little surprised by how high the Review ratings were, but after staying there, I completely understand why. You can enjoy it together with the Kadokawa Musashino Museum—it’s truly a Hotel where staying itself becomes the purpose. Everyone in our family was very satisfied, and it’s a great find that makes us want to stay again.

This was my first stay here. I chose this Hotel because I wanted to visit Seibuen Amusement Park nearby. I checked in looking forward to the Room upgrade Plan, and was amazed by the wall-to-wall windows with a wide-open sky and Lake Tama spread out before me. Being a top-floor corner Room made the view even more spectacular. The spacious, spotless Room delighted my child as well. The large public bath on site was also spacious and comfortable. They seem to pay attention to fragrance as well, and the pleasant scent throughout helped me relax deeply. The front desk staff were excellent, and I truly felt I was receiving first-class Hotel service. The rooftop restaurant also had a beautiful view, and everything at breakfast was delicious. The attentiveness of the service staff there was outstanding too—they were constantly mindful of every guest and provided fast, flawless service. It reminded me of true Japanese hospitality that has become rarer to see these days. This was the best Hotel I’ve stayed at recently. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us.

As before, the Room was very clean, and the staff were kind and pleasant, making it very comfortable. However, the only thing that still bothered me a little was the noise. I had been staying in a corner Room on the second floor (probably 203), but this time I stayed in 301 for the first time. It felt a bit smaller. Overall, I have no complaints. I would like to stay again. Thank you.

I actually made a mistake with my Reservation this time, and only realized it at check-in, but the staff handled it so kindly that it really helped. I felt terrible because it was my fault, and I’m truly grateful. Everyone at the Hotel was very pleasant, which also made my impression of the Hotel even better. In any case, it’s so close to the station that it’s simply perfect. The Room layout also feels relaxing. I think this is a great Hotel when you want to take it easy and enjoy a slow staycation. I always look forward to breakfast when staying here, and once again the selection did not disappoint. The Japanese-style side dishes were delicious, and the Sanuki udon was excellent as well. I was also happy they had green juice. Overall, it felt like a health-conscious menu. The dining area is spacious and bright, which is nice. One downside is that the Room slippers are not disposable. There’s no note saying they’ve been sanitized either, so I wipe them down with disinfecting wipes I bring with me; having something like a sanitizing spray would be appreciated. Other than that, the Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. When you take the elevator down to the first floor, there’s a café right there as well, and guests receive a discount there, which was a nice perk. There’s also a convenience store just steps away on the same floor. Both are close enough to reach without an umbrella even in the rain. In that sense too, it’s a very convenient location. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby (including in the station building), which makes exploring fun as well. They also have laundry facilities, and during the day it seems fine to open your laptop and work in the breakfast area—so for business travelers on a Multiple Night Stay, this might be an especially good Hotel.

This was my second stay. When I stayed a few years ago, the property felt dated overall, and this time I felt the same as soon as I entered the room. I stayed in the ladies’ room again, but the stained wallpaper, carpet, furniture, and even the bed cover all felt old (the design also seems outdated...). However, the view from the room was open and pleasant, and I appreciated amenities such as a foot massager, tri-fold mirror, hair iron, ReFa shower head, Sekkisei toiletries, bottled water, and more. The room layout was very user-friendly, and the bright hallways made me feel safe. Above all else: there is now an evening alcohol service that wasn’t available before. The beer, wine, shochu, and snacks were excellent—perfect for a quick beer after coming back tired. In addition to that, 24-hour coffee/tea and other non-alcoholic drinks were available, and the daily newspaper service at reception was also great. It rained every day during my stay, but it’s close to the station with a location where you can walk almost entirely under cover. There’s also a convenience store about 30 seconds from the hotel. I would like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

We traveled to Saitama as a family to cheer on my nephew, who was competing in a national youth baseball tournament. Due to the typhoon, the schedule kept changing, so we quickly made a Reservation for two single Rooms for my parents. Although they are called “single Rooms,” the beds are semi-double size, so it’s very comfortable for one person. This trip wasn’t for sightseeing—supporting the tournament came first. The Accommodation was within driving distance of Omiya Kenpo Ground, and having access to parking was a huge help. The building and Facility feel a bit dated, but the guest Rooms were well cleaned and comfortable. The staff were also friendly and helpful, and there was nothing in particular that concerned us. Another plus is that breakfast is available from 6:30 a.m. Since some games started as early as 8:00 a.m., being able to eat early in the morning was greatly appreciated. I also liked that breakfast is served as a Japanese set meal rather than a buffet. Personally, I prefer a proper Japanese set meal over an average buffet with lots of items but little substance. Because our purpose was cheering at baseball games, this stay met all our needs—location, parking, cleanliness, and breakfast—and we were very satisfied. If we have business in the area again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

