I stayed here during my first trip back home in a while, and I was very satisfied. I usually eat out, but this time I dined at the Hotel’s restaurant, which offered a wide variety of high-quality options, and I really enjoyed the meals. I plan to make this my regular Accommodation from now on.

We stayed in a barrier-free Room for my mother, who has difficulty walking. With an ocean view, we could see palm trees and passing ships, and enjoy views of Sakurajima. The bright, clean Room was very relaxing. The entrance door was a sliding automatic door. The bathroom and toilet were very spacious, and the raised toilet seat was comfortable. The Onsen also had a sauna, and the water was excellent. Breakfast was a buffet with a good variety and everything was delicious. The staff in the front lobby were refreshing and kind, making our stay very pleasant. We would definitely like to visit again.

The view of Sakurajima floating on Kinko Bay right in front is absolutely stunning, and the Room was clean and very comfortable.

The staff were very courteous, and we had a wonderful trip. We were very satisfied with the guest room and the bath. We would love to stay again when we visit Kagoshima.

Thank you for your hospitality. I stayed here to attend a conference. Since I had made a Reservation, when I gave my name, I was warmly welcomed with “We’ve been expecting you.” The staff were very kind, and it made me feel truly comfortable. That evening there was a social gathering at this Facility, and since I had been drinking, I didn’t take a bath and instead took a shower late at night. I then enjoyed breakfast in the morning—it was delicious as well. I would definitely like to stay here again next time.
