Every Hotel is different, and so is every staff member, but during my Multiple Night Stay, when I gave my Room number to receive the key, one staff member didn’t say a word or make eye contact and handed it over as if throwing it rather than passing it to me properly. I understand they were busy and kept looking at their computer the whole time, but some people come across as very unpleasant. It stood out even more because a part-time worker at a nearby place I stopped by beforehand was very friendly. When I get back to the office, I’ll tell them we should switch Hotels.

I stayed here while accompanying a family member in the hospital. The location was convenient, and I really appreciated the light breakfast. They were also considerate enough to arrange Rooms next to my relatives’ separately made Reservations on the day. I was very satisfied with both the price and the stay.

I stayed for one night in late August 2026. It was great that there was a nearby affiliated parking lot, it was close to the downtown area, and there was a coin laundry on the first floor. If I stay in Kagoshima again in the future, I would like to use this Accommodation again.

I was impressed by the spacious bed and the high-quality bedding.

The Room was a bit dated but kept very clean. There were no issues, and I had a comfortable stay. Above all, the newly opened underground hot-bath Facility was excellent! The sauna got properly hot, and both the large bath and cold plunge were great. There was also a relaxation area, so I was very satisfied. The showerheads were ReFa, and the changing room hair dryers were also ReFa. They also provided toner, lotion, and shaving foam—overall very satisfying.

Close to the station and a convenience store. Well-equipped and truly convenient. The bathroom dryer was especially helpful.

I was looking for the cheapest Accommodation near Tenmonkan, so I honestly expected some inconvenience—but I was pleasantly surprised! The Room was very clean, the shower water pressure was excellent, and the refrigerator cooled properly, making my stay comfortable. In particular, being able to use the washer and dryer for free was a huge help. When I visit Kagoshima again, I will definitely stay here. Thank you very much!

Thank you for your hospitality. I stayed here to attend a conference. Since I had made a Reservation, when I gave my name, I was warmly welcomed with “We’ve been expecting you.” The staff were very kind, and it made me feel truly comfortable. That evening there was a social gathering at this Facility, and since I had been drinking, I didn’t take a bath and instead took a shower late at night. I then enjoyed breakfast in the morning—it was delicious as well. I would definitely like to stay here again next time.

We stayed here for my son’s entrance exams. It was our first time using a fully digital system for both check-in and unlocking the Room, so we were a little confused at first, but the keyless setup was convenient and easy to use. (When I called the phone number provided because I wasn’t sure what to do, they answered right away and kindly helped me, which was reassuring.) The Room is an apartment unit with a kitchen, so you can do simple cooking. It was also more spacious than a Hotel Room and had a dining table and sofa, allowing my son to relax during his exam stay. There was also a washing machine, which was very helpful since we had a Multiple Night Stay. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, and an entertainment district nearby, so finding meals was never a problem. It was very comfortable and we liked it so much that we would like to stay again for trips as well.

It was very spacious, with plenty of room to hang laundry, and our family of five stayed comfortably. The bath was also quite large, and the kids were really excited! The only thing to note is that the parking area requires a short walk, but otherwise it was flawless. There’s also a tonkatsu restaurant nearby that was delicious—we could walk there for dinner and were extremely satisfied.

I was a bit worried because there were no Reviews of this Hotel, but it was perfectly fine as a Business Hotel—in fact, the value for money was excellent. From Kagoshima Airport, I took the airport limousine bus and got off at Taniyama tram stop; the fare was 1,800 yen and it took just under an hour. It’s a 5-minute walk from the bus stop, and there is a FamilyMart there. The Hotel has a large public bath with Binchotan charcoal Onsen, which I enjoyed many times. There were three free massage chairs as well. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient, and even over two nights the menu changed so I didn’t get bored. Bicycle rental is free for two hours, so I used it to shop at AEON Kagoshima; the electric bike was very comfortable. Thanks to Mr./Ms. Takahashi and family at this BBH Hotel, I had a very pleasant stay.

I received the code for the combination lock (check-in) via email. Due to an issue on my side, we ended up speaking by phone, and they kindly and politely guided me through everything. Since the property is right next to the railway line (Kagoshima Main Line), some noise is unavoidable... Other than that, I had a comfortable stay. Perhaps it’s aimed at international guests? The origami and paper cranes were a thoughtful touch that showed genuine hospitality.

It was a very convenient location for taking the early-morning direct bus to Kagoshima Airport. The Room was clean and comfortable. There was an AEON very close by, which was very convenient.

I had a comfortable stay, as if I were spending time in a regular home. I often visit Kagoshima, so I will stay here again.

Having a washer and dryer was very convenient. It was also great to have a vacuum cleaner in the room so I could clean myself. Recommended for long stays as well. I would like to stay here again next time I visit Kagoshima City.

I stayed here for work, and everything was provided—including amenities and all appliances—so it felt like living at home! I’ll be visiting Kagoshima more often starting next month, so I’d definitely like to stay here again.

This is a popular Hotel with no front desk, and housekeeping is kept minimal to save energy. It’s a good choice for solo stays or business trips. There is a desk suitable for working on a laptop and plenty of power outlets, which is very convenient. The biggest highlight is the large public bath.

The Facility is very clean and well maintained (toilets, washrooms, kitchen, and shared spaces). Guests are well mannered, and international visitors also seemed to relax comfortably. I stayed in a private Western-style room; the bed was large and I slept very well. The rooftop terrace is pleasant, and you can also enjoy views of Sakurajima (about half is blocked by buildings). I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

We stayed for one night with four people. We had a question at check-in, but when we contacted them, they responded immediately, so there was no issue. The Room was clean, and with three rooms we were able to relax comfortably. There was also an inexpensive coin-operated parking lot next to the entrance, which was very convenient. We would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.