This was my second stay. I had a great experience last time, so I chose to stay here again. The Room was clean, and the hotel is located right in the downtown area, making it very convenient. Breakfast was available from 6:45 a.m., so I could enjoy it at a relaxed pace. If I had one request, the coffee in the Room was delicious, but it would be even better if there were a complimentary drink service. I visit Tachikawa often, so I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

I chose this property for its location and was very satisfied. If I have the opportunity to visit Tachikawa again, I would like to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Conveniently located near the station with plenty of shops nearby. The Room also seems to have been renovated and is very clean. The large TV, well-placed sofa, spacious bathroom, and light breakfast were all much better than expected (no offense) — we were really impressed! I don’t go to Tachikawa very often, but my companion said, “If we come again next time, we’d like to stay here again.”

I stayed with a friend, and everything was excellent—we were completely satisfied with the service, meals, and price! The Room was clean and spacious, with the bath and toilet separate. The bathtub was large, and there was even a partition door to the bedroom, making it feel just like home. Breakfast was buffet-style, and everything we ate at the stylish café was delicious. The Kawagoe Koedo Sightseeing 1-Day Pass was included as well, so we enjoyed visiting several shrines and shopping along Koedo Street. My first trip to Kawagoe became a wonderful memory. This is a Hotel I would definitely stay at again.

I stayed here for an event in Mitaka, the neighboring station. It was very convenient being close to the station, and both the property and my Room were very clean—I was extremely satisfied. The selection of amenities was more than sufficient, and I was happy to find a wide variety of bath salts. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee service, especially that I could put a lid on it and take it back to my Room. The front desk staff were all very pleasant and greeted me with smiles, which made me feel at ease during my stay. If I have another chance to visit this area, I would definitely choose this place again. This is a Hotel I can recommend to friends as well. Thank you very much.

I checked in late and didn’t use the lounge, but there were various services depending on the time, so I’d like to use them next time. They upgraded my Room, and I stayed in and enjoyed having a spacious Room all to myself. Both the room service and breakfast the next morning were delicious, and perhaps because of the quality ingredients, I didn’t feel heavy afterward. The bathtub in the Room was large and helped me relax, and the towels were from Hotman with a nice feel against the skin. Amenities were available at the front desk, but I used what I brought with me. All staff members were kind, so I felt at ease throughout my stay.

This is a very pleasant Hotel. Everything was spotless wherever we looked, and the front desk staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. Thank you very much!

Stayed by car Due to the typhoon, we arrived early at 2:30 PM, but we were able to enter the Room. It is close to the station, so it was also convenient when traveling by train. The free breakfast was satisfying and very good. We booked a twin Room; it was a bit small, but since we only needed it for sleeping, it wasn’t a problem.

I have stayed here several times. The front desk staff are polite and attentive, which I personally find very satisfying. Breakfast was just right and delicious.

I originally planned to stay with two people, but it became just me, so I canceled and rebooked a single Room. At that point, only smoking Rooms were available. Since this Hotel allows cancellations until the last minute, I left a comment with a small hope that I might be able to get a non-smoking Room. Shortly after making the Reservation, I received a call offering a non-smoking Room across from the washing machine area, and I gladly accepted. I was also emailed that I could park even before check-in, which was truly helpful. The Room was clean and well maintained, and I slept comfortably. The calls and emails made me feel the staff’s kindness and consideration. If I have another chance to visit the area, I would love to stay again.

At check-in, we were told our Room had been upgraded—what a wonderful surprise. Thanks to that, we were able to enjoy an even more relaxing stay than usual. Also, my husband accidentally left something behind, and you contacted us promptly before he even noticed. We are truly grateful for your kind help and support.

Both the front desk and the lounge offered exceptionally warm, pleasant service—rare for a Hotel—and it really helped me relax. Since I was on a lower floor, getting around by stairs was easy and convenient. As I booked the premium type, I could also use the lounge with complimentary drinks (including alcohol), which almost felt wasted on a simple business trip. If you plan to have dinner in the lounge, I recommend adding an à la carte dish (the buffet is average). Unfortunately, the overall behavior of Japanese tourists at that time wasn’t great (nothing that can be helped). One concern was that there was quite a strong vibration noise coming from somewhere on an upper floor until late at night, which would make it hard to relax during the day.
