Thank you for helping us out and responding quickly to an unexpected issue.

It was very comfortable. Located in the heart of the city, I could enjoy dinner and breakfast as I liked. For 5,000 yen, I think this is very affordable. I would like to use it again if I have the chance.

Close to the station and a convenience store. Well-equipped and truly convenient. The bathroom dryer was especially helpful.

I was impressed by the spacious bed and the high-quality bedding.

The front desk staff were very courteous. The Room was thoroughly cleaned down to every detail, and we had a comfortable stay. Our dog also relaxed as if at home and slept soundly until morning! This is an Accommodation we would love to stay at again.

The Room was a bit dated but kept very clean. There were no issues, and I had a comfortable stay. Above all, the newly opened underground hot-bath Facility was excellent! The sauna got properly hot, and both the large bath and cold plunge were great. There was also a relaxation area, so I was very satisfied. The showerheads were ReFa, and the changing room hair dryers were also ReFa. They also provided toner, lotion, and shaving foam—overall very satisfying.

The location was excellent—30 seconds to the main street and 1–2 minutes to the main arcade. We also used a car, and the multi-story parking garage was connected by a door. The building itself wasn’t large, and the Room wasn’t big either, but since we stayed on a floor that had just been renovated, the hallway, the Room, and the bathroom were all clean. The housekeeping staff were polite and well trained. The room rate was also affordable, so I felt it offered great value for money.

I had a comfortable stay, as if I were spending time in a regular home. I often visit Kagoshima, so I will stay here again.

It was a very convenient location for taking the early-morning direct bus to Kagoshima Airport. The Room was clean and comfortable. There was an AEON very close by, which was very convenient.

Having a washer and dryer was very convenient. It was also great to have a vacuum cleaner in the room so I could clean myself. Recommended for long stays as well. I would like to stay here again next time I visit Kagoshima City.

This Hotel is in a great location, right next to Tenmonkan, Kagoshima City’s busiest downtown area, with a convenience store next door and Don Quijote also nearby. It offers very affordable rates, clean Rooms, and friendly service at the front desk.

I stayed here for work, and everything was provided—including amenities and all appliances—so it felt like living at home! I’ll be visiting Kagoshima more often starting next month, so I’d definitely like to stay here again.

This is a popular Hotel with no front desk, and housekeeping is kept minimal to save energy. It’s a good choice for solo stays or business trips. There is a desk suitable for working on a laptop and plenty of power outlets, which is very convenient. The biggest highlight is the large public bath.

Thank you for your hospitality. I stayed here to attend a conference. Since I had made a Reservation, when I gave my name, I was warmly welcomed with “We’ve been expecting you.” The staff were very kind, and it made me feel truly comfortable. That evening there was a social gathering at this Facility, and since I had been drinking, I didn’t take a bath and instead took a shower late at night. I then enjoyed breakfast in the morning—it was delicious as well. I would definitely like to stay here again next time.

I was a bit worried because there were no Reviews of this Hotel, but it was perfectly fine as a Business Hotel—in fact, the value for money was excellent. From Kagoshima Airport, I took the airport limousine bus and got off at Taniyama tram stop; the fare was 1,800 yen and it took just under an hour. It’s a 5-minute walk from the bus stop, and there is a FamilyMart there. The Hotel has a large public bath with Binchotan charcoal Onsen, which I enjoyed many times. There were three free massage chairs as well. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient, and even over two nights the menu changed so I didn’t get bored. Bicycle rental is free for two hours, so I used it to shop at AEON Kagoshima; the electric bike was very comfortable. Thanks to Mr./Ms. Takahashi and family at this BBH Hotel, I had a very pleasant stay.

Although it is away from the downtown area, the view is great, and with a short walk, we were able to see Sakurajima beautifully.

It was a small Hotel, but the shower room had been renovated and was very clean. Even though I made a same-day Reservation, it was great value for money and I was very satisfied.

I was looking for the cheapest Accommodation near Tenmonkan, so I honestly expected some inconvenience—but I was pleasantly surprised! The Room was very clean, the shower water pressure was excellent, and the refrigerator cooled properly, making my stay comfortable. In particular, being able to use the washer and dryer for free was a huge help. When I visit Kagoshima again, I will definitely stay here. Thank you very much!

The Facility is very clean and well maintained (toilets, washrooms, kitchen, and shared spaces). Guests are well mannered, and international visitors also seemed to relax comfortably. I stayed in a private Western-style room; the bed was large and I slept very well. The rooftop terrace is pleasant, and you can also enjoy views of Sakurajima (about half is blocked by buildings). I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.
